[parasocial bestie] idk about oumasai but i def know about the former and for the billionth time im so grateful ur not on twt if tumblr has already shown that side of the Treatment for them bestie 💀💀 like genuinely me too i dont in any way wanna take out the enjoyment ppl have on that particular pair but I DO (and leave me tf alone) WANT TO EXPRESS HOW ITS JUST. not for me bruv. for so many reasons so many personal views cus its not just some first impression i been there since the pairing even Happened and ive thought through So Hard of all facts and scenes to conclude it (and also keeping them at a good r/s but not in the pair type of way?? imo i dont even see these two as closely familial either im also mixed abt the misconception and misuse of found family as one who LOVES found family) o(-( SO LIKE YEA.... exhaustion

"i wanna be /neg in the comfort of my own home" is the truest ever just scream into a wall of complaining but also accepting things wont go your way anyway,, and its not like im in the mindset im down bad hard Desperate for my own pairs 2 be official too. like idk?? this thing abt canonicity do be sumn that messes the fanbase up fr im just gonna be out there playing with my dolls and roll around in my delirium leaving everyone else alone 😭🤙

naur bc i will NEVER understand the obsession w/ wanting pairings to become canon??????? a) i love love Love when few to no pairings are canon just bc that leaves so much more room for imagining various pairings and how they would work in canon without there being a direct contradition, b) im gonna be so fr. most of my own pairings i do NOT trust the original source to do correctly

like,,, rwby ships for example bc there are SO many of those. freezerburn is never going to be canon, it never was, EVERYTHING about yang and blakes designs and development point to bmblb in every way. i fully trust rwby to make bmblb happen and to make it Work and Happen Well. same with renora. but freezerburn or renorarc? I Do Not Trust Them. i am SO much happier with neither of those being canon and me having free reign to imagine them happening or developing however i like and see best than i ever would be with either of them becoming canon and having a much more set-in-stone way of going down. crwby once said freezerburn would be divorced like THEY DON'T GET IT !!!!!!!! fools. cowards. they do not understand Not Like I Do. and thats how i feel about most of my own ships.

idk its just. imo so much more fun to have hundreds or thousands of fans with hundreds or thousands of different interpretations coming up with their own ideas and concepts than it is to see the One canon thing being canon. even if canon is done super well !!! thats part of why aus are so fun, why rewrites and re-imaginings are so fun !! i actively Do Not Want the vast majority of my ships to become canon how the FUCK r so many people out here arguing over which ship is or isnt :sob: and also who cares ??? whether or not smth is canon doesnt make it like. right or wrong that it exists. canon isnt inherently better or more valid it's just. canon. does that make sense. idk if any of this makes any sense god help me

zak, how do you find things like fanarts and other kinds of ship content for tot that's not mc x one of the boys? asking bc recently i got into marius x artem but aside from some fics on ao3, i can't never find things like fanarts or just posts about them. i feel like I'm looking in the wrong place? kajsjs but i only know of the tot tumblr fandom.. 😭😭

heyyo anon, and hehe welcome to martem!!! theyre a cute ship, i enjoy the fics of them on ao3 :DDD

that being said, yea it is kinda difficult to be finding art and posts about any of the nxxboy ships. frankly, the only reason i can find stuff myself for marluke is cuz vjJKHVJKH I JUST (to some degree) KNOW OR KNOW OF EVERYBODY WHO SHIPS AND MAKES STUFF FOR MARLUKE HAHA. theres not very many of us, so it's easy for me to just follow Everybody whos ever made a marluke thing HJJKSF

one thing that can help tho for hunting art and content is through tags!!! i discovered a lot of great marluke arts here just by searching their ship tag #marluke or #mariluke (idk what divergent tagging evolution happened that marluke is more commonly used on tumb but on twt, it's primarily mariluke)

if im not mistaken, the common tag for marius/artem is #martem on twitter. sadly though, it doesnt seem to be the common tag on tumblr and idk what the martem shippers are using here DDD:

tho overall, my advice for finding more stuff for the nxxboy ships is tbh to reach out to any shippers u can find!!!! say hi!! if they made a thing u like, tell em u liked it!!

all of the nxxboy ships are very much rarepairs, in comparison to the other ships. there really arent going to be very many people, but the people who Do ship the ship are most likely gonna be extremely passionate about it. or at least, thats been my experience meeting and talking and making friends with other ppl who like marluke!!! small bunch, but very passionate. talking to the ppl around who ship the ship can both help u find more stuff of the ship and you might get a friend along the way too!

Twst shipping names and twitter tagging etiquette:

*even if you do not ship adeuce, I highly recommend you read this if you intend on posting twst art/content on twitter because this is highly informative on jpn trigger warnings and general tags

After posting my question abt ♠️❤/❤♠️ on all my social medias I have come to the conclusion that our shipping communities are vastly different, surprisingly enough

The general consensus is that ❤♠️ is more popular but something I've noticed that's been very strict on twitter compared to here is. Shipping names

I've seen ppl refer to ❤♠️ as just adeuce, but that's actually new to me bc I refer to adeuce as just both of them in general. Idk if u guys know but, the jpn community is kinda strict with tagging and stuff unlike here. Any mlm shipping in twst must be tagged #twst_BL. You cannot tag it as :

#ツイステファンアート (twst fanart)

#twstファンアート (twst fanart)

#ツイステ (twst)

#twistedwonderland

Only #twst_BL or don't tag it at all. When it comes to adeuce, you tag it as #twst_BL as well, but the shipping names itself is:

エスデュ (esdu / acedeu) ❤♠️

デュエス (dues /deuace) ♠️❤

*Those two tags are also used on pixiv, so make sure to not mix them up. If your art is ambiguous as to if it is ❤♠️ or ♠️❤, you may tag both.

We don't use adeuce when referring to a specific shipping dynamic of adeuce bc its something thats been introduced ingame, and I'm not 100% sure why, but I think it's because we don't want other shippers to feel like their ship is any less valid? I like both adeuce ships, but I lean towards ♠️❤, and if someone told me ❤♠️ is more valid than ♠️❤ because their "canon" ship name is adeuce, I'd be a bit miffed

Speaking of which, there are certain days dedicated to ♠️❤/❤♠️ in the fandom too, which is why you can't just...casually switch around the ship names

On the 12th of every month is ❤♠️ day and in the 21st of every month is ♠️❤ day

#毎月12日はエスデュの日 (esdu ❤♠️ day)

#毎月21日はデュエスの日 (dues ♠️❤ day)

That's not to say you can't post either ship on any other day. On ❤♠️ day, you can post ♠️❤, just don't post it on that tag (just post it on the general #twst_BL tag)!

While I am at it, I might as well tell you guys about tags on twt, because if you don't tag properly, you can and will annoy ppl. Like I said before, the jpn fandom is pretty strict with this stuff, and you have to understand that twst has a Japanese fanbase so at the very least if you're part of the international fandom, try to respect this

CP (frequently used as "couple"/"ship". PLEASE be careful with this, because it is a common term, and many eng speakers often attack innocent jpn artists for using it, because they mistake it for child p/rn)
