I do think that Kaluza, the String Theory clone, basically gets two options after she's made. The first is that the Wardens find out about her and she immediately gets arrested, an armed guard put on her at all times, and treated somewhat like Riley. Too dangerous of a person to be left running around and is basically forced to be a deterrent for a full scale invasion from Shin or Cheit. Like I said, hard to argue with the woman who can blow your moon out of the sky. She uses the free time she's allowed during crisis' to needle Chris about how he isn't even important enough for the Wardens to hold at gunpoint.

The more fun option is that she pulls the same shtick Chris is doing. She's got her second chance and she's not going to spend the rest of her new life locked away in the Wardens tower. But her power is very distinctive and incredibly limiting for trying to pretend it's something else. Only way I think she could swing it is if she starts trying to game her limitations. We know she can tinker together drones and other equipment to help her build her mega-projects, so I'm thinking she begins the incredibly delicate act of setting those projects in motion. She starts some new massive machine and uses it as a point to jump off for making gear, drones, and other equipment she can use to keep the illusion up of her being a slightly mediocre tinker. All the while, she's preparing larger schemes in the background all centered around this massive tinker tech death-ray or whatever.

She presents herself as a mediocre drone tinker with a few additions, so that when she pulls the rug out from under everyone, no one is ready to react to it.

Only problem is she's barely a teen age-wise, so she's not as good at handling everything as she likes to think she is. No matter if she finishes the project or not, it's probably all gonna explode in her face.

Meaning of name: Gonkoken = duck/swan-like [in Tehuelche]; nanoi = for Mario “Nano” Ulloa [discoverer of dinosaur bones at the site where the original fossils were found]

Age: Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian), between 70.5–71.7 million years ago

Where found: Dorotea Formation, Magallanes, Chile

How much is known: Numerous bones including parts of the skull, limbs, hips, and vertebral column. It is unknown whether any of these bones belonged to the same individuals, though at least three individuals are represented.

Notes: Gonkoken was a hadrosauroid, closely related to but not a member of the “core group” of duck-billed dinosaurs (hadrosaurids). All other hadrosauroids previously named from South America were true hadrosaurids. In fact, prior to the discovery of Gonkoken, non-hadrosaurid hadrosauroids near the end of the Cretaceous were not known from the Americas.

However, reexamination of supposed hadrosaurid fossils from Southern Patagonia and Antarctica suggests that these may also be remains of non-hadrosaurid hadrosauroids. It might have been that hadrosaurids (which probably originated in the Northern Hemisphere) never made it to the southern reaches of South America prior to the end-Cretaceous mass extinction, allowing other types of hadrosauroids to persist there in the absence of competition.

Well, I finally did it. You know, when Mama found out I had spent my inheritance money from Nana on a shitty run down farm in the middle of nowhere, I thought she was gonna keel right over then and there! But, she didn't, and i'm still deciding if that is for the better or the worse. I guess I can see why you wanted to move out here, it smells...fresher than back home at least.

People seem nice, i'm writing this as I get a lift to the town, turns out I really underestimated how long the walk from the train station was. He seems nice, (guess most serial killers do. If you don't receive another letter, goodbye and farewell, all that) says he'll drop by with the family to help pull some weeds out in the garden over the next few days. Said that would be nice, they're welcome any time.. But I don't need anyone's help. I'm proving a point.
