#6821 Katalyst Passion Project Hazy IPA (Canada) Big ups @notionbaby for this one! This is a 5.8% NEIPA from a brewery that’s new to me, and she’s solid. It pours opaque with a meringue head and a fruity nose, the body is creamy and smooth, there’s citrus and melon vibes, some zesty orange notes, a touch of grassy bitterness in the back end, it’s crushable and light, wrapping in a dusty, clean finish.
