i see thta you like Doctor Who. So who's your favorite Doctor? Or five or 10 or whatever you wanna answer. I'd love to know!

I like the Tenth Doctor the most! Like I really like the Tenth Doctor. Before Bat-Family that was basically my main thing. I used to be able to do a really great David Tennant impression too, but nowadays I do it and I’m incomprehensible cause I don’t do it nearly as much anymore, but I could’ve freaking done the audio dramas while I was at my peak for it.

Even lately I’ve considered buying that suit, but, I never wear suits, and I’d rarely wear it. Not that it stopped me from getting the homemade Spider-Man suit from the MCU.

The Sonic Screwdrivers I even own all the modern ones, besides Whittaker, cause money wasn’t so plentiful to just buy stuff like that anymore by her, and oh well I guess cause I wasn’t a fan of series 11 and haven’t gotten to watch series 12 yet.

David Tennant’s interpretation of the character was really great though, and I think really why he’s my favorite is because I can see myself in him, and even in the moments where I can’t, he just brings such great drama and cadence that he’s show stealing each time.

Like what’s funny is I started watching the show just by buying some Tenth Doctor DVD’s randomly at Wal-Mart like three or four years after the shows peak relevancy, where at the time when it was at it’s peak I was such a fake fan that literally just pretended to like it cause I had no idea how to get online friends yet. Not that I do now or anything.

And the episodes I got where the least favorite in all of Doctor Who until Chibnall, but I just liked Tennant. It was such a campy show but I loved it. I liked how the Doctor was fun, hyperactive, geeky, dorky, ridiculous, and fun-loving, but yet when the mood changed he’d be this commanding, vein individual, that clearly thought very highly of himself, and you know he’s rude doing what he’s doing but it makes him extra interesting because it keeps you on your toes, and David was able to do the switch so well when he saw people doing wrong that it was believable when he turned.

The writing sometimes left a lot to be desired though, some of the episode concepts were lame, mainly cause of budget, the visuals where clearly cheap, but that was Doctor Who from the beginning.

I like Moffat’s (early) run as showrunner cause it had bigger concepts, better visuals, that kept my brain a little more stimulated, cause they clearly had a bigger budget. But while I do like Matt Smith, he just isn’t in my top three cause I felt like, even though he was really similar to Ten, he just couldn’t pull off the switch as much. And the writing and performance got very flanderized.

I preferred the earlier more serious-ish, awkward grandpa in a 20 something’s body, who had no sensee of how people acted anymore, but didn’t care, because he had a problem to solved, and didn’t care how silly he looked doing it. It just felt like after a while they turned that young eldelry man trying out his new legs and new enthusiasm from his new lease on life into more of a ridiculous childish personality. More times it felt more forced than genuine as it went on. And so I’m left mixed on 11 cause sometimes he’s amazing but other times he falls flat. I wanna love him, but there’s just these things--and so I’m constantly changing on him.

Love Eccelston and Peter Capaldi. Eccelston was a freaking natural who just preformed everything spot-on and felt like he embodied the role. Capaldi stole the show, and made even the worst episodes feel like they had some kind of wise, challenged cynisism vibe. A more realistic yet still darkly whimsical kind of Doctor. Something more foreboding and complex, but then he’d also play gutiar, and I didn’t really mind. Cause it felt like his Doctor was always a couple steps from losing his mind and he’s just trying to deal with it the best he can that it never actually felt that off-putting to me cause they made it work, In my head he’s kind of the “I’m constantly having a crisis” Doctor. An angsty teen in a middle aged man’s body I think someone described him once and I think that fits.

Jodie’s series that I have watched was just really boring, and the writing for her was so inconsistent. So it was hard to like her. I felt like she got better playing the character as it went along, and she could be great, but man, the writing is just so empty and superficial it’s hard.

So that’s me on the Doctor’s. i don’t dig myself 50 miles into every thing I’m into. So I only mainly watched the modern series besides for a few episode of First Doctor, and Fourth Doctor. Who I also love.

Thelreads, MHA 168, Replies Part 1

1)“OH FUCK ITS MEI

SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN, NOW THAT’S A GIVEN”-getting some dragon ball vibes from that pic- may be the flying hover car standing in for the flying nimbus with mei/bulma driving along on the ground

2)“Jesus Christ Aoyama what the fuck, that’s not something a sane person would do.”-‘looks back on Aoyama’s actions up to the present’- I mean… when has anything Aoyama’s done indicated he’s completely all there mentally?

3)“it even look like he was trying to open the window and get in. Jesus Christ are we getting a horror chapter or something?”-Maybe he sensed Midoira was waking up and got out of sight to complete the ‘mysterious’ feel of his cheese message? Except he misjudged the timing of how long Midoria had been awake so it came off as creepy, but I wasn’t being entirely off base with his ‘stage magician’ feel to his actions and attitude-Aoyama wants to stand out and be noticed, something he’s been doing since his intro chapter, whether through his flashy actions, or semi-4th wall breaking properties, and thus, like a stage magician he sets things up to be a grandiose and theatrical as possible- that panel there is, in effect, a peak behind the curtain of Aoyama’s theatrical ‘sparkling hero’ persona, and a look into the real Aoyama- in effect, the stagehand who hides behind the curtain and makes sure all the wires and gears are moving perfectly in order to pull off the magic trick and fool the audience into seeing what they want them to.

He wanted to make sure that Midoira would get his message and wouldn’t miss it in the morning, but he didn’t want to be seen- just find a way to direct Midoria’s attention to the window so he’d open the curtains and get his ‘surprise’ without knowing who’d left it behind- or at least in his mind, that’s how it would go, because nobody else in the class has such a cheese fascination as him. Plus, being a hero trainee, even his theatrical preforming skills aren’t at Houdini level yet, so he got noticed way before he thought Midoria was waking up, and came off as creepy

4)“also, what the fuck Aoyama, what does that even mean? What do you know? Is it about One for All? No, it couldn’t be… So what the hell is that you know?”-one of the downsides to having a massive secret you need to hide from everybody else is that your mind inevitably starts reconstituting everyday conversations and small talk to refer to that secret in some fashion, as long as it weighs on your mind, you can’t stop think about it, and your subconscious starts jumping to conclusions about it every time someone makes an innocuous comment- though Aoyama’s method of delivery here didn’t help in that regard.

5)“And, oh my, no surprise there, it seems like he didn’t slept last night. Probably was sitting against the wall, with a gun in his hands, staring at the window, just waiting for the author of that cheesy message to show up again”-I can’t tell if you were making a pun or being literal here, since once you know the intent behind Aoyama’s message it does come off as really cheesy in both terms

6)“To be honest, we didn’t actually saw Aoyama say much during the series.”-hence why we get to see a bit more of him now- just like Mineta and Kirishima had their roles in the spotlight, there’s a kind of ‘B-lister’ difference between certain members of the class who get regularly involved in the main plot and drama, and the others who have their own lives and stories going on that are noticeably less dramatic. One of Horikoshi’s much valued talents as a storyteller is getting us to know each of them individually through mini-arcs like this where we get to see sides to them that inform our previous perceptions of them as people, and enhance our appreciation for them as a character. It makes you feel closer to every member of the class one by one, even if you’re not there with them 24/7 like Midoria is, and makes you feel like a part of the class bit by bit.

7)“Well, it makes sense, the danger is escalating with every passing second, it would be better to increase their chances of survival by making groups.”-Just like the trainee kids were taught during the licence exams to work together, so too must the pro heroes put themselves through the same situations, to create hero teams more effective than any individual members since All Might’s retirement means there’s no safety net to curtail rising criminal activity, so just like the Hassaki Raid, more Heroes cooperating together creates more opportunities for a perfect victory for the heroes.

8)“And mom there showed up with a piece of wisdom. It’s not only the powers that need to be compatible, the personalities need to be as well”-Adding to the idea of growing closer to the class, you even get to see some of them forming their own little mini-groups or social circles within the class, each member pairing up with another over shared interests and cooperating to have a good time together- like Mineta and Kaminari getting dejected over being ‘dumped’ together, or Kota and Shoji having a quiet conversation in the background there as the two quiet members of the class.

Midoira and Bakugou are a bit of a unique example of a hero team working together will despite having completely differing components and personalities- despite the really heavy setbacks in communication between them at the start, both of them are now on the same wavelength, thanks to Bakugou being in on All Might’s secret, and are putting each other forward in their competiveness to be top heroes together.

9)“Also, Kirishima, that may not be a good idea, if Midoriya punch there’s a high probability that they’ll be cleaning your remains from the walls of the houses on the next town over. Because I know that you want him to punch you with the max amount of force he can.”-Well to be fair- the max amount of force Midoria can actually muster right now is 20% without Eri’s help, and whilst it may be strenuous for him to keep at that level constantly, fighting Kirishina at 20% full cowl without a 4-armed bird demon trying to kill him with a touch may help Midoria in moving around at that speed and finding new moves to move more fluidly at that level, whilst for Kirishima, Midoira’s 20% may not actually be that far off Rappa’s blows- unlike Midoira, Rappa can’t hit harder by increasing how he uses his quirk, so turning Kirishima into a Sandbag actually helps both of them out with the Endurance aspects of pushing their quirks beyond the limits.

11)“Oh, and look at that! That was actually an attempt at motivating him to pushing to the limit to get better. And he managed that without telling Midoriya to die, who are you and what you did to the Explosive prick”-Pretty sure that’s how Bakugou’s going to motivate Midoria going forward given their new rivals dynamic- he’s too uncomfortable with considering Midoria an equal and partner in their shared desire to rise to the top, that he instead chooses to keep needling Midoria to chase after him whilst he blazes ahead of everyone else, like they were doing before kamino Ward, but now with a more positive outlook.

Xion’s Opinions of Organization 13

I’ve seen a couple people do this so I’d thought I’d do the same. These are based off of general observations from the games, the secret reports, and manga. Several of the members Xion had little to no interaction with, so I extrapolated quite a bit. I included a brief summary as to how their relationship may proceed. These are just general headcanons and can be expanded, changed, or worked with as needed for interactions.

Note: I write Xion as a survivor of extreme, emotional, psychological, and physical abuse. Xion had no power, no rights, and no say in the Organization, she was the bottom rung. Regardless of how the character treated her, they are, in some way, complicit in her abuse. She will treat all organization members with the appropriate fear and rage.

13. Roxas

Xion adores Roxas, he is her first and closest friend. She would do anything for him and he’d do anything for her. While in the Organization, Xion’s primary concern was not herself but Roxas’ safety. Roxas always comes first. As good as friends as they were, the Organization was toxic for them. Xion was taught that she was inferior to Roxas, he deserved more than she did. Xion stole Roxas’ strength and memories, while she is his idealization of Kairi. Despite how much he cared for her, he remained oblivious to the depth of Xion’s situation until the end. They grow more distant, failing to communicate their complex emotions, and then at the end, they forget each other.

Outside of the Organization, Xion and Roxas have the chance to rebuild their friendship. A relationship that is built on genuine love and understanding of each other. One that is built without secrets. It would be key that they both recognize each other and themselves as unique, valuable individuals to avoid another imbalance.

12. Larxene

Larxene went to Castle Oblivion early in 358/2 Days. In the game she was dismissive and rude to Roxas. She likely was not kinder to Xion. That is if Larxene noticed her at all. Xion likely remembered Larxene as off-putting and cold. Larxene most likely saw Xion as a doll or puppet.

11. Marluxia

Marluxia was polite to Roxas and if they interacted, was likely cordial to Xion. Marluxia was a mysterious man with odd intentions who vanished before she ever knew him. A wild card with unknown abilities, she would treat him with weariness. Marluxia most likely saw Xion as Ventus.

10. Luxord

Luxord has two secret reports in 358/2 Days. The first report, from Day 173, Luxord admits that he envies ‘the children’ referring to Roxas and Xion. He believes that as children they have nothing to lose and can take impossible gambles without fear, unlike adults. He was likely aware that the Organization had some plan for her. He notes that the air has changed after Xion leaves in the Secret Report for Day 257 and then is surprised to find out she was a replica. He admits to frustration at being out of the loop. It’s odd but

9. Demyx

Axel and Roxas used to make fun of Demyx on the clock tower. Given Demyx’ usual lackadaisical attitude and obliviousness, I doubted Xion thought of him as anything more than a joke. She’d likely have a pretty neutral reaction to him. More likely, she’d be uncomfortable.

8. Axel

The secret reports reveal that Axel initially befriended Roxas not out of genuine concern, but for the sake of his mission. It wasn’t until he interacted with Repliku and felt remorse for him, that he reconsidered his friendship with Roxas. He returns, befriends Roxas but does not see Xion as more than a hooded figure. On Day 74, he saw her for the first time and notes she looks like Namine. After that they become closer friends, with him mentoring and helping her.

Axel was aware of the replica program and was wondering about Xion’s nature through-out the game. He learns a little bit before she does but decides that he doesn’t care. However, Xion goes to Castle Oblivion in attempt to learn about her past. She then confronts Axel and he not only lies to her, but gaslights her and grabs her. There is no illusion between them after this point and their relationship turns tense.

Both times Xion ran away, Axel brought her back against her will. Both times they fought. The second time lead to Xemnas’ preforming his experiment on her, which was incredibly painful, difficult, and traumatic for Xion. Ultimately, Axel was stuck between a rock and a hard place: protecting himself and protecting Roxas and Xion. They were all under threat of death for disobedience and he walked a thin line.

However, this shows how much Xion and Roxas affected Axel. He goes from a selfish, manipulative killer to a man willing to sacrifice himself to save Sora. There is great unresolved pain between Xion and Axel, they can make amends.

7. Saix

Saix was in charge of the day-to-day business and management of the organization for Xemnas. This was a position he earned by back-stabbing and behaving to expectation: cruel, callous, and cold, just like Xemnas. Of all the members, Xion interacted with Saix as an authority the most. He abused this authority and not only resented her, but was actively abusive. Saix only ever saw Xion as a puppet, he never saw her as a person and he acted like it. He misgendered her, he called her useless, broken, and threatened to kill her; In the manga Xion notes him as hostile and he calls her trash. At no point did he consider her less than a failure. Xion would be the most resentful, hateful, and furious at Saix over any other character.

Because the blog’s cannon is different, remember that Saix had no part in saving Xion in Kingdom Hearts 3. Other than her friendship with Lea, Xion would have no motivation to forgive Isa. She would be afraid of him and pissed at him. Isa must atone for his behavior, and only then can the work begin for Xion to trust him, forgive him, and maybe, possibly heal.

6. Zexion

As one of the members who went to Castle Oblivion, Xion has little original memory of him. Zexion was polite and patient with Roxas, and was probably decent to Xion, However, when Xion visited Destiny Islands she had a nightmare from Riku and Roxas’ perspectives. In it Zexion taunts Riku as he did in Chain of Memories. This nightmare was disturbing for her, forcing her through several form changes before turning into Sora. Zexion’s key role in it will factor into her thoughts of him.

5. Laxaeus

Laxaeus has no interaction with Xion before going to Castle Oblivion. He is big though so she probably would remember as the large, harsh one.

4. Vexen

Vexen’s relationship with Xion is unique. He is her creator however she did not learn this until after his death. She’d be curious about him, in a way that a child wonder about a missing parent. She wants to understand her origins and Vexen would be included in that curiosity. However, Xion would understand that Vexen created her as a tool and a weapon. She would be curious about him, but also weary.

3. Xaldin

Xion has no direct interaction with Xaldin in the games or the manga. He’s another one of those large guys she’d be nervous about.

2. Xigbar

Xigbar’s relationship to Xion is quite unique. He is more amused by Xion’s rebellion than frustrated, as Saix is. He calls her ‘poppet,’ this is either a condescending term of endearment while also making a jab at her origin. Xigbar admits in the Secret Reports that he sees Xion as Ventus. He was aware of her nature as a replica from the beginning and that she was made in Castle Oblivion. His behavior fits into Luxu’s chaotic nature, he’s more observer than participant.

There is one direct interaction between Xion and Xigbar. While on a mission with Axel, Xion and Xigbar fought. She defeats him and flees. Again, Xigbar at best seems annoyed and takes credit for her getting the jump on him. His enigmatic personality and position combined with her knowing she can beat him, would make a more confident Xion. She would not treat him politely.

1. Xemnas

Xion and Xemnas, actually, did not interact except in passing. Xemnas was hands off with the Organization and remained at a distant, the ever enigmatic superior. However, she recognized him as having the most power and the power he had over her specifically. Xion wanted Xemnas’ approval because she understood that hinged on her survival. She learned of and understood his plan with Kingdom Hearts, and how she played into it. By the end of 358/2 Days, Xion was acting specifically to spite and thwart Xemnas.

What she would remember him most for was his reprogramming. After Axel returns Xion for the last time, he takes her and implants the rest of Sora’s memories in her. This process is painful and torturous for Xion, leading her to having to fight Roxas. In this blog, Xion survives this process but is forgotten. She has reoccurring nightmares about becoming a weapon. Xemnas is next to Saix for the member Xion hates the most in the Organization. However, there is a key difference between Saix and canon. Xion, in her mind, has defeated Xemnas.

She broke his programming and escaped the organization. She overcame him and she survived despite how he attempted to crush her. She didn’t just defeat Xemnas’ physically, by surviving, but emotionally. She overcame him. Xemnas wanted to destroy Xion and create her into Sora. But she survived. Despite how knotted he is in her trauma, Xion will refuse to submit to Xemnas again. She beat him once, and she can, and will, do it again. He is an empty man who failed-- she has no fear of him.

The Great Fusilli Oneshot Part 2 - For AskChammy

It wasn’t long before Fusilli was leading the other three people backstage to the dressing room. They were terrible honestly, but he needed them. But Veronica, she had talent. He might even say she exceeded his own. But he won’t. At least not aloud.

“In here you will rehearse your lines and get into costume.” He opened the door only to gasp and back up as he saw the young woman he’d left inside. His heart all but leapt out of his chest, though he could feel it’s beating in his throat.

Veronica stood to the side of the room, dressed in the costume and going over the script. Fusilli lost all words as he just stared. The way the puffy sleeves rested just off her shoulders. The way the dress’s frills cascaded down like a waterfall of white lace. The way Veronica gently swayed, causing the bottom of the dress, which reached the floor, to sweep along with her movements.

If he hadn’t known any better, he’d have thought he was in the presence of an angel, or a Queen of the Fairies. Either one seemed to hardly hold a candle to the beauty of the scene before Fusilli.

He almost felt guilty when he brought her attention to the group in the doorway.

“The costume, it fits?”

Veronica nodded, “Oh, yes. I’m surprised it fit even half as well as it is. It’s like you knew my size already.”

Fusilli gave, or at least tried to give, an innocent smile. “Now how would that be possible?”

“You’re right. That was silly of me to think.”

Veronica smiled to the people behind Fusilli, “You guys got parts?”

Each held up the same script she held, and gave enthusiastic terms of agreement. Veronica was curious how only four, five counting Fusilli, people could put on a play like the one described in the script. Well, seening as only one specific scene was highlighted out of the entire script, it could be very obious it was all they were doing. ————————————————————————- The scene was going great. As Gerald, the old man currently dressed in a mask, cape and wielding a sword, rushed to Veronica, whose place was beside a castle, Fusilli suddenly yelled stop.

“Veronica, you were perfectly fine. But Gerald,” Fusilli said in a tone of disappointment, “your stance and your line were stuttered. Not even figuratively, just literally.”

Veronica bit her lip as Fusilli went on. He wasn’t wrong, but Gerald was an old man. He even struggled reading the script because his eyesight was slowly failing. This had been the fourth time Fusilli had yelled cut and considering they were in the exact spot where Fusilli auditioned them, she had a feeling no one was actually coming to anything. But she didn’t say anything. She was still captivated by something in Fusilli.

She still couldn’t figure it out but she did realize his accent wasn’t it. Though it was an amazing bonus and she could listen to it all day.

“You understand? Yes? Good. From the top,” Fusilli yelled as he hurried back to his seat.

Gerald went back to his previous spot and the other two, Gretchen and Sam, returned from stage left to redo their lines. As they restarted their dialogue, Veronica glanced to Fusilli. He was watching with a heavy stare. But not the others. No, his eyes were locked firmly on her. This would have made Veronica somewhat uncomfortable in any other situation, but her new crush on the alligator had her knees going wobbly.

She managed to keep up right and refocus on the scene just as Gerald came towards her again.

“Now, Princess, you will return with me to the palace of King Nal. You shall be his gift from these lands and I shall be given a lovely sum upon our return to his kingdom.”

Gerald grasped Veronica’s hand and she did as best she could to recite the song the princess was supposed to sing for this scene.

(Due to my lack of song writing ability, this song may be what you wish.)

Finally, as Gerald and Veronica vanished off to stage right, the near deafening applause returned. Fusilli’s as well as he yelled out several “Bravo"s.

As they returned to the stage with Gretchen and Sam to bow, Veronica stared at Fusilli with a bright smile. This was better than what she’d imagined it would turn out. It may have even been better than the play she’d been rejected from.

Fusilli rushed over to them and congratulated them individually.

“Sam, your impression you gave for Pilont was truly a show of individuality and I don’t think anyone could match to your acting of the character.”

“Gretchen, you brought strength to the hand maid’s character. Giving her more to be than a supporting role.”

“Gerald, you had me going a while there. I was almost afraid you’d actually steal this lovely princess, haha.”

When Fusilli finally came to Veronica, he took her hand in both of his, “Veronica, I have never felt such emotion to a character than I did when I heard you sing. I felt as though I should have jumped up and went to your rescue.”

With a slight brimming of tears in her eyes, Veronica gave a relieved laugh and felt warmth bubbling all throughout her body.

Fusilli then quickly added, “Now, if you wouldn’t mind returning to the dressing room for a moment, I must discuss something with the others here. But I will be in to discuss something VERY important when we are finished. Now, off you go.”

He gently nudged her off stage, letting go of her hand. Veronica couldn’t hear what was being said, but she was curious. Even with her curiousity, she continued towards the dressing room. When she entered, she sat in the seat and waited patiently. ————————————————————————- When Fusilli finally entered the room, Veronica looked on the brink of sleep. She was roused only when he shut the door. “Forgive me, I should have been more quiet.” Veronica shook her head, “No, no. I was just resting my eyes. Guess the play took a bit more out of me than I assumed.” Fusilli approached her and stood awkwardly in front of the young woman. “You said there was something important to talk about?” A chill went down Fusilli’s spine as she said that. Thisbhad never happened before. It was always short sweet and simple. But today had been strange. He had done a play he hadn’t even been planning on after this girl’s audition. Then he misused the magic of his stage specifically for the dress she now wore. And now he was about to say words he’d thought he’d never could. His rule was to never get attached, otherwise it’d be too difficult. Yet he had elected to ignore that rule as soon as he’d laid eyes on her face. So young and gorgeous. “Veronica, we only met but three maybe four hours ago. But I seem to have developed an infatuation with you. This dress and the way you preformed as only proven to strengthen those feelings.” He took a breath, and paused. Anticipating any negative signs. When none came but a stare from Veronica, he continued. “You must not think the same, and I apologize for thrusting this truth onto you so suddenly. But I very much wanted to get it out into the open before the last show.”

Veronica’s lack of words or reaction besides a surprised look made Fusilli feel something he’d never thought he’d ever feel. Rejection. He was The Great Fusilli. But maybe he wasn’t that Great. “But, don’t think Fusilli is forcing these feelings onto you. No, I just thought you’d like to know.” As Fusilli was about to make his exit from the room, a hand stopped him. “Fusilli, please don’t. I honestly…I’ve been having similar feeling to you and I didn’t know what it was but I honestly have grown a crush in the past few hours.” She took a deep breath before leaning forewards and pressing a kiss to the top of his snout.
