So if anyone remembers that Meddling Kids post I've made a while back, I decided to develop the idea a bit further and I guess this is the introduction of the main cast of the TTR prequel :3
Most of these guys and gals were already introduced in their objecthead forms and these are their human+teen versions, since this prequel takes place several years before TRR.
Some of my other old characters will also make an appearence there, but I'm not sure if I'm gonna draw them or not...

Mena, Richie, Davey, Joe and Maria: Mysery Inc. edition.
Yeah ok it's not them, it's me who's been watching too much of SD lately and got this random idea.
As I see it this would've taken place right after David moved into town, so him and Philomena (who is still adapting to public school after being home educated and also writes for the school newspaper) aren't in love yet, and right before Richard (the local star and everyone's favourite fuqboy) left to Air Force Academy, so him and Maria are still together. And Joe is a cowardish math nerd and everyone's punching bag.

Story wise tho? Joe's Caddy definitely wasn't the car you'd want to see parked at your house in the middle of the night, so him and Philomena probably had some business to take care of after the event...

Ay, more sketches!1!!
Ok so it all started with a kinda cringy 80s song called Stand And Deliver and I thought "what if Gwendall and Jordan were the dandy highwaymen who'd rob people they found looking not ✨fancy✨ enough" and originally Richie was supposed to be in their gang but then I was like "why tf would he do that, he's a nice guy and hates Jordan" so I guess now he's a bounty hunter who's chasing these two or something.
Gonna call it Adventure AU I guess?

May I introduce you the (redesigned) character who have already made his appearance here but was never mentioned because I thought there was no need to but then he appeared to be quite important for the story - Rudolph (Rudy) Crompton.
Rudy is another lawyer, just like Morgan (they actually know each other and are very good friends), but his clients have much less... entertaining problems to deal with.
From a first glance people seem not to take this man seriously due to his young age and his behavior being much more theatrical than what you might expect from a professional, but those who have had an honor to see Rudy in action know that underestimating him is a major mistake most of his opponents have made.
His knowledge of not only the law system, but marketing and psychology made him one of the best candidates you can hire when dealing with ex-wives, stalkers and bosses who used to underpay you for ages.
In fact, Rudy's amazing list of court wins delivered him some recognizable figures as clients, including Philomena O'Neill, Jordan Hartingham and, the unfortunate soul, Davey Rutherford...
