Extremely frustrating thing to be aware that you're experiencing some sort of depressive episode but are powerless to stop it and so you just have to sit there feeling terrible for No Raisin until brain decides to work again, if it ever does

#mental health stuff #sorry gang #i cried at work today over something extremely mild #and kept saying “i dont know why im reacting like this” over and over #while my favorite boss kept trying to help but there was no helping it im just like this #I've cried super easily at any strong emotion for years #but lately it has been unfuckingreasonable #i wasnt even that upset #but i cant even just sit at home and let myself cry to release the tension #because if i do it for any length of time #it triggers an absolutely blinding migraine that has legitimately made me concerned i have an aneurysm waiting to pop or something
