they need to have a loossemble vs oec peloton series of some sort. i will choreograph the bike class and dance cardio session if no one else is available. here’s what i propose:

rosy for the warmup (it counts.)

newtopia for the first climb. 30-40 resistance high cadence on/off jog intervals

jnsq: heavier resistance like 55-70 same cadence

af1: more jog intervals medium cadence medium/low resistance 40-55

real world for a high resistance climb starting at 65-75 working to 80-100 (i just think that would be funny sorry)

Girl front remix for the final jog resistance back down to 45-60

sensitive for the cool down

Love me like as the outro stretch music

3) What fic of yours do you think is underrated?

i'm not sure if i think it's underrated but i do think more people should like, be aware of bakery fic. i'm so proud of that fic for many reasons. it's definitely steadily over the years gotten more attention, but at the ~height~ of its release, i felt like it got... jnsq overlooked because it wasn't explicit. but i really love that one!

14) What is something you wrote in a fic that you are hoping readers picked up on but you don't know if they did? And/or, what is something that you were excited that readers did pick up on?

okay so a lot of people asked for 14 so I'm going to answer and pick different things for each one. for bakery fic, it's all the nods at the culture at the time. technology and how life actually was. i was in my early teens at the time, but just old enough to really get into it. i remember the very first ipods and mp3 players. i remember pirating off napster and limewire. it was such a fun exercise to mentally live in that time period for a little while.
