2) talk about a notable time a narrative or character has looked you dead in the eyes and said “fuck your plan, here’s what we’re actually doing.”

this has happened to me so much i’ve just learned to accept it and go along with it. i’ve been writing a walking dead fic (actually writing? HA. only a few chapters in) and my oc is so chaotic she’ll be like “ACTUALLY, we’re blowin’ it up. i’m too dramatic to think straight plus fire is fun!” either that or “wait can i just stab them instead”

i honestly wanna say tigger from winnie the pooh. my inner child has taken over me lately. i’ve always loved tigger - he always makes me smile no matter what he does. he keeps my spirits up bc i’m an anxious and sometimes depressed bitch. he’s just tiggerific 🥺 i’m always wearing my sweatshirt of him when i can. he makes my heart happy and idc if i’m a grown adult who loves winnie the pooh. i say if you keep your inner child happy you’ll be invincible to judgy people

20) do you ever have trouble focusing on writing? how do you get around that? tell us. please, tell us. I, the OP of this ask list, desperately need advice on how to focus.

all the time 😭 i’ve learned to discipline myself. i’ll let myself put it off for a few days, but my mind never lets me forget. when i’ve had enough with myself, i sit my ass down, put on some music (music really really helps to keep me within the certain vibe i need), and force myself to write. it always helps to force myself to get going. this is probably terrible advice but it’s what works for me 😅
