its so crazy having shoes that fit properly like what do you mean my toe and ankle pain have reduced by at least like 25%. has anyone else heard of this shit
#silly post but it is honestly crazy that ive been wearing improper shoes for like. Forever.#like kids feet grow fast so i dont SUPER blame my parents having me wear shoes too big#but also i do blame them a little bc they never showed me how to properly measure my feet Once They Stopped Growing and i was already used -#to the feeling of too big or too small shoes#my timbs are maybe a quarter too long where i want them wider but They Fit. I Only Sometimes Get Unbearable Pain In My Toe Joints Now#same with my keens! again maybe a quarter size too big bc i have to wear half sizes anyway bc testosterone#and it doesnt remove all my leg/back/foot pain bc i still have significant amounts. BUT IT HELPS
