i like to think that alhaitham has let kaveh style his hair on occasion

kaveh’s hair is so pretty and intricately styled, i imagine he places a lot of importance on his appearance yknow?

so imagine alhaitham has an event to attend at the akademiya or something and kaveh’s like “you’re the acting grand sage, you can’t show up looking like that >:(” and haitham doesn’t really care since he kind of hates the akademiya anyways-

but kaveh insists and so alhaitham (begrudgingly) lets him comb his hair, put a little bit of product in it, meticulously styles it and brushes it away from his eyes (because it makes him look more presentable, not because kaveh thinks his eyes are pretty to look at, nope not at all)

and when he’s done alhaitham actually doesn’t mind his new look, he thinks it’s pretty, it’s not really his style but it’s very kaveh and he finds that endearing for some reason (although he’d never tell kaveh that)

so alhaitham supposes he’s fine with kaveh fluffing his hair up a bit before formal events now and then. but it’s only because he needs to look professional.

it has nothing to do with the fact that he’s comforted by the feeling of kaveh’s fingers delicately combing his hair into place...or the fact that he finds peace in the interaction however brief it may be, watching kaveh focus, feeling the warmth of his presence and relaxing into his touch…no, not at all…..
