In case you haven’t heard this lately—it’s ok to take it easy some days. It’s ok to modify whenever you need or your body tells you. I’m sure we all remember where we were on this day 21 years ago (unless you weren’t born yet) We were at our new home, still in bed because we had a newborn. We had just brought him home from the hospital on Sunday, 9-11 was on a Tuesday. My older son had pre-school in the afternoon. We honestly didn’t know what had happened. I was on the phone calling the cable company trying to get it connected and my husband said tell her I need to be able to watch the news with my coffee in the morning and she said “oh so I guess you don’t know an airplane just hit the twin towers then” we were like WHAT!?! My sleepy brain couldn’t even comprehend. We found a RADIO lol and listened to everything via a radio until later that evening when we took the kids to my mother in laws and watched what she had recorded for us.
