Hello! here is a list of quirk interactions with Hoshizawa! Both ways of how his quirk affects others and others quirks affect him.
I haven't discussed these with most of everyone, most of these are just ideas! if y'all have better, more solid ideas, believe something was misrepresented, could be elaborated on, etc etc ETC- I'd love to hear them. Most of these are just guesses based off what I know or could find of the characters! I tried to look into everyone and take everything I could gather into account but there are still 41 (included teachers) I had to go through & touch on, and my brain is bad at working.
Tell me/talk to me if you think one of them is inaccurate (if you choose) (I don't bite I like talking lol), post below the cut!
None = I did not have any ideas on particular interactions.
None? = I had a slight idea but I wasn't totally sure, didn't have a full idea, or didn't know if it would make sense.
Also, when I say immune to the blinding, note that it includes the disorientation as well, seeing as they are linked.
Class 1-X
Sato: If there is one I'm not writing about it.
Moa: Moa might be able to move and manipulate the stars once they're made (i could imagine with less relative difficulty too), however she's still subject to the effects of seeing them so like good luck lol.
Hibiki: None?
Burai: His electricity is one way to quickly kick-start making his quirk work again if he does the exploding thing. However, he is electrocuted???!?!?!? He does not has electric resistance...
Amourette: None
Akihiko: None
Michiko: When she powers up his quirk, he's able to use it a lot more effectively in general. It's easier to use, control/handle, and he can use a lot less energy and time to make denser clouds. He can also technically go longer without experiencing the side effects as strongly, but not by a significant margin as he's also using his quirk more at once anyways.
Makoto: Her eyes are made out of light-- i think that might make being blinded by light something that. doesn't really happen.
Jiro: None
Taishiro: He would probably be immune because of his eyes.
Jetsam: Many pollutants would obscure the blinding light to where they're either a safe dim to completely snuffed out.
Tsutsumi: None
Aito: Once he finds out about her quirk, Hoshizawa can be a bit on edge around him. If he uses her quirk on him before Hoshiz knows about it though, he'd find it par for the course he just brain empty-ed for a sec though. The blinding from Hoshiz's sparkles does not affect Aito's charming abilities.

Rin: None? (unless the dimmer sparkles could act as the moon for the "lunar panel" aspect of her quirk? I don't think so, but a thought)
Haru: Hoshizawa has very weak willpower, so Haru very easily takes on their morals. When fused, their quirk is extremely volatile, and the blindness + disorientation affects both parties afterwards. While fused, they are both still resistant to the effects (just as Hoshizawa is) and afterwards they have the same amount of sight deterioration and disorientation which goes back to normal at an equal rate. Outside of quirk usage, their physical and intellectual capabilities sync very well, as they both overlap in several traits. Due to this they are still incredibly gullible.
Hoshizawa doesn't realize at first, but he hates their fusion. He doesn't realize or understand it, but he has a horrible fear of his thoughts, mind, and autonomy being messed with or read,, to put it one way? Going into a fusion (for the first time) Hoshizawa would be cool, but once they're fused Hoshizawa "Oh God Oh No" and it makes their fusion like. weird emotions. and afterwards he's extremely stressed. If he used his quirk a lot before or while fused, afterwards he is definitely at risk of doing the big 'splodey trick again.
They can explode while fused, but Hoshizawa's heightened emotions putting a much higher risk of it only take over while unfused. If they do the splodey trick while fused, Haru would probably only hurt after and blind+disoriented. The actual ill effects happen to their fusion, and Hoshizawa only.
If they thought about past and memories, or whatever while fused Hoshizawa would make like negative sense. A complete mish-mash of whattheHEQQisgoingon. The dream-like memory of it would probably just leave Haru like "ok so that was obviously nonsense then lmao" (this is defs tmi overthinking it amount of writing here whoops kshdkjsksj)

Miyagawa: If he had used his quirk a lot recently, he might explode from the heightened emotions if she used her quirk. And it powers up his quirk too... yeah sorry. Best not.
Sumiye: At base, nothing, but depending on her powerup it may be different.
Tamashi: Seeing him, Tamashi would probably just see an absolute mess at all times. (I imagine this is like D&D detect magic but emotions) Hoshizawa might be an eyesore even without having to use his quirk for Tamashi... He would probably be a little antsy around them once he finds out about their quirk.
Ayume: None
Carlos: His eyes are unaffected by the blinding I assume?
Jimin: None
Class 1-Y
Miss Me: The blindfold she wears for her hero outfit mostly protects from the blindness. (Could she help teach him about general navigation while blind too perhaps?)
Boni: In Hana form(?) her left eye with the flower is unaffected by any blindness. (She would get blinded by it in the form, but if she does it's only her right eye, so while her eye is flower, she can't see, but once she's back to normal, she can see from her left eye.)
Momo: None
Mao: None
Yoshino: None
Evan: Evan's monster morphing could affect how or if he gets blinded.
Mitsumi: None
Ikuto: None
Tokiya: His time displacement would not affect anything, as they are not exactly physical. Which makes me sad because that'd be cool as hell.
Yori: The blindness and disorientation caused by his quirk can be transferred to and from, and they cannot be separated I don't think -- like she can't take blindness and leave disorientation, as they are directly connected.

(disorientation not mentioned there because I hadn't quite figured it out yet and I don't wanna keep pinging and being annoying hsgdgdh 😥)
Kabane: None?
Hina: Hina is unaffected (or mostly unaffected) by his quirk for moth related reasons.
EDIT: Pluto brought up to me that this would probably be opposite how it actually works! Hina would probably be the most affected, as moths are like. obsessed with lights kinda no matter if it's hurting them or not. So more likely it's like "THAT'S SO PRETTY THO!!" and "whee pretty light uh oh I'm blind... preetteyyy lights... uwu" thank you for bringing this up! ;o; (sorry this took me a while to edit in btw!)
Kiyoko: None?
Jaye: The stars cannot be duplicated (the stars aren't really physical? Like how they don't duplicate air or light normally) smth different would probably happen if hoshiz himself was duplicated but UHMAYBEDON'T??!?!?
Kurumi: Blinding light are not very effective on skeleton eyes.
Doku: The gasses, similarly to Jetsam, could obscure the blinding lights.
Naga: Sticky does not work on light. Light is not solid ❌
Murasaki: None
Hikari: None
Tsuki: None
