Being a writing or tv and film major is wild. Like "Oh shit! I got an entire fictional world due at midnight."

I pulled it together, completely rewrote my manuscript and then have been #sketching away for days now to get my first full size dummy done for #samakingdummies class @storyteller_academy It is so cool to see my story big and complete with words and all. I learned a lot in the process. Quite a few of my thumbnails changed as I had to consider word placement. I printed everything at the same font size this go around, but saw places where I can change it. I’m gonna go through with post-it’s and mark the places I want to make changes. I also need to practice a few of my characters. The struggle was real. Decided to take it easy on pace today. Had a hard time finding the motivation to get to the workout room in the first place but I didn’t really know what else to do with my morning so I got dressed anyway and walked over there knowing I’d walk at least a few miles and see where that got me, if I could eventually muster the motivation. Guess it caught me. I started working the incline up and eventually got it up to 5.5% incline and stayed there for the duration of my walk, as I figured that was high enough for my short legs to climb today. I did run the last 3 tenths, for several reasons. I wanted to get my heartrate up around 150, even if it was just for a few minutes, I wanted to see how my throat and lungs felt with this incoming illness I’ve got coming on without doing too much damage if it felt too bad, and also I was running out of time on the clock and wanted to finish up to a round number before the treadmill kicked off, which I didn’t manage to do. I had to restart the treadmill for the last tenth. Lol. I tried. It did t feel terrible, but I definitely don’t think I’d want to be pushing myself right now- even if it is “just a mile.” Overall, I’m pleased with with my workout. It might seem like overkill to most people, but it really was a leisurely stroll while I was facebooking, snapchatting, catching up on instagram, checking my emails, and other random boredom killers that I could have been doing anywhere.
