Peaceful beauty Just take the time, walk outside and look up. Look around you there’s beauty everywhere all you have to be is willing to see. I realize that lately everyone I’m speaking to almost everyone is commenting on how horrible this year is. Yes there are a lot of horrible things, too many tragedies, many broken hearts. However, amongst all of the devastation that there is there is beauty, there is love, compassion, understanding, community. Be one of us that shares the beauty we say, that we experience from other people, the grace of others. We are not promised sunshine and rose, only because that’s impossible. We must have balance, so we can appreciate the sunshine and roses we must have the rain and thorns. The best way I have been able to do this is working on establishing my meditation practice.
