Day seven. The past 24 hours have been hard, my stress levels and mood have been and energy have been high and I’ve been cranky and I’m dragging. But I took my 30mg of CBD this morning when I woke, and it’s doing its job! Yes I was stress to a point of barking down but I stayed calm. My anxiety today was a little higher than normal but it was nothing I couldn’t handle. CBD has helped me tremendously in the past week, I’ve should have had a few seizures due to all the stress, but because my anxiety was so low and I was so calm I made it through a hard time with no episodes! That’s all I can ask for! I have an amazing support system from my family and friends, I have never felt this loved and blessed to have so much wonderful caring people in my life! I’m still smiling and that’s all I need. I won’t be doing an everyday update from now on on Facebook, but I’ll have daily updates on instagram, Snapchat and periscope.
