Hc: Henry has always known that Virginia is trans and that's why he was more concerned about Jasper's mental health/happiness rather than the fact that he was trans when he came out to him. I also believe Virginia is very open about being trans and no one gives a shit since she openly talks about how her family wanted her to be a samurai which was basically only for dudes.

Ok ok now is a fantastic time to mention that I've always liked imagining that one of Jekyll's old alchemy books has details on a potion that allows one to alter their physical appearance to that of the opposite gender (or any gender options depending on the amount ingredients you use) I mean those books have liquid flesh they can do this. And like. I really just want to imagine a cute scene where Jekyll tells Ito about that potion in that old book of his and they work on making it together <3
