Happy to say I called the Benvi endgame all the way back at the s1 finale and never had a doubt about their endgame status. The narrative was always leading in that direction and it was obvious (at least to me).

Just found an unusual thing about Ben: he tried serve & volley at EVERY first serve when he played someone at the challenger tour in 2022, to improve his tactical performance and hone his ability to deliver under pressure. When the match went to the third set tiebreaker, he still did this and finally won. Oh I mean…what a decisive boy as always. No matter the result Ben just played his own game until now, that’s why all we describe him as energetic, courageous, dynamic and believe he can achieve something special. This kid is BORN to be special in every aspect.

im feeling emotionally raw aand exhausted atm - i feel like im doing a lot of supporting other people at the expense of my own wellbeing + peace, but i also want to be the kind of person who is willing to do that on occasion, so i think i need to get some better outlets bc i obviously cant expect things to go well for everyone around me all the time lol. it's just been a weird mixture of family drama + ben needing more suppor than usual (he's realising he never learned how to make friends as an adult, and that underdeveloped skillset is kind of biting him in the arse now that we're seeing more people again post-covid and he's trying to make closer connections w/ people) so im feeling quite harried, i think had either of these things (sister torpedoing her own life + me having to console my mum every night OR ben having some Hard Realisations lol) happened singly i might not feel so bulldozered by Other People's Needs. also a good reminder that i dont want children bc i dont really like it LOL
