#he's been reading it on and off for geez idek how long now probably at least a few months #im not normally a fast reader but i did read jane eyre in exactly one week #that overlapped w my spring break tho. i went feral #to think that was five years ago almost... crazy #tales from diana #i saw the lights on downstairs and i went down to check what that was for and i found him in his office reading #and he said 'im still working' (he did in fact have his work open on his computer)#hes been liking it #i think we all remember the first time we read jane eyre and we saw jane and rochester got engaged #and panicking bc there was still sooooo much book left. oh my god #the level of not ok that was #jane eyre really is the goddamn best. like it really is #it invented new emotions in me. brother #he's almost done though. i can tell he's enjoying it bc he's been reading it more lately

ok so ive only been playing my bg3 durge playthrough kinda sporadically (i also spent like 20 hours on a character i abandoned before coming back to my original durge because i love him so much) and it's wild how im simultaneously finding SO MUCH stuff i missed or just didnt get in my first playthrough while also tearing through the game like 3X as fast because ive got combat down now and can skip a lot of dialog lol

#like i remember feeling like the shadow cursed lands went on FOREVER the first time #now it feels like im breezing through it #even though i found a whole fucking area i managed to miss the first time #and i KNOW i didnt free the prisoners at moonrise first time and idek how i fucked that one up #so im about to do that #the next update patch thingy sounds good also it sounds like their adding some like native mod support?#and they buffed out some of Wyll's lines though i still need them to give him and laezel more complex personal interactions #would u believe i have not fully played out astarion's romance #i was doing that on the character i sunk 20 hours into but i just didnt like how it was going and my mental rp wasnt lining up #SO im planning to romance him when i do an Evil playthrough

my moms ex is finally moving out this weekend but he’s basically taking half the furniture back so now im even more stressed out abt life than before 😭

#to clarify he brought some of the stuff he had before when he moved in and threw my moms out #like her bed and a fridge #he’s been lounging not looking for a place to move out bc he thought my mom was just gna keep him here bc she’s nice #and he keeps making excuses like ‘I need the place I move in to to face the NORTH not the SOUTH’ (actual quote LOL)#like that’s how crazy his excuses were #and now when my mom was like no u need to GO he literally found a place within 20 minutes. but he has to take virtually half the stuff in #the house after throwing out my moms original one #and I get it obviously he needs that but at the same time I don’t get it bc #he’s the one who pushed to throw so much stuff out. and he has thousands in the bank #he can spare £300 to buy a new bed #so now we have to throw all our food out or give it to him lol and my mom will have like #my brothers old bed which is small as fuck idek if she’s gna fit on it #it’s stressing me out immensely bc u can’t just afford to buy these things when ur living paycheck to paycheck #and my dog has to go for his vet checkup next week too #Christ…. anyway sorry I just needed to.
