WORD ON THE STREET IS THAT THEY ARE [ OPTIMISTIC ] AND [ AWKWARD ], HOPEFULLY THAT WILL COME IN HANDY.
okay so we all know this story, right? he was sent to earth as a baby just before krypton could explode, and taken in by the kents in smallville.
they tried to raise him as a normal boy but it’s hard when you have superpowers, y’know??
over time clark discovers more about who he is and becomes superman, using his powers to save the world and generally be a pretty good guy.
it doesn’t come without consequence of course, there’s a learning curve and people he cares about tend to be put in danger.
so i couldn’t fully decide if i want to go with the tv version, movie version, or comics. i want to be able to adapt to all of the wonderful and diverse characters here so he’ll be a little from everything.
he did die as it happened in batman vs. superman and brought back as it was in justice league, if everyone involved is okay with that plan.
that being said, i don’t want to write too much here and assume anything, but all connections are more than welcome to message me so we can plot out what has or hasn’t happened!

HOWEVER, UNDER THE MASK OF DARKNESS THEY ARE ALSO KNOWN AS [ WONDER GIRL ] WITH THE POWER(S) OF [ DEMI-GODDESS EMPOWERMENT ]. WORD ON THE STREET IS THAT THEY ARE [ OUTGOING ] AND [ CONFRONTATIONAL ], HOPEFULLY THAT WILL COME IN HANDY.
okay guys here i am messing up all the canon again. i think i’ve talked to everyone that’s directly affected by her but if anything doesn’t work for you, let me know and we’re going to plot out something that works for everyone! basically right now i just take things from different continuities that i like and make it work ok.
okay so cassie here is the daughter of helena sandsmark, a noted archaeologist. to be honest she always just figured her dad was some deadbeat somewhere that ditched them. she didn’t miss him much.
anyway, she grew up fascinated by greek mythology, the gods and amazons, and when she learned about wonder woman and donna troy - girl was a fan. all she wanted was to be like them.
so you know, what do you do to try to be like your idols? you steal some god related armor and things from the museum that gives you super powers and try your hand at it. she was pretty unsuccessful at first, but she learned.
eventually, she got the attention of zeus, and they had a chat. cassie, being the ridiculous girl she is, was basically like ‘hey zeus, big guy, hows it going? you know what would be swell? to have super powers of my own so i can save some more people’. and he gave them to her.
she would find out much later that zeus was actually her father and her powers were really her own. although, zeus with his million children, learned one thing. kids with powers can go a little power crazy. here’s looking at you, ares. so he gave cassie’s mother the ability to take away her powers for a short time with a simple touch. think of it like being grounded. but hey, her moms not here in central city.
anyway, cassie works often with all those other super youngins and things are weird sometimes. but also she’s hyped to finally meet wonder woman, because we’re saying that WW doesn’t know who she is yet okay. she’s here trying to adult on her own for the first time and be near her friends and lets just say it’s not going so well, alright.

hey lovebugs, so here i am with a second character doing that thing i said i wouldn’t do but OH WELL CHLOE BENNET, amiright? as well, come hmu for all the plotting!!!
[ chloe bennet ] just checked back into central city. oh wait, that’s actually [ cynthia lance ]. the database tells me that they are [ twenty four ] and that they spend their time working as a [ future legend ]. however, under the mask of darkness they are also known as [ sin ] with the power(s) of [ advanced martial arts training ]. word on the street is that they are [ adaptable ] and [ callous ], hopefully that will come in handy.
ok so sin here is from a wee bit in the future, and she’s basically dinah’s adopted daughter. more on that soon.
she has no real memory of where she came from, as far as she was concerned, she was always with MOTHER. this isn’t her real mother, of course, but the woman that was “raising” her. but in reality, she was being trained to be the next lady shiva, should the current one ever fall. because of this, fighting was all she knew at a young age.
she met dinah as a child, when dinah traded places with lady shiva to train. eventually, this led to dinah bringing sin back with her and taking the small girl in. she began to teach her english and took care of her for a period of time.
she was a chid prodigy as far as her fighting ability went though, and the league thought of her as something of a saviour and plotted to take her. in an effort to protect her, dinah placed her in a monastery in the himalayas’. this is where sin is in the current timeline and still a child.
being from the future, this sin continued at the monastery until a rogue fraction of the league found her anyway. she managed to escape and find her way back to dinah, but they concluded the next safest option for her would be to avoid staying in one place or time.
sin joined the legends and worked with them for years in her time, finally able to use her skills for something good. she worked her way up over the years, until she was eventually able to lead a mission. but in league fashion, mistakes were made. unfortunately, her mistakes led to the death of a team member. unable to cope with this, sin took the jump ship and ended up in the current timeline. she knows most of the team can’t find her, seeing as their past versions are already here and they would rather not break time again.

[ paul wesley ] just checked back into central city. oh wait, that’s actually [ elijah wolfe ]. the database tells me that they are [ 28 ] and that they spend their time working as an [ assassin ]. however, under the mask of darkness they are also known as [ blackbird ] with the power(s) of [ electrokinesis, loa training, military background. ]. word on the street is that they are [ cunning ] and [ arrogant ], hopefully that will come in handy.
he’s originally from central city, born and raised.
when the particle accelerator exploded he’d been on his way home from work. the blast surprised him, causing him to swerve and hit a telephone pole. it fell onto his car, electrocuting him and stopping his heart at the exact moment he was hit with a blast of dark matter. when he woke up he discovered he had the power of electrokinesis.
it wasn’t easy learning to get his newfound abilities under control. any time he had any kind of strong emotion he’d start sparking up like a bolt of lightning. the worst of it came when he got into a bar fight. it was stupid and meaningless, he flirted with a girl who unknowingly to him had a boyfriend who happened to be standing behind him. it wasn’t the first time he’d gotten himself into a situation like this, but it was the first with his powers. one simple push after his adrenaline start flowing and the other guy was dead.
the police were called and he was led off in handcuffs, but instead of serving jail time he was approached by a covert government organization that recruited him into the military. they were creating a black ops unit of super soldiers that already had powers. in exchange for working with them they offered him his freedom, a clean slate. (a promise he later found out they never intended to keep). during one of their more, ahem, unsanctioned missions they came under enemy fire and the plane crashed into a tibetan mountain range. he was the sole survivor.
he was recruited into the league of assassins after they discovered him laying in a pile of rubble near nanda parbat, broken and bleeding. his powers and military experience helped him secure a place in their ranks and he has been with them ever since.
they also helped him learn to have a better grasp over his abilities, mostly through controlling his emotions.
he’s not a hero but he’s not really a villain?? at least not in the sense that he goes around wreaking havoc. also he’s bound by the rules of the loa, so he doesn’t kill innocents. but if you classify a self serving assassin as a villain… then yep
he goes by blackbird in the league bc it was his codename in the military and it sorta stuck.
he’s 100% loyal to the league. they saved his life and gave him a fresh start when he had nothing left. without hesitation, he would die for ra’s al ghul (nyssa currently, i think?)
sorry if this was all over the place, it was just a rough rundown to catch you up to speed a bit. a full biography including his life before his powers is currently being written so if you’re interested check the links on my page a bit later. i just didn’t want this to get too long with a bunch of unnecessary/irrelevant info.
and as always, i’d love plots for him! especially considering he’s my first oc in this rp. i just already had three canons and wanted to switch things up a bit so i hope you love him as much as i do!

hi guys! it’s myah again back with another muse bc i have no self control tbh, but this time i’m here with ya girl thea queen!! she’s pretty much canon but all the info you need is down below!
[ willa holland ] just checked back into central city. oh wait, that’s actually [ thea queen ]. the database tells me that they are [ 22 ] and that they spend their time working as a [ club owner ]. however, under the mask of darkness they are also known as [ speedy ] with the power(s) of [ dark magic immunity ]. word on the street is that they are [ assiduous ] and [ reticent ], hopefully that will come in handy. [ myah / 24 / est ].
though she was technically born the daughter of malcolm merlyn and moira queen, she refuses to acknowledge malcolm as her father. as far as she’s concerned the man who raised her and put a roof over her head was her father, and that man was robert queen.
as you can probably tell, she’s got a lot of issues concerning her family, and not just in regards to malcolm. there’s basically a never-ending list, so it’s not hard to see why she’s developed some trust issues.
on that topic, thea has become very guarded over the last few years. though she can appear friendly and open on the outside, she tends to hold back from trusting people for a long while. if she were to be honest, the only person she truly trusts with her life is ollie.
thea currently considers herself retired from the life of vigilantism, but will occasionally don her red and black suit if the need is dire enough. and with the events within central city getting worse by the day, it gets harder and harder not to join the fight, but she does it not only for her own wellbeing but for the safety of others.
similar to verdant, she now owns and operates a bar in the core of central city, which she named rouge ( old french for red, just as verdant was for green ) and it is currently her only profession. she tends to work often, even when the bar is closed, it helps distract her.
though it had been quite a while, during the metahuman event that more or less collapsed the city, thea reluctantly put her suit back on to help rescue civilians within the city, though she refused to bring her bow and arrow with her. she didn’t need it this time, she reminded herself.

sup squad!! i can never seem to get enough time on my hands these days but I thought I should at least introduce you to my little psychotic badass OC meta, Emma Crawford --- else known as Cyclone. i’ll try to keep it short under the cut!!
psychotic hottie who lost her after lots of torture. sometimes her laughter at her own genius plans kinda reminds people of the joker.
smokes like a chimney, swears like a sailor, flirts as if she’s been a seductress her whole life and she kinda has been
her hair is this blonde/pink ombre that she can’t live without.
if she wasn’t busy in her murder spree, she’d probably be a singer. she’s really good at it.
she and her sister Leah ( @warmhcart ) come from 2050. future!vibe ( aka @vibcs ) was threatened by emma into vibing them into the past, so that they can alter the events that led to a pretty crappy life. let me explain!
they’re the daughters of evelyn crawford, back in the day known as Starling (a new 52 chara). she along with dinah and barbara formed the birds of prey, but evelyn betrayed them and ran off. she ended up becoming an alcoholic and getting knocked up by a mad scientist (we’re keeping him OC but, again, picture someone like the Joker. NASTY.)
daddy crazy pants wanted to create the ultimate weapon, so he used 10-year-old Emma & 6-year-old Leah as experiments. The process was excruciating but he did manage to create a fully complimentary and powerful weapon: them.
while leah manipulates fire, emma is a powerful metahuman who manipulates ice in a similar way to killer frost (except she’s even more psychotic). the catch is that, using too much ice powers slows down emma’s heart and her temperature, while leah’s pulse gets too heightened and she starts burning in fever. the two sisters absolutely need each other to go back to normal. they’re each other’s cure.
ANYWAYS, remember about that child story i was talking about? let’s get back to that. boozed & sneaky mommy evelyn gathered up what was left of her balls and took the two girls away from their father, however she died a few years later due to kidney failure, leaving a teenage emma and a little leah alone in the world.
naturally, emma didn’t want their dad anywhere near herself or leah, so she took it upon herself to get them through life. prostitution and stealing became a part of her daily routine quite soon. her little sister doesn’t know this, but she has this tendency of pretty much, um...murdering her victims and stealing their belongings. :)))
she won’t throw a second glance at most people, but dare touch one hair of leah’s head and she’ll freeze your soul. PAINFULLY.
her little sis (or her “little star” as she loves calling her) wants to talk some sense into their father. she wants to cut his tongue and feed it through his earholes :))))
she’s not wearing a normal costume: just a leather skirt with boots, a corset and a leather jacket. maybe she’ll use a mask in the future but idk. OH and her eyes turn into this bright glowing snow white whenever she uses her powers fully.

born harleen frances quinzel to nick and sharon quinzel, her life had never been a normal one. her father was a con artist, preyed on lonely women long enough to steal all their earnings. as such, it wound up hurting their family’s relationship, creating a broken home and an unstable environment.
it was because of this that harley inevitably chose the path of psychiatry, as a way of finally understanding her father, to decipher his actions that broke their home. on a gymnastics scholarship, harley earned her admission into gotham state university, quickly earning her way to the top of the class with stellar marks.
harley eagerly and quickly made a name for herself, evident that she was an intelligent and obdurate young woman. she made friends and enemies, and even lost some along the way, but nothing hindered her from graduating top of her class, and that’s just what she did.
with a glowing recommendation, harley almost immediately began her first-year residency at arkham asylum, a housing institution for the ‘criminally insane’ that lay on the outskirts of gotham city. it was here where her story truly began, where dr. harleen quinzel would come to die, and harley quinn would be born.
it started, as it most often does, with a man. a man called the joker. a man she had been studying well before she started at arkham. she met with him almost immediately, in which the joker took an interest in her, it started innocently enough, as much as it could with a man like him. but soon those innocent sessions turned into something more. soon, she fell in love. and soon, that love turned into a story of chaos and crime for the joker and harley quinn.
with the help of harley, the joker eventually escaped arkham, and that’s where their story really took off. adjusting from doctor to criminal wasn’t a natural turn of events, but she did it all for him, for her puddin.
harley hasn’t been in the game nearly as long as those around her. but her natural affinity for chaos and her high intelligence make her a force to be reckoned with. and as long as she’s got her puddin by her side ( and preferably a mallet or gun in her hand ) she knows there’s nothing that can stop them.
nothing, except a little jail time, of course. locked up in solitary without her puddin’ by her side was not, initially, in the plan to take over gotham. however, even locked up in a glorified cage, with the occasional reprimanding (torture tactic, if you asked her) to keep her in line, harley was merely counting the days until her inevitable escape. mr. j was coming for her, and whether or not he had to blow the whole damn place up in the process, she was going to walk out of this prison unscathed. she was going to have her puddin’, her freedom, her life back, even if she had to beat these guards to a bloody pulp. what? like that was hard?
her pudding came back for her, just as she knew he would ( in life, in death, or somewhere in between ) and just as she predicted, he blew up her side of the prison’s walls just to get to her. he saved her from the hell of amanda waller’s cage, just as he had promised. they escaped without a hitch, but it was not gotham they would return to, no; this time they had their sights were on a bigger score: central city.
tl;dr harley comes to central city not long after breaking out of belle reve with the joker, under the guise of looking for a fresh start, for somewhere new. truth be told they had heard whisperings of things changing in central city, of a new wave of chaos that they simply couldn’t miss.

Hello, all. It’s Prix (Slade’s writer) again, fulfilling a requested connection, hopefully to the satisfaction of the people who expressed interest! I just did this not long ago, but in case you haven’t interacted with Slade yet (please do!) the basics are I am 26, a teacher, and have a really long history of RPing but mostly in a 1x1 format. I’ve also done indie blogs, but this is my first major experience in a group since I started tumblr in 2011. Because I’m a teacher, I’ve been around and awake and all hours, being off for the Thanksgiving holiday, but sometimes my activity is boom and bust beacuse of work fatigue. I’m online almost every day, though.
As for Tommy, I have filled out a bio page, and it is subject to change based on negotiation. I’m assuming Season 1 of Arrow happened more or less the way it did. If @greenarrvw or @blackcanarysongbird or anyone else involved in Tommy’s canonical past want to inform me of tweaks to canon you have already decided for your character that I missed, please let me know. The bio page lets you know a very bare-bones version of how I think Tommy came back to life. His story has room for other players, so if you feel like you would plug into it somewhere and want to, feel free to let me know.
Basically, I am having it that sometime before the end of Arrow Season 3, Malcolm took Tommy’s body (decayed state as it might have been, or perhaps he secretly preserved it better-than-typical somehow) to the Lazarus Pit, as per the original suggestion. Then, soulless and primal Tommy fought his way out. That means he has blood on his hands now, too, but eventually someone helped him get his soul back. He is extremely underprepared for all of this, compared to those who have more-gradually become accustomed to being more than your average, formerly rich-boy normie civilian, so that will factor into his characterization.
