Intrusive thoughts are getting worse, I guess god didnt give me claws because he knew I'd cover my body in stripes

I dont vent abt this to anyone anymore due to fear and shame#its all crumbling down at the seams and I cant seem to shake it... Ive stopped talking to friends who I care about deeply too#im isolating myself more sulking more and doing less... is not looking well for me#I guess an undignified death alone and starved sounds weirdly poethic right now... perishin like a caged beast sure would fit#the difference is im toothless and clawless... like a circus tiger.#No energy and no means to hate those who caged me. No way to share my stripes.#vent#self harm#dw I didnt do it I never do it but sometimes it is a nice thought
