Admito que escuché la canción primero en iTunes(?) y pensé que Homare cantaba primero, pero grata sorpresa tuve cuando APARECE FUUGA EN EL VIDEO!!! AAHHGGG OTL
Ok. Corrijo lo del post anterior, Fuuga sí podría ser un interés amoroso posible para mí... (???) Me siento confundida xD
Luego me siento mal porque porque no pude distinguir quién cantaba con Gakuto la segunda estrofa, Y ESE SÍ ERA HOMARE!!! OTL
Me gustó mucho los pequeños solos de Izumi y Kanata(su voz vibra de una forma tan adorable) tienen voces muy bonitas pero que se perdieron un poco en las canciones de Jaxx/Jaxx, porque Gakuto destaca muchísimo (como vocalista principal) y el grito de Jun en "Super Star" (para recalcar que a pesar de su personalidad tímida puede sacar la voz). Homare es literalmente quien lleva las riendas de la banda, aunque digan que Izumi es líder (?).
Ya después en su mayoría son todos cantando juntos, por grupos o pequeños duetos, de los que también percibo a Daiki, pero lo que son Banri, Chihiro y Eishiro pasan casi desapercibidos... (al menos para mí)

Admito que LEGIT me sorprendió bastante. Si bien siguen en el estilo hip-hop/rap es una rama mucho más relajada, en comparación a sus títulos anteriores. (En realidad no conozco mucho del género, perdón)
Me duele que Fuuga no tuviera un poquito más de pantalla en el anime (sí, admito que tengo un problema con él) pero supongo que era necesario establacer el "fanservice" con el matrimonio de Eishiro y Taiki (???) xD

Con JAXX/JAXX tengo una sensación extraña. También toman un estilo ligeramente diferente a sus temas anteriores, pero no es realmente de extrañar considerando lo versátil que es Gakuto para la música y la variedad de estilos que domina. Y sí, vuelve a robarse el título como vocalista principal. Supongo que está demás decir lo MUCHO que adoro la voz de Gakuto. Mi pregunta ahora es... ¿Masa habrá aportado a la composición de esta canción? :^)

Ok... Juro que no escuché esta canción cuando salió, por una sencilla razón: no me gusta PROTOSTAR... Ahora tengo la certeza de que jamás la volveré a escuchar.
Como personajes me gustan mucho, Chihiro sigue siendo de mis personajes favoritos y el me sacó lágrimas en su capítulo. ¡Pero no puedo! OTL
Es una percepción completamente personal, no los odio, simplemente su música no es para mí. Ninguna de sus canciones me gusta x'D
Me explico. PROTOSTAR es la unidad que mejor representa el estereotipo de Idols. Sus canciones son increíblemente melosas, dulces, entuciastas, positivas y enérgicas. Me desagradan...
Que su música sea tan soñadora es algo que me incomoda muchísimo, obviamente a otras personas les encantará, y eso está completamente bien. Pero en lo que a mí respecta, me es imposible escuchar sus canciones. De hecho, no tengo ninguna en mis listas de reproducción, mientras que de JAXX/JAXX y LEGIT sí. Y el single de Daiki es precioso ywy 💕
Me siento agotada después de eso... Prosu drena mi energía vital... No puedo, de verdad no puedo... Protejan sus sonrisas por mí, yo no puedo seguirles el paso (?)
Ahora necesito TAAANTO que saquen una película o algo... OTL
PD: acabo de notar que "ocultaron" los videos con las presentaciones del anime ywy ����
PD2: me tienta revisar si habrá al menos dos fanfics de ellos en Ao3 fbakbfksjx

one thing about me is i am a guy who will watch an idol anime of questionable quality so of course in addition to this season’s technoroid i’ve picked up uniteup as well
just as with technoroid, i’m pleasantly surprised to discover it’s much better than i’d expected! the poster quite literally could not have been more bland, so i wasn’t expecting much and have been really impressed so far
the animation, for one thing, is waaay smoother than i thought it would be (didn’t watch any trailers beforehand, thought it would be more like ichu-tier, just now saw its studio is cloverworks and went OH WELL THAT EXPLAINS IT)
so we have our typical genki sunshine ginger protag who clearly came out of the same factory that made otoya ittoki and nanase riku, but the premise actually feels quite fresh to me
rather than going to audition at a talent agency, our riku expy (who isn’t even that genki at the start) is scouted by smilea production—a talent agency run by a pair of retired idols who once formed the duo anela
he’s scouted because his bestie has been secretly uploading his karaoke performances, and those videos have gotten enough traction to gain the attention of the guys at smilea
akira (our mc) isn’t even all that on board with becoming an idol at first (for reasons which i assume are related to his dead dad) which is a rather fresh take for the genre
as a voicecon there’s something really cute to me about the premise of retired idols scouting and training new ones, because most of the cast consists of rather fresh faces and voices while anela is formed by nakajima yoshiki and saito soma (two much more veteran voice actors in the industry)
it feels like a passing of the torch, so to speak (even though obviously yoshiki and soma are young and aren’t going anywhere fast lol)
the first ep opens with footage of an old anela performance, and their choreography alone gave me really strong kitakore vibes right from the start (KITAKOREEEEEE WHEN WILL B-PROJECT COME HOME FROM THE WAR) so i’m hoping we see more of them as the show progresses because i do love me a kitakore-esque duo
it seems like the franchise will center primarily around three groups that anela are bringing up: protostar, legit, and jaxx/jaxx
we haven’t officially met the other two members of protostar yet (with akira being one of them) and jaxx/jaxx have yet to make an appearance, though we did hear a bit of muffled legit music through a wall (gave off really strong zool vibes)
as far as i can tell hayashi yuuki is credited for the music on this, and his works include music on all sorts of sports anime from haikyuu to bakuten to welcome to the ballroom, among a great many other things
but i do wonder if he’s composing the actual idol songs, or just the soundtrack of the anime? kinda keen to see how the rest of the groups will sound!
in short i’m really happy with this first episode and will be looking forward to meeting the rest of the guys
