man. im strugglin again, as usual

this time im like. hmm.  i wanna get more into drawing furries for a few reasons: 1) i enjoy drawing them 2) ive been wanting to get more involved w the fandom again 3) i guess thats where the money’s at and i currently Need That

but im struggling to bring myself to get interested in drawing furs? i honestly cant help it but i tend to enjoy drawing silly-looking cartoon humanoids more :(  idk what it is about them thats more appealing to me but thats how it is

like, i cant even make stories w furries like i can with my humanoid ocs. the appeal for my humanoid ocs is that theyre humanlike but are also nonhuman (like monstery people, vampires, werewolves, aliens, demons, angels, those types of things) and for some reason those subjects dont hit the same when theyre with furries? at least not for me.  i have no idea why and it frustrates me to no end

when it comes down to it i just like drawing people more u_u as much as id like to draw more furries..wah
