My 2023 Year in GIFs
(Look at how much I've improved 😍)
Jan: Otherwise known as Trey's titties. This gif was the winner on that set and I mean...we know why. Also inspired a later set...This is a very juicy source vid, damn. Look at him.
Feb: The only set I made in all of February! Made for AME when someone found this video and we freaked out because shiny shirt in action!
March: My Cannibal month for sure. Fell in love with Alferd here 💖 All the sets were Cannibal! themed. (And blurry as all fuck.) I need more ship content *sigh*
April: This was the month I became obsessed with Les Claypool. We have all witnessed my progression deeper and deeper into being a Pooler haha. This was the first set I made of him.
May: My birthday month! Trey smiling: my favorite subject 😍 He's so beautiful and vibrant. Could use a sharpen. Didn't know how to do that yet lol.
June: This set is prob the most popular thing I ever made on here and the only thing I turned off notifs for. And I think it's only at like 230 notes. What a loser. Had to crop these so awkwardly to get the watermarks out.
July: More product of challenges 💖 I actually bought this clip just to get the little smile shown here. Never before seen footage, unless you watched live of course. Wow, so valuable. This set taught me my most valuable lesson: how to get around the black screen of death.
Aug: Concert month!!! Very fun doing a whole 24 hours of the 25th anniversary. 😍 Made these little cut outs to practice adding images. First time I ever did that.
Sept: Les birthday this month; I left work early just to finish all these lol. Never worked so hard on tumblr things before. 24 hours of birthday stuff. This was my favorite set because, God, he's so ethereal. 😇
Oct: To help with my PLBD, AME gave me a new activity: Lestober, in which I made so many new Les things on my 2nd blog. 😍😍😍 Of course the gif is from that (prompt: fave music video). Don't think I did anything else that month, gif wise.
Nov: What was November? Just more Les stanning. You can tell I've run out on M&T stuff that hasn't been done to death. On the other hand I have hours of Les footage that's never been gifed. 🤷♀️
Dec: Advent month!! Didn't actually make any m&t gifs for that though haha. I did have a 25 days of gifs going on the 2nd blog (spurring from the hours of footage...) So lots and lots of Les. Also peep how much nicer this one is...I learned how to fucking make things nicer ughhhhh Only took 2 years.

🖤🧡 Lestober Day 6: Photoset of your top six Les looks!
In no particular order-
1- The Robe: He wore this for the Tribute to Kings tour. I love this look because it's like his keyboarding outfit. So he's got the base, the robe, the vocals, and the keyboard all at once. Such a slay. He was very cunty in this and you knew he was secretly feeling himself. In interviews he's like oh ah no I had to wear the robe it was just me!! ;3 But he was totally vibing in this and he was so cute posing in it.
2- All Black Turtleneck: So this is iconic. Similar to Trey Parker in the pink leather pants, this is a fave among fresh Claypoolers, because it's like??!! omg?! Why tf is he serving? The chain is too fucking much, the monochromatic moment, the long pretty hair, it's just such a pretty look. I love him in this. This was such a hot era for him, '94, because his hair was so pretty. Re-captured this in like 2002. Anyway, this one is gorgeous.
3- Rose Shirt: Wearing a pink rose western shirt to a rosé party?! I know he had to wear pink because it was promo-ing their rosé, but he didn't have to go that hard. I love love him in pink, he's so cute. Plus the fishing hat?? Had to make it his own. He just looks so pretty. Twang-y. Such a perfect look for him. (Mostly I just love the pink.)
4- Red Long-Johns: I had to include these. TBH, I wish you could see his package more :/...but I love how bright red they are. So striking in this look. His hair is pretty, again, and the hat is a classic. Watch (y'know he's pretty much always wearing a watch) and either sandals or boots. His shoe wear is always shitty haha, but I love him. Also necklace again *heart eyes*. And it's so low cut!!!!!!! It’s like he’s a little boy wearing pjs omg.
5- Black Button Jacket: I was obligated to pick one of these outfits, since that's ALL he wears anymore. He found this little get up and said give me every fucking color. So out of all of them I have to pick classic black. Even though he does look very dapper-ly-handsome in all of them. (The plaid is kinda not cute, but I do like how he got 3 fresh new green ones for Frog Brigade, that's adorable.) I like how it's crisp. I LOVE how long his hair is in the CLD pic on the top. I wish he'd grow it out that long again. Anyway, this is his favorite performing outfit, and I like the silhouette the black cuts.
6- Fur Jacket: We know I'm picking this because his SLUT legs are out. Holyyyyyy shiiittttt. Why the hell did he decide to be such a tramp that day? I'm very thankful. I've never seen this much of his legs, and I'm so desperate for him. Like, t-shirt and fucking underwear?? Is he in his underwear?! The fur, yeah whatever, don't care. He's cute in it. But the look of his pale thighs exposed is everything to me.

🖤🧡 Lestober Day 16: Get it off your chest- Share some opinions. Examples: Les songs you don’t like and why, an interview that makes you cringe, something about his fanbase that annoys you, photoshoot you hate, something that’s overrated. Go for it!
Challenged myself to say 5 things-
1- Fanbase wise…kinda boring. All “musicians” who like technical stuff ig. I met a cool chick who was nice at FFFB but the rest were just dudes smoking. I hate men who need to be noticed. A guy screamed at Les and made him take a stupid sticker and I wanted to beat the shit out of him. (What is this uptick of clearly high 30-50 yr old men giving out stickers in the last 5 years?? Does anyone else notice this? Fuck off!!!) Ugh. And most days I’m posting into the void, but I’m very happy and excited with my ~6 mutuals who are very cool. 🥰🥰🥰
2- I don’t like the songs where he really really leans into a voice/bit, like most of the stuff on four foot shack. You have a nice unique voice Les, I enjoy hearing it, genuinely. It just comes across as insecure to me. (Otherwise he has a perfect catalog 😘😘😉😉💋💋💋Underrated!)
3- I fucking hate the ‘98 perm. He looks terrible. I hate his short hair in general. 🤷♀️ Longer the better 💖
4- An interview thing I hate is how he says the same stories line for line, but like, admittedly all famous people do this. I’ve just heard about Kirk Hammet 1000000 times and I don’t give a shit about him or Metallica. Les tell me your favorite color, those are the real questions. 📝 We got that a little bit when he talked about being a Libra on Maron. Now that was a good interview! (Even with the Kirk stuff 😉)
5- Umm fucking hate that he went on Corolla’s podcast, didn’t even listen to it on principle haha, but fuck that guy to hell.
