I haven’t posted anything here in what feels like forever! I’ve been incredibly busy flying to and back from Brazil, i curated an international art show featuring the art of Albert Reyes, Jason Vivona, Mats!?, @michaelchsiung-blog, Jeff Roysdon, Mildred and myself.
The show is called HIT THE GROUND RUNNING and it’s up until July 2017.
I also opened an Art Space (I’m avoiding calling it a gallery even though we have white walls, for now, and proper gallery lights) and I’m stoked about it! It’s something I always wanted and have been playing with this idea for 10 years, curating shows and concerts in empty places.
@Bendgy opens every Saturday from 2-8pm, we’re also an independent shop with prints, zines, tshirts and other goodies made by creative, original and hard working artists!

AM Affirmations 2021
It’s Listener Appreciation Week at CJSW, which means it’s time for one of my favourite traditions at The A.M. — the annual Affirmations episode. Three hours of refuge from the world outside, serving as a sonic shelter from the storms raging around us.
These aren't just radio waves or digitally streamed packets of bits that your stereo is decoding. They're healing vibrations, carefully calibrated to erode away whatever worries have been weighing you down, at least for as long as this transmission lasts.
A special thank you to all the artists who shared their positive messages for this week's episode: Joseph Shabason, The Analog Girl, Hermitess, Badge Epoque Ensemble, Thanya Iyer, Bernice, Peter Broderick, and Zoon. The thought and care you put into these was above and beyond what I hoped.
