Chadley has always been hilarious to me. He's this cheerful, helpful, kindly white nerd that just hangs around everywhere and talks enthusiastically about his research...and his undying, blistering hatred for Shinra, all in the same happy tone. Seriously he sounds like; "Greetings Cloud! Good to see you! I'm happy to see how much you've helped me continue my research, and be sure it is all for a good cause. For one day I shall stand upon the ashes of Shinra's ruins, the blood of their shareholders and executives staining the bottom of my boots, the screams of their soldiers echoing in my ears, and I will smile as I smell the sweet scent of justice well served as all of Shinra shall feel my thunderous wrath.
