👹 what's the craziest thing you've done on Halloween?

Sorry to be boring, but pretty much nothing lol. As a kid we didn't really trick or treat, we did trunk or treat at church. When i was too old to go around I helped hand out candy for a few years. Now I just wear a costume to work and watch horror movies all night.

👾 what's your favorite spooky story?

If we're talking urban legends, it's probably Bloody Mary. I think that was the first properly spooky story I had ever heard, in second grade I think, and I'm still scared to look at mirrors in the dark. I was in the bathroom at school with two of my friends when they told me. I don't remember exactly what they said, but I do remember we thoroughly freaked ourselves out. We were alone in the bathroom and it was the bathroom I hated. The hallway to it was always dark and it had different soap than the other bathrooms and I hated the smell. So we had gone down a dark hallway, were in the weird bathroom, and telling a scary story. And then someone knocked on the door and we all SCREAMED. When we opened the door no one was there. Now I know it was probably just some other poor kid that we scared shitless who took off when we screamed, but it was scary at the time! Plus one of my friends then claimed she didn't scream but we had heard three people, so we decided it was OBVIOUSLY Bloody Mary screaming. And then we went back to class like nothing happened and I'm not sure we ever actually talked about it again lmao

It is so frustrating trying to explain ADHD shit to someone who doesn't have ADHD. Yes, mom, I do need a smaller recycling container by the spot where I go through my mail, because the bigger bin doesn't fit here and is across the room. No, mom, I can't just consistently walk the junk mail over to the bigger bin. That's why it's all piled up on the counter. No, i can't "just do it." If i could "just do it" I would be doing it. I would fucking love to not have to fight my brain every step of the way for every task but that's just not how my brain fucking works and I refuse to try to make myself act neurotypical anymore. I have to do things in a way that works FOR ME and MY shitbag brain and it doesn't matter if you think it's stupid if it works FOR ME.
