These earrings are a gift from Prince William and were first debuted by Catherine in the official portraits before the Cambridge tour of North America in 2011.

Since then these earrings have become one of Catherine's most worn jewelry pieces. She has publicly worn them on numerous occasions with the latest being on the final day of the 2022 Wimbledon Championships.

The earrings consist of a single oval faceted sapphire stone with a ring cluster of nine diamonds which dangles from a single diamond lever.

i am very VERY stoked to finally be in town for a comparatively normal summer. i mean, covid is still everywhere, i very much do NOT feel safe, i will pick my battles. i'll mask. but i WILL go goddamn.

#medieval festival is on saturday and i'm hoping i can finally find some jewellery in a style i like and that fits me #also rhiannon is playing! fuck yeah!#for that matter i found out about the two steps from hell europe tour this morning. now that it's over #they were in the captial ONE WEEK ago i want to cry #anyway i guess i've given up wrt covid?#i will start arisky job on monday anyway #and being physically safe doesn't help me so much when myy mental health has been through the garbage disposal for a year now #/shrugemoji my lungs haven't felt the same since march '20 so i mightve had it already?

Final thoughts: I feel like she’ll go for a gown, but with skirt volume somewhere between a ballgown and pencil with a leg slit. And sleeveless or strapless to show off her arms. I don’t think anything too flashy- the dress code for the GGs seems more formal to me. My overall guess for colour is silver and/or black though I can see richer colour tones. I think it’ll be a cleaner, sleeker look overall compared to some of the edgier (for Taylor anyways) red carpet looks. Also free the forehead

#also if she’s in black/silver maybe a slightly darker rep lip than usual #not as dark/brown as the rep tour but more maroon #also no layering of jewellery: again clean and simple #maddies thoughts
