Hi. I recently started following you. Just a little inference I had from your Yellowjackets posts - seems like you ship all four wlw pairings among the main female characters (Taissa/Van, Shauna/Jackie, Misty/Nat, Lottie/Laura Lee). I just think that's great because I almost always end up shipping nearly every female character on a show with every other age-appropriate female character who's not her family or in some sort of position of authority over her or something along those lines. It's rare to see someone shipping practically every wlw pairing on a show. I saw something between Bela and Evangeline in The Sex Lives of College Girls, but it wasn't until a mutual said it that I actually devoted any content on my blog to it. I also shipped Whitney with her friend Willow and her with Jayla too (the approaching-flirty banter was a big factor there), as well as, people would probably give me looks for this, Kimberly with Nico's girlfriend Maya. I guess TSLOCG is that show for me, where I see all the four main female characters in wlw pairings, so it's nice to see someone

Hi!! Thank you for the ask. It’s nice talking about wlw pairings, especially when they’re not as popular in fandom, so as you said, it’s nice seeing people who do.

I think all wlw ships on yellowjackets are very compelling and fun, you have everything for anyone. I love all the ships for different reasons and I love all the content being created for them. I’m going to be making gifsets for all the ships soon so that’s something to look forward to.

Now that you pointed it out, Bela and Evangeline does sound interesting. I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing more of them actually. There’s obviously Leighton and Alicia whom I love a lot and I hope they can resolve their issues so they come together again. I think they rushed their relationship a bit but to be honest I don’t care as long as the wlws are happy.

I also saw something between Kimberly and Maya!! I’m glad I’m not the only one. Literally ditch Nico and date each other please.

Seeing more fandoms where people ship wlw ships is amazing. We do that for the skamverse, or at least my mutuals. We have the main, canon wlws (kieutou, mayla and crisana), but we also have other noncanon wlw ships which should’ve been canon (nooreva, vildeva, shay/megan, zoeava, avayara, doumira, mia/kiki courtesy of @rosealie, and I want to bring awareness to june/éléonore)

So yeah, I love how wlw ships are rising. Thank you to everyone who makes content, any content, for wlw pairings, you’re amazing <3
