Upon her arrival, the older woman would smile brightly at her before handing her a little box with some of those chocolate strawberries inside it, along with another note. Once again, the written script was incredibly beautiful upon the paper.
"Of course, dear. Here it is."
'This one wasn't too hard, was it? I hope not because this is the first of a few steps before you get your prize at the end, gorgeous. Your next clue is located at the small book shoppe you go from time to time. Look for the first book we read together, it'll be tucked inside. -Your Dragon'
He was already at the final spot, waiting. He knew it wouldn't take her too long from clue to clue, he'd kept everything relatively local (though she'd wind up back in their bedroom for a clue before too long). He couldn't help but wonder if she'd be angry with him for the little hunt but he had a feeling she'd forgive him once she saw the prize she was getting.
"I don't think it'll take her too long to find all the clues. Hopefully everythin' else is ready to go."

"You're very comfortable despite not being a pillow."
Macbeth's voice was quiet, which was rather typical of them. However, they were very clearly enjoying her hand combing through their hair. They would shift slightly, just to get a bit more comfortable while still allowing her to comb her fingers through the black and white locks she seemed to be enjoying.

Random Shit
He was BOUND to fuss over her. Not because he didn't think she was capable of taking care of herself and the cargo she was carrying, but because Gajeel had ENTRUSTED her safety and that of their yet to be born child to the younger Dragon. He was surprisingly understanding (or, well, surprisingly to anyone who didn't KNOW HIM). He knew she got stir crazy. Gajeel wouldn't get mad as long as the younger Dragon accompanied her.
"Okay, but I have to go with you. Alright? I need to make sure you're okay and if you get tired I'll be there to help you get somewhere to sit. Have any idea about where you'd like to go?"
He was willing to go with her wherever she wanted to go. Gajeel had made sure to tell him NOT to argue with her unless she was being completely unreasonable but that'd not happened a single time yet. She was really easy to get along with and talk to. She also seemed to like his company for some reason or another but he wasn't thinking about that.
"I should make sure to bring something to drink for you in case you wind up needing it."
He'd pull out a small piece of paper before tucking it back into his pocket just as quickly as he'd pulled it out. He wasn't sure if she was having any 'odd' cravings, and one of the main reasons he was usually with her (unless he was sent on the same job as Gajeel), was because he was a Dragon too. He'd notice if anything was off at any point.
"Would you like me to grab you anything to snack on? I'm sure Gajeel left something you like to nibble on that I can grab."

42. Your muse finds mine kissing someone else
He was talking to someone, they were clearly having a pleasant conversation. He was smiling, or grinning, rather, one of the two. The person in question had confided in Ravyn that they liked the Dragon and wanted to be with him. He was blissfully unaware of that fact, of course, now that she was out of the picture, the other person was making her move. He'd take a drink of his whiskey, the glass in his hand had bits of iron in it too, he wasn't talking to the other person for any reason other than to talk to them, so when they leaned up and grabbed his collar, he was noticeably shocked initially.
He was unaware that Ravyn was nearby as Lucy's lips met his. He'd place his glass of whiskey down onto the nearby table, his arms wrapping around the petite blonde as he kissed back.
Not an action he'd likely been expected to do, given how hurt he'd been fairly recently by Ravyn's letter. She'd also outright rejected the Dragon, so perhaps he was trying to see if he could still FEEL anything. Eventually, his ruby eyes would close as the kiss was drawn out. Some people in the guildhall were whistling and cheering at the two, more than a small handful had known Lucy had harbored feelings for the Dragon for some time now.
He'd pull back, another smile showing up on his face as he looked down at Lucy's flushed face. He'd tasted the fruity drink she'd drank on her lips and tongue, but he could tell she was far from drunk.
He'd talk to her about something before taking a seat and Lucy would almost immediately sit atop his lap, he'd wrap an arm around her waist and rest his chin on top of her head before taking another drink of his whiskey. The two of them would likely talk for a while and whatever the Dragon was saying would cause the blonde to turn a rather pretty shade of crimson.

Bickslow would smirk before slowly floating closer using his babies to do so. He'd then lean down and LICK her cheek. He'd back away after doing so and chuckle, resuming his floating for a bit. He expected her to actually lick him back because she was a woman of her word.

Ravyn softly ran her hand through his hair. Humming softly, she wanted to ask him something but she wasn’t sure she should. Her mind was clouded. “ Freed.. What are we doing..?” Her question was genuine. Had they picked up where they started or was this to be physical? A desire that had built up over the years. Her golden orbs would stare down at his face, full of love and warmth. “ Actually.. don’t answer that” Ravyn was afraid of what he would say. / for freeeeeddddd <3

For the longest time Freed had thought that they would never engage in a moment of tenderness like this again. Not because his feelings for her had gone completely extinct at any point though rather because of outward circumstances that had torn them apart. Ravyn's disappearance, feigned death, had made him more than upset; it had left him to deal with feelings of loss and mourning. The loss of a like-minded individual, the loss of a partner, the loss of love. She was the first to thaw the ice around his heart, the first he ever developed romantic feelings for.
The circumstances under which they met and under which they had fallen in love hadn't been the best, that much he could say. Some might argue that this was the only reason they fell for each other, after all - driven into places that weren't good for either of them, carrying out horrible deeds that definitely left an impact on them. Well, Freed could confidently say that it wasn't just their shared experiences that had them stick together like gum. That this love hadn't only been a way to cope.
No, his love turned out to be something that lasted and now that Ravyn had suddenly crashed into his life again, he could feel this love begin to burst into an ever-burning fire again.
His eyes had been closed whilst she ran her fingers through his emerald tresses, relaxation and warm fuzzy feeling taking over his body and mind after the shared act of intimacy. Freed wanted nothing more than to melt into the gentle gesture, simply be with her. With Ravyn still resting on top of his body, he lets his palms rest on her waist, fingers gently caressing the skin beneath. This was bliss. He felt happy.
And then the question was thrown into the room, then withdrawn, and then… It needed to be answered. There was no way around it.
Freed opened his eyes, met with the look of adoration in her golden ones. It hit him like a tidal wave, stomach churning with a feeling that was entirely positive, and the right the next second it pained him to think that he had possibly strung Ravyn along with their physical encounters since her return. Perhaps he had been too convinced of his own feelings that he had forgotten to outright state them towards her - she, who needed to hear them the most.
"No," he begun, gaze running along her body though not really focusing her, in thought. Tone of voice calm. "No, you're absolutely right to ask. And you deserve a proper answer." Freed's eyes met hers once more. Digits ceased their movements, stopping to caress her skin. Instead he brought one of his hands to dark strands of hair, gently brushing them behind her ear.
"When I told you that I never banished you from my mind nor my heart, I meant every single word of it. We both enjoyed the physical intimacy we shared, back then and now, but all this time I had desired it to be more than just physical. I let myself in to the thought that it was. That it is more than that. I am not able to put into words what dread I felt when hearing of your disappearance, the affection for you that I harbor in my heart."
The bed creaked slightly under the shifting weight as he adjusted their posture, sitting up with one arm wrapped around her. His hand that had previously brushed aside her hair now came to rest on her cheek, the love and warmth of his heart now fully reaching his eyes. "I apologize that I haven't told you earlier - I love you, Ravyn, and I will not, under any circumstance, allow anybody to force us apart again. That is, if you feel the same."
And judging by the way she had voiced her question, by the way her gaze was staring into his he had a feeling that she did. It was all he could hope for, that they would both be allowed to be light and float in this utter bliss once more.
And this time, without all the horridness that being part of a dark guild brought along. Just them, freed from shackles and walking on new paths.

"Mm, I can hear that, my flower,"
He'd grin at her, he knew what she was after, obviously, she only gave him those eyes when she wanted a certain THING. That certain thing being something he was all too HAPPY to give her whenever she wanted it. He'd walk over to her and wrap his arms around her to pull her close before dropping his head down to inhale her scent and nuzzle the mark he'd left on her.
"Judgin' by yer scent and the look yer givin' me... ya want me to ravage ya, don't ya, love?"
He had no issues doing so, especially if she was truly in the mood for him to make love to her. Which tended to result in him ravaging her, as he'd already said. He'd chuckle and kiss the side of her neck before kissing behind her ear and nipping the lobe with a soft purr. He loved her, which was FAIRLY obvious since he'd marked her as his mate AND married her.
They'd talked about how many children they wanted. He would love more children at some point but he was happy to wait for her to be ready for that. Their son was still fairly young and he really was basically the spitting image of his father. It was cute in its own way, that the Dragon's genes had passed on almost seamlessly. Though, their little one's eyes had a small bit of gold in them, surrounding the slit pupils in his ruby eyes.
"Ya know, I think we're doin' really good with Kazuki. Any kids we have are gonna be well taken care of and loved."
It would be at this point he'd pick her up into his arms and carry her to their bed. Kazuki tended to sleep through most of the night now, so if they did make love, they'd finish before he awoke for food or a diaper change. Which would likely be left up to the Dragon but he didn't mind. He liked taking care of his son.

"What made ya say that?"
Sting had never heard anyone call him dust and dirt, or comets and stars before. Of course, Ravyn and he were dating now, not too surprising that she'd say some relatively sappy things to him, right? He still wasn't too sure what to do in a dating situation, other than spending time with her and going on their little dates every so often. With him delegating things to Minerva in regards to the job requests, not only was the guild making more Jewel, they were gaining more jobs as a result of proper people being allowed to take certain jobs.
He also had more free time to spend with Ravyn, something they both seemed to enjoy.
"Oh yeah, hope you're hungry, because I ordered our favorites to be delivered. Since I had some last minute paperwork come in, and since you're in here with me I felt it was a good idea."
Since he started dating Ravyn, he'd even become more conscious about his eating habits. He even went as far as to get a custom mug that he drank water or other drinks out of multiple times a day.
