i finished life on mars (again) man they just do not make dramas like it anymore
#i know i ought to thoroughly watch a2a before properly criticizing it butttt i just can never get into it#i mean#if the whole of life on mars revolved around whether sam belonged there or not#why make a new series a mere (less than a) decade later where sam is not in it because???? he died i guess???#it almost insults the original narrative. imo#at the very least sam could have been some kind of wisdom figure for alex. idk#plus i do also just feel like once a narrative has been told and wrapped up it seems pointless to tell it again#but slightly differently#imo ofc. i know a2a is popular on here so dont come for me pleaseee. there is no hate in my heart
