The clones would be really involved in their kids life's, read so many parental guiding books and go to workshops on child-rearing.

Why?

Because they grew up on Kamino under the most harshest conditions with little that can be called a childhood. And being self-aware likely all clones would understand that they lacked knowledge in the raising kids department.

So, they would approach the issue like they have been taught: they would strategise. They would research. They would talk and help each other out. And since they are already attuned to reading reports and using manuals they would do it like it's nothing short but several doctorates worth of knowledge.
