dream is so fascinating. apologizing for cucking punz and ignoring that punz openly admitted to the public that he never liked dream and was deeply threatened by him and his success. dream practically LIVES on the higher road at this point

The part where he's just like "he said things out of anger" like, yeah, don't you think if someone can throw you under the bus so fucking easily just because they're annoyed doesn't really deserve your forgiveness?

And sure, maybe Dream feels bad for flirting with his friend's girl, he's grown since then, and if this had all taken place privately where Punz expressed his anger about that then I could see forgiveness on both sides being possible, but for Punz to flame him out publicly like he did and then Dream to apologise so profusely also publicly.... Man, I wish I had his levels of patience.

Someone on my twt timeline (can't remember who so apologies for no credit) said "Dream forgives, but I don't forget" and yeah. That's where I'm at. I hope George holds onto the grudge too and Punz goes on The List.

when levi develops a crush on you, he is literally the last person to figure it out.

levi's crush would begin when he notices you doing something he finds particularly admirable or intriguing, which causes you to catch his eye more regularly

of course, this man doesn't understand the concept of emotion too well, so he thinks that the only possible reason he is paying extra attention to you is because you're either getting on his nerves, or you're shady

at first he would conduct himself kinda like a kindergarten bully who pulls on your pigtails because he likes you

if everyone is eating together, he would lowkey ignore your contributions to the conversation or if you make a joke, he would roll his eyes and tell everyone to wrap it up

he would end up assigning you additional cleaning duty for some miniscule, barely justifiable reason, despite everyone else getting away with shit all the time

he would stay in the room with you to make sure you're doing it right, but he ends up forcing himself to look away because for some reason the prospect of being alone with you makes him kind of jumpy??? what the hell is that about??

you know better than to try to make conversation with him, especially since you think he dislikes you, so it's very surprising when he is the one who speak to you

of course, levi isn't particularly skillful in the art of "chit chat" and for possibly the first time in his life he feels... flustered? he would probably ask a couple of surface level questions for you to hesitantly answer, but then the silence would creep back in. levi isn't normally bothered by silence at all, but he's so painfully aware of it that he tells you you're allowed to leave before you're even close to finishing

after that, he literally doesn't know how to act around you because he feels totally thrown off. he would end up pulling a 180 and letting your behavior slide while everyone else ends up in the doghouse. this is when people probably start catching on

connie would definitely make half-joking insinuations about what happened when you guys were alone together

this definitely gets back to levi, and he punishes connie for it, but his behavior regulates and leaves everyone wondering if they imagined it all

ofc, you didn't imagine it, and it starts showing through in other small ways. if you're alone in a common space during your free time, he sometimes wanders in and spends it there too. he sits across or diagonal from you at meals regularly. he starts to brew a little too much tea and gives it to you without asking ("don't waste it, it's no good cold.")

[canonverse specific] he would definitely be careful of where you're positioned on scouting missions. he would make excuses that your skills would be more useful in a different part of the formation. he prefers that you're at an arm's length since things can get so hairy so fast

[modern au specific] coincidentally leaves work/school at the same time as you to make sure you get to your car/public transport okay

overall, he probably wouldn't do anything about his crush unless you initiated it, but he would slowly test how he feels about spending more time with you. it's hard for him to get attached, but you make it easier for him to work on it

Open source in tech advancements is so much better than gatekeeping for profit, its how we make things better. The person who could add the next step and the next might never have had access if they'd kept it to themselves

Also, game modding, a bit like fanwork communities, is based on transforming the medium you love into new content and offering it to your community for free to enjoy and I love that.

This mod is so exciting because like, imagine a world wherein this technology is universally available in all games, or heck in all communication methods. Imagine the AI gets really good with all those specific words and phrases, it breaks down barriers.

I'm not saying a Minecraft mod is changing the world, it's being run off an existing API so they didn't develop the tech more than just integrate it into the game, but if this is successful I could see a world where a full game gets released with this tech in it natively and its going to be beautiful

Hello great question, thank you, here is my answer:

I think, when it comes to everyone else, Sam prefers to be liked and Dean prefers to be right. Sam wants to be seen as normal and not the anti-christ. Dean wants to be seen as powerful and in control and always right so that no one knows how scared he is or how often he has no clue. He still wants to be right with Sam, but it's more important for him to be liked by Sam so that Sam never leaves him again. Whereas Sam has to be smarter, better, bigger, and prove himself trustworthy to Dean. He also worries less about Dean liking him because, hello, it's Dean.
