Let's clear something up, shall we?

"Socialism" does not mean "the government does something." "Capitalism" does not mean "the government does nothing."

There are socialist systems with no government, and socialist systems where the government runs everything. There are capitalist systems with no government, and capitalist systems where the government runs everything.

"Socialism" means capital is owned by the people. Capitalism means capital is owned by private individuals. That's it.
