My hips, ankles, and back always hurt, I’m always dizzy and literally can’t stay awake when I get back from work- i crash for like an hour before I have the energy to do anything, it’s been this way since I was like 14 but I can’t tell if I have some sort of undiagnosed chronic illness or if it’s just the horrors of capitalism

#for reference in highschool i was in ap classes and a million clubs and groups #while also doing dance theatre and music (I think I was once in five music groups at the same time once not including the play)#and in college I was similarly burning myself out with an insane schedule and a work study #and now I’m working a full time job and hitting this wall #bc god my hips HURT #my feet HURT #my ankles HURT #i come home and fall asleep for two hours not because I’m taking a nap but bc the second I stop moving I just crash #like idk how to describe it other than saying it’s like my battery hits zero #I’ve tried yoga I’ve tried walking I’ve tried changing my shoes but at the end of the day my whole body just aches #and I’m not doing a physical job!! I’m a para in a middle school!#i mean I stand most of the day but still that doesn’t explain why my hips feet and back hurt so badly #ugh I wish any doctor would take me seriously:///
