okay so the appointment with the resident felt like it went fine, they were very willing to be like “yeah I don’t know much of anything! we will work together on this! that is a reckless lowering of your prednisone dosage and we’re just not gonna touch it for now!” they also did things like, instead of suggesting it might be depression instead of mcas, they were like “hey in addition to your mcas and fibro and stuff have you talked about...?” which is like yeah no lol we got that angle very much explored already thanks. they were like “I don’t think I can fix you but I don’t think you expected that anyway, thanks for being clear about your goals, etc etc etc” so like. they’re decent so far. I like them. they certainly won’t fuck up my meds like mr g did lol

they also informed me immunology rejected my referral because they don’t believe I have mcas (motherfuckers) and I remembered to ask them to get that prior authorization straightened out for the loratadine. (they also thought it was weird that it has sat for so long, mr g I am coming for you)

then I happened to see I had some copays owed when I logged in for the appointment, and I hadn’t added my medicaid to my profile until just then and I’ll be fucking goddamned if I pay a fucking cent out of pocket for mr g’s “services”, but billing was so super nice and easy to reach, spent less than 30 seconds on hold, they were like “oh yeah sure just ignore those statements while we get that re-billed out to your other insurance”.

overall very positive productive day, even though it turns out we owe the leasing office an extra $50 cuz of arin’s card mishap. (also they weren’t double-charging the last couple days of rent there was just a miscommunication cuz I was told it would be rolled into june and it wasn’t)
