Okay everyone, I’ve got almost 100 prompts for Madney in my inbox now. Zach Dempsey - “and what are you going to do about it?”

[hi so this is my first ever imagine and I didn't intend it to be this long but oh well. Enjoy and if you have any requests or advice on how to write these feel free to help!!

ALSO....mini warning : smut (a little), swearing and alcohol!!! ]

Can I really be bothered? This question has been invading your thought process all day. Yes, yes I can. It’s your best friends, Jessica Davis, party and she had you go out and shop for a new outfit with her, I may as well. Makeup was done. Dark blonde hair lightly curled lay over your shoulders. You were nervous, you hadn't spoken to Zach since you last argued. Oh well, if I'm going, I'm making myself look amazing. You broke the tag on your new cream flowery dress and put on your brown heeled boots. Am I stupid? I want to see him but I'm absolutely dreading it.

Obviously, you were going to turn up early because its your best friends party and she wanted u there early than everyone else. You walk up to the door and it swings open before you could even approach it.

“HEY!! YOU LOOK AMAZING!!! OK, come in. WOAH lets go upstairs” you laugh to yourself her excitement. She grabs your arms and pulls you through the living room but your stomach drops as you hear Zach voice.

“Hey, Jess” he walks around the corner and sees you and looks taken aback but snaps his head to look at Jess once again, “where do you want the beer?”

Jess walks off to show Zach and you take it as your que to sit on the sofa, out of the way. Fucking hell, this is terrible. You and Zach never argue, like ever. Especially over something this stupid. You were mad with him for flirting with one of the cheerleaders, well at least you thought, Zach thought it was harmless. Maybe it was but he's Zach Dempsey and the one thing you know is the girls want him.

“where is ev- HEYYYYYYY” You're quickly snapped out of your thoughts and are tangled into a warm hug, “how’s my baby sister? are you not drinking tonight?”

You smile, your brother is only a few seconds older than but seems to think its more. “Jeff, I'm good. yes ill drink a sprite or something” he looks at you strangely. “What? I have to get us home” Shaking his head “No, ill worry about that” Jeff lookup and spots Zach walking through. “ZACH!! Buddy get your girl a vodka or something”. You make eye contact with him again but you don't want Zach to feel awkward in front of Jeff so you hug your brother and go to get it yourself.

It’s starting to fill up now and the music is vibrating through the walls and floor. You spot the drink section and see Bryce and Montgomery over there and they see you. “(Y/N)!!!!!!! HEYYYY COME HERE”. Not really having many options you go over and are handed a shot instantly. Without waiting for anyone else you take it straight away. Screwing your face you look up and hear Bryce say “Zach, your girl is wild. Keep hold of her huh”. You roll your eyes. For fuck sake, why is Zach coming over? Can he fucking leave me alone, its just awkward. Bryce goes to hand Zach a shot but before Zach can come next to you and take it, you grab it out his hands and down it like you did the last. Bryce starts laughing “Woah Dempsey, definitely a keeper”. He scoffs and does a sarcastic “yea”. Bryces senses the awkwardness and begins to walk off, so you take it upon yourself to pour your own drink. You go for the vodka and search for a can of coke still while Zach stands there with his hands in his pocket watching you. You can't see the look on his face right now but you can sense something. You pour your vodka, but you pour a bit too much. “(Y/N) what the fuck are you doing?? That’s way too much” you look at him sternly, “and? why the fuck do you care?”. You start drinking straight away and by the first taste you know it’s too strong but you don’t want Zach to know that. He takes his hands out of his pockets and walks towards you, lightly holding your arm to bring you closer so you can hear him over the loud music. “You never drink” for fuck sake, why does it matter. “And?” you say hoping to frustrate him as much as he is you. “If you drink too much you become vulnerable and not to mention its dangerous. For fuck sake, all I'm asking you to do is pace yourself”. You're stubborn and the alcohol in your system increases that deeply. “Well I am, I’m with Jess so I'm not on my own, so if thats what you're worried about, you can go now. They're playing suck and blow or whatever the fuck you call it”. Zach sighs and kisses you on the head, he then places his hand so it rests at the back of your neck and sort of in you hair. “I’m going to go with the guys, play some beer pong. I know you won't want to do that so I will give you your space. Be careful, okay?”. You smile, you know what he's doing, trying to soften the mood but fuck, its working. “Okay”. His body relaxes a bit and you can see he's less tense probably thinking you're okay now he's shown compassion but the alcohol in your system has put you in a overall shitty mood. He walks away but stops for a second and you see him tap Jeff. Oh for fuck sake. They chat and exchange a few glances in your direction before you think fuck it and go find a place to sit down.

“(Y/N)! You've got your boy worried. Whats up?” Jeff says as he takes a seat next to you. You laugh “Nothing, I just am a bit icky when I've drank. This is exactly why I don't do hard core liquor, makes me.... bleh”. You make weird faces as you speak and Jeff chuckles to himself. “Okay, when I said you should drink, I meant beer or something” . You look at him confused not really knowing what the fuck is going on, “Here, stand up and ill take you for some”. As you stand up you begin to wobble and he laughs again “maybe some water....ok? just for awhile”. Jeff walks you inside, past the table were Zach is playing ping pong and you can feel his eyes on you the entire time.

Once Jeff gave you water and made sure you were with someone he left to go back to his friends. You were now with Jess and Montgomery in the kitchen and you had been talking for about 15 minutes with them, feeling more like your old self. Jess hears one of her favourite songs playing from outside and she grabs your hand, Montgomery follows you both. Once again, you pass the table but this time you look and Zach isn't there but now he's stood by some trees with his friends drinking and you smile to yourself. You both haven't completely made up yet but it’s not going as bad, anymore at least. Jess, being drunk and just being Jess, danced with everyone so you got stuck awkwardly dancing by Montgomery. “Should we go to the side? I don't think we are feeling this song as much as Jess”, you 100% agree. Due to the overcrowded ‘dance floor’, Monty leads you to the side by putting his hands around your waist but he let’s go once you're out so you think nothing of it. “Can I ask you a ‘I know its none of my business but I have been wondering’ type question?” you screw up your face in a smiley but awkward kinda way, “I mean..sure”. He looks at you “are you and Zach having problems?”. Wow, how ironic. “Well, I mean. Yea. That is none of your buissness but to be honest if you're noticing then fuck me, everyone else probably is too. I mean, no offence”. For some odd and fairly strange reason Montgomery grew confidence, you could tell by his body posture as he began to lean forward to you. He changed the conversation, talked about himself a lot and you smiled politely but didn't really care. You couldn't think about how many medals he had when he was leaning closer and closer to the point your back was completely on the wall behind you. You zone out more and more by the minute and look over to Zach, glaring at you but not doing anything. When he sees he looks away straight away but you know whats going on, he thinks you're flirting to get back at him for doing it. Fuck, you want to be anywhere else but here. You look back to Montgomery and he's looking at you weird, “what?”. He lifts his hand up and places it against your face and tries to get something off it “it’s an eyelash”. Instantly your heart drops and you look to your side to see Zach walking over with his jaw clenched. “Dude, step the fuck away right now”. Monty laughs but does as he says “calm bro, she had an eyelash”. Zach steps forward so he's really close to him, “oh yea? did that have anything to do with the fact you have her backed against a fucking wall”. Monty backed away more but trying to cover the fact he was frightened by laughing “Just friends”. Before Zach could step forward you go in front of him and put your hand on either side of his body and you can feel how tense he is. “Babe. I do have an eyelash, will you help me in the bathroom”. You grab hold of his hand and move him away but he doesn't brake eye contact with Montgomery for a good few seconds. Quick enough, he walks in front of you and his hands clasp yours tightly and he pulls you through the crowds of people. You both hear people call both of your names at times but he doesn't take notice and leads you up to the upstairs bathroom.

Zach walks in first and lets go of your hand so you can shut the door behind you. You make no noise, it’s just you watching him clench his hands tightly on the sink as he leans over it. Its just fucking silent and you have no idea what to say. “Thank you”, those words just come out without thinking. “Yea well he shouldn't have been coming onto you like that, I could tell you were uncomfortable from were I was standing” he turns around and leans his back against the sink so he's facing you now. You instantly regret everything, “Im sorry. So so sorry”. The look he gave you after you said that was pure softness “No don't say sorry, I understand now”. You smile “the argument was pretty stupid anyway” and he nods in agreement. He has been moving closer to you and you only just noticed because you can now smell his minty scent mixed with lots of variations of alcohol but it’s insanely attractive on him. “I just hate seeing the guys come onto you like that”. You stare at him, totally and utterly in awe of him, he's gorgeous. However, you smirk, knowing exactly what to do next. “and what are you going to do about it?”. Without a flicker of a thought Zach pushed your back against the door, lifting your body up. Your body moved with his as you lifted your legs so they were wrapped around his waist and he placed one hand on your ass and the other on your thigh for support. You tangled your hands within his hair as you both kiss. He breaks it and moves his mouth to your collarbone and you lean your head back against the wall, already feeling so much out of this. Zach knows your collarbone is one of your weakest spots so he lightly trails his tongue against it, feeling the cold against your warm skin. He begins to kiss your neck doing everything so that you come up with hickeys, making that mark. “Zach. Zach stop”. Within a matter of seconds he stopped and now you have him staring at you. Jumping down so your feet touch the floor again you grab his hand and unlock the door, making your way to Jess room. Zach locks the door and smiles “we can't have sex in here but it doesn't mean we can't do other stuff”. You smirk and sit on the bed and as he hovers over you, in sync you both move back so that you're lied on your back. His tongue enters your mouth as your both begin to kiss again but you stop to take off his shirt. You hands run along his toned body as you lift it up and throw it to the side, before going back down to kiss you he says “are you okay babe?” but you smile and move him back in for the kiss. Your sensitive hands trail his back whilst his own move to the bottom of your dress. The material of the dress was light and due to the position you was in he didn't have to move it to get to your underwear, everything seemed easy. His hands haven't entereted your underwear yet but he again runs his cold hands against your thigh making you even more weaker than you was. “Zach..... please” you manage to say in between deep kisses and your heavy breathing. You feel him smirk in the kiss, “anything for you”. He entered his hands under your underwear and let his thumb rest on your clit as he lightly rubbed to build your anticipation. Taking his time he then started to rub with his fingers making you arch your body also allowing him to suck on your neck. You feel your thighs lightly shake as your body feels lighter under his. You moan as her carries on moving his hands in you and you grab the sheets for support. After awhile he takes his hand out and puts it back to behind your head and passionately kisses you again. Sad at the fact he didn't do much but you know he's waiting till you get home. As you walk out the door and hear the loud noises of drunk chatting teenagers he holds your waist, “oh I intend to” you finish.
