this is just, blatantly untrue? the dub implies that Tokugawa had more that one robot-daichi commissioned. but the original human son he was based of very much still exists? the flashbacks are all there and everything.

not only that but this misinfo would compleatly mess up the timeline. considering human daichi was older than tobio when he died, he was born before him. for the first robot daichi to have been made either when human daichi was born OR when he died means atlas would've been made before atom.,which, no??? atoms whole background in the 03 series is that he is the first robot of his kind so even if atlas was being improved through multiple iterations the idea of a humanlike robot STARTED with atom so there is no way that would work.

Not to mention all of dub!tenma's dialogue point to atlas being made after. his end goal is still to test atom. he talks about how he and Tokugawa are similar (in that they both lost a HUMAN son and looked for a replacement in robots. also implying tobio had dies BEFORE Tokugawa asked him to make atlas)

man I hope the lack of atlas's claim of brotherhood in the sub is also wrong here cause I rlly liked that piece of dialogue :')
