picked up a romance book with ace characters in it from the library, so im either about to have a fun time or this is going to be supremely annoying
#one of my goals for this year was to read more#which hasn't gone quite as i planned given that ive only read 2 books#but like in my defense im in school lol#and anyway i also was like oh what if i just read books with ace characters in it? that'd be fun#it hasn't really been lol#the first one was like reading asexuality 101 the girl every other page was going on and on about it#and its like ma'am i get it you're having an awakening but there are other things going on. aren't you supposed to be assassinating someone#and then the second book was better. like it was a fact about the main character but it wasn't harped about so much#the writing was a tad juvenile tho for being a book both about a 17 year old and also a murder mystery lol#lol ANYWAY#personal#if anyone's got recs im open to them. ive just been taking from a reddit list lol
