im 2 whole days no smoking 😎 (chatting abt it a lil in the tags)
#which isnt a lot but it is about two days no smoking more than ive done in well. what. four years? almost five?#ive been working on quitting since the beginning of this yr and ive slowly tapered myself down#from 55mg/ml -> 35 -> 24 -> 18 -> 12 -> 6 -> 3#and now im none not even 0mg juice just no vaping at all#its hard to talk about bc i dont want to be like. triggering to the ppl around me who have Already quit. but im very proud of myself#for making the goal of quitting by the end of the year and here we are and i think im actually gonna be able to do it#ive thrown all my shit away so its like Gone now. shes gone and thank god for it#thanks if you read my tags <3 i just need to get it out of my noggin
