Part 5 but Giorno as a female character. The dynamic with Mista would still be the fucking same.

I do believe so, maybe with Mista being slightly more flustered around Giorno. Probably commenting on how Giorno's 'jaunty jiggle sacks' (courtesy of the dub) feel against his back... He may also be a bit harsher towards Abbacchio bullying a lady.
