This is a photo by Richard Mosse, from his series 'Infra'. The series is marked by Mosse's use of a Kodak Aerochrome, which is a discontinued reconnaissance infrared film. The film registered chlorophyll inside live vegetation which resulted in beautiful red and pink plants. I really like this photo because it is pleasing to look at. The blue sky also compliments the infrared plants which makes the image stand out more. I want to try and find actual red and pink plants and interpret this photo without using a Kodak Aerochrome.
