HOOOOOO alright. Welcome to Yesterday’s Lie, 10 episodes early. I’m a little nervous about this one, for reasons that might be obvious. Just bear with me.
We open on a storming lake in a Boiling Isles forest, when suddenly a 7 year old Luz pops out of the water, gasping. She crawls onto shore and looks around at this seemingly normal forest – except the leaves are red and the rain hurts.She runs under a tree and huddles there.
Timelapse as the storm ends, Luz is asleep under the tree, looking slightly more ragged and holding a stick. She wakes up from some rustling coming from some bushes and she hefts her stick, saying she’s not afraid to use it.
A coven scout comes out of the bushes with his hands up, saying he’s not going to hurt her, and he takes off his mask revealing Hunter. They look at each other for a moment in silence.
We cut to the abandoned shack in the human realm. Luz emerges from the portal into the human realm, dressed in her Golden Guard outfit. It’s dusk. She walks through the trees, eventually coming across a street, and she finds herself in front of her house.
She takes a deep breath, and knocks on the door.
(stuff in brackets was meant to be in spanish)
Camila lets her into the house. Luz looks around, seeing Hexus Holdem cards on the counter. Eventually they get to the sitting room and they’re on the couch. Camila asks what happened when Luz disappeared, and she says that she remembers wandering off and falling into water before she came to the Demon Realm. Camila explains that she never accepted her disappearance, and when Eda came by they managed to help each other.
Luz asks what Eda needed help with in return for looking for Luz, when Vee walks in.
(Side note: Vee is in her Thanks To Them appearance, not her Luz appearance).
Camila explains that Eda asked her to take in Vee in return for looking for Luz, since it was too dangerous for her to be in the Boiling Isles with the Emperor looking for her. She introduces the two, Vee understandably concerned since Luz is wearing a Coven uniform. There’s some… very intense things unsaid as Luz looks at Camila’s newer daughter.
At some point Luz is in the bathroom, looking at her eyebags. Vee comes in and Luz apologizes to her for freaking out before. Vee says it’s okay, and asks where she stands with the EC now. Luz explains she’s not sure, given her brother was planning to defect and she had no idea.
They sleep in the bunkbed, Luz on the top. She takes the portal key out and looks at it for a second, before going to sleep.
Breakfast in the morning! Luz is LIVING. She can eat things!!! Vee says she wants to show Luz around, acclimate her to the Human Realm a bit. LUZ GETS HER CANON OUTFIT (it reveals more scars than her golden guard uniform does). There’s some cute-if-awkward dialogue between Luz and Camila. And then.
So then Luz and Vee go out. Vee points out different stuff through town, acting as her guide. Eventually, they run into Masha and the other camp kids from canon. Vee mingles for a bit before introducing Luz, who looks incredibly uncomfortable.
They all talk for a bit, Luz kind of being on the edge of conversation, when one of the others asks about her scars. Luz, relieved to be involved in a conversation, starts explaining where some of them come from. It gets… awkward when she mentions how her Uncle was responsible for most of them, and the rest were almost fatal. Everyone is quiet and awkward, and Vee takes Luz aside to explain that humans don’t really like it when you dump your trauma the first time you meet them.
They return back to the group, and Luz is a lot quieter. At some point, she sees the Whittebane statues in the square. Masha notices her interest, and gives her a general overview of the Brothers Whittebane story. Luz expresses surprise that she wasn’t the only human to go to the Boiling Isles, and then realizes she said too much. Masha just winks, implying that they already know the gist – they’re dating Vee, after all.
There’s a slow zoom in on a camera blinking on a tree before we cut to night again. Everyone eats dinner. Camila asks what they got up to, and Vee says they met up with some of her friends. She also mentions Luz got along with Masha really well, despite some awkwardness at first, and Luz agrees. Luz asks how many other people know about the demon realm or that Vee is a demon, and the table gets quiet.
Apparently, Vee didn’t tell Camila that Masha knew. It gets awkward as Vee and Camila have a tense back and forth about keeping safe and staying under the radar, and Vee goes to her room upset.
Camila apologizes for that, and explains that they’ve been trying to keep a low profile since being a demon is pretty dangerous in the human realm. There’s also some subtext about Camila being slightly traumatized about losing both Vee and Luz.
The night passes, tense. Luz looks at the key again before going to sleep.
In the morning, Vee apologizes to Luz about how she acted. There’s a throwaway line about how she shouldn’t blame Luz for not knowing how stuff works here, which affects Luz a bit more than it should. Luz says she’s going to explore Gravesfield on her own, and assures Vee that she’ll be okay – she just wants some time alone.
So she goes out, having mixed feelings on the Vee situation. She passes by the statues again, and at some point she makes it to the Historical Society building where she meets Jacob.
She heads around, coming to the display areas and recognizing the Golden Guard sigil. She questions why the sigil is here, when she decides to check the back room.
Then she sees the screen with the camera footage, focusing on the Noceda house. She’s unnerved, and she looks at a covered pinboard.
Jacob calls Luz a demon, assuming “the changeling” (Vee) has started to gather reinforcements to attack earth.
Cut to Vee, who is hanging out with Masha. She’s talking about how she feels bad for Luz, since she was in her position when she first came to the human realm, and how Vee isn’t really making a great first impression. At some point, the other two friends run up, panicked, and say that they saw Luz going into the Historical Society building.
Cut to Vee kicking down the doors of the building with her bat, and then running into the back room.
(Luz is supposed to look legitimately intimidating here, eyebags and dead expression. She’s tired.)
They get out of there.
And they go home.
Cut to that night. Luz is in the bunkbed, eyes open. She checks to see if Vee is asleep, and jumps down to the ground silently. She starts packing her things, and takes out the portal key.
Vee interrupts, having been awake and watching, and asks what Luz is doing.
(For reference, Luz is on the Boiling Isles side with the training wand. Vee is on the human realm side with the portal key.)
Luz slams the door closed with Vee holding the key, and uses the training wand to send a fireball directly at the door, destroying it.
After staring at it for a few moments, she gathers the remaining pieces of the portal and runs off.
Cut to the Emperor’s Castle, in the throne room. Kiki is speaking to Belos about how he should probably appoint a new head of the Emperor’s Coven, since both Golden Guards are unaccounted for. Before he can respond to that, Luz runs in (in her human realm outfit, cat-hood up) and kneels.
Zoom out to where Kiki is standing, looking PISSED.

the ‘i would do anything for you’ is sounding scary in the context of we just heard that that’s what started Viren’s descend into darkness
the library fight sequence is great, always fun to see their different fighting styles and how the cooperate
but it also gave me so much anxiety because Amaya is exactly the character that’s important and beloved enough that the writers might decide to make her infected so we all suffer

So RayRay just learned that King’s a titan, but more importantly, confirmation that the heart in Belos’ throne room was the heart of the Titan.
And, like… I know that’s the obvious theory to make, and I’m sure that’s what everyone has been saying ever since we first saw it in Agony of a Witch. But for me, I was always hesitant to say that because, well… it’s so small! Yeah, it’s a big heart, but it’s not island sized! Take that heart and compare it to the Boiling Isles. It’s tiny! It’d be like King having a heart the size of a grain of sand!
For my sanity’s sake, I’m gonna go ahead and assume that the heart has shrunk down or shriveled up over time.
But this being me, I can take it a step further and make up some overly complicated theories. Maybe the heart is actually a vestigial organ for Titans. Or maybe the heart starts out with a function in young Titans, but once they reach a certain age and size, it stops growing as their body develops some other mechanism to transport blood around their body.
But yeah, the fact that the heart is still beating this many years after the Titan’s death is pretty metal. Call it The Tell-Tale Heart.

Ah… is this ”interesting idea” of yours the ”intriguing concept worthy of exploring further” kind of interesting or the ”wow, this grape and mustard ice cream sure is an interesting flavor combination” kind of interesting?
So RayRay’s advice is that instead of throwing his toys at the people he wants to make friend with, he should go talk to them instead and ask them to play. That’s nice. And I’m only a little sarcastic; while The Collector probably won’t listen immediately, all they need is for the Prince of Plastic to actually hear them out for a bit. If King can get it through to them that he actually wants to be their friend, they just gotta stop treating people like toys, then it’s pretty much over for RayRay/Belos/Philip.
The problem is that like I said, The Collector probably won’t listen right away, which gives RayRay here here the time to do… whatever it is he’s gonna do. Not sure what the plan is, but since it was brought up… it might include the Titan’s still beating heart in Belos’ castle.

(and if you don’t know what Doctor Snuggles is… how does it feel having failed at having a childhood? Go look it up, all thirteen episodes are up on youtube and lemme tell you, it is WILD. The fact that the titular Doctor Snuggles has a talking umbrella which is also a pogo stick is the tamest thing in the series. My favorite episode is probably The Turn of Events With the Unwelcome Invaders, that one always freaked me out as a kid. The Fabulous Mathilda Junkbottom is also a good one.)

nonbinary avatrice is so damn underrated imo, especially since they both read very trans and/or nd, (beatrice especially ((unrelated but lilith also has autistic vibes for similar reasons to beatrice)
ava is a bit complicated because on one hand it’s very likely she doesn’t care much or at all, and you have that whole queer af conversation between her and chanel about not knowing who you are because you never got a chance to explore or something that’s even queerer knowing that chanel’s actor is trans, and how often being queer and disabled goes hand in hand because of how man & woman is usually defined so much as a cishet white, thin, well off, pro status quo abled man/woman, but also on the other hand, that could also be the very same reason why a disabled person might firmly id as cis and/or with their agab, because of how they’re systematically denied manhood/womanhood because of their disability
and then with beatrice, like aside from the way she dresses, and i refuse to believe the combat habits didn’t make a few nuns realize that they aren’t so cis after all, you have the “people have tried to make me something i’m not. to make me normal. or at least, acceptable*.” and many people will “accept” gay people but only as long as they’re don’t display any gender queerness/gncness and/or transness
(*and obv that line is very easily also or as well interpretable as autistic beatrice, esp w how she displays a few behaviors that could be read as her being autistic, but that’s off topic)

nonbinary avatrice is very mood to me because i think they in general have an extremely gnc thing going on. look no further than the outfits in s2. it is BOTH of them, also. Ava reads very boyish to me (hilariously in a very 'that kid with the band-aid on his nose & the blue shorts from pokemon who runs around on the beach going '!!! my footsteps keep disappearing'. ava silva-core).
there really is something in Ava that resists conventional femininity & i think it is very AVA the way she does it. she's giving the middle finger to it, she's shrugging at it. she's kissing gender on the mouth & girlbossing & also just being a little guy with her baseball cap turned around like ash ketchum. Ava silva 'gotta catch em' all' Silva but with the genders.
& yeah the fact that when beatrice is not in her habit she is wearing very masc clothing, putting her hands deep in her pockets, shirt collar sticking up out of her sweater. the outfit she wears to kick crimson in the face. the outfit from guttural scream fight night. her armour with its bandoleer of knives & her cute little throwing stars you use to hit soft tissues with pinpoint accuracy. the softness and the violence of her.
& you are so right. 'ppl tried to make me something i'm not' - you can imagine beatrice in the catholic school uniform with the pleated skirts and the soft v-neck jumper & the blazer & every teacher saying 'now girls' and 'please, girls' all the damn time. how electric it must feel to her to hear the word boy on her skin.

EDIT: Also, I didn’t see that you answered my ask about Meg and Hercules, so I’m sorry that some info is off😭.
Hercules and MC Friendship AU part 1: Hercules’s Songs.
Okay my song breakdown is of 2 covers of a song called, “Love me, love me, love me,” and they’re English covers of a Japanese song. Here is the cover by LittleJayneyCakes and here’s the other by JubyPhonic, which I will be using the lyrics from. I’ll be switching back and forth (since some lyrics I like from one and then some I like from the other) to make them fit the theme, and I’ll make sure to say where they come from :).
Anyways, after looking at the comments, you learn that this isn’t a yandere song (tho it sounds a lot like it), and is instead about golden child syndrome. The syndrome where a child will do anything it takes to get love from their parent(s). It’s shown in the lyrics such as:
(JubyPhonic): “I’m doing so well have you heard? You see, you see, I’m such a good girl! Cute as a button you heard.”
But sometimes it edges into a dangerous line, where the person is getting hurt.
JubyPhonic: “You see, you see, so good this girl. In pain I scream you see?!”
And then I’ll switch the JayneyCakes’s lyrics at that some moment which is: “Hey, hey, lovely just like me. Aren’t I the cutest of all? Hey, hey, I’m good, aren’t I? If you say no I’ll cry!” The doubt and the NEED to KNOW if they’re doing good just hits and proves the point more.
And then Jubyphonic’s “Aishite” (which is the original Japanese line at this point) is instead, “Love me I say,” while JayneyCakes is “Love me I beg,” which I feel FITS SO GOOD.
Jubyphonic: “Love me I say, love me I say, love me I say, more and more! Love me I say, love me away! Until I’m not completely sane.” I used to hear this line as “Love me you say,” which is like the parent is telling the kid to love them, which I feel could also fit, but “love me I say,” is what she actually sings.
JayneyCakes: “Love me I beg! Love me I beg! Love me I beg! More and more! And love me I beg! Love me I BEG! Till we feel madness creeping in.” (Highly recommend listening so you can hear the pure emotion in her voice and how hard it hits)
Now, how does this fit with Hercules and MC? Well, I listen to this song and I hear Hercules so heavy in it. Like, you could say it fits Alex (since they do so much to please their mother and Olympus in general), but this song is to an even higher degree than what Alex does, just like Hercules is. I cannot remember too much about Hercules, but from what I remember the reason he’s taking the auras is because Zeus promised him he’d be able to become a full god (Top Tier I believe) if he collected a certain amount of Aura’s.
I see him going above and beyond because he even stole Meg’s who, I believe, was Hercules’s love at the time. He’s stealing auras and doing whatever it takes to please his father and other Olympians, and he’s definitely been doing this for years and years. Probably since he was born. We see how demigods are treated on Olympus, such as Zeus calling Deukalion’s human side a “weakness”, and we definitely know that belief plays a part in Hercules’ life and how he acts. I’m so certain he’s been told his human side is a weakness ALL his life, definitely in the old days. And I feel like a part of him hates him, which I imagine from these lyrics following the previous:
LittleJayneyCakes: “Its agony, it’s agony, this curse I bear. Undo it, undo it, hey!” But he’s gotten so used to it that he can’t be stopped. “It can’t be stopped now, no, AAAAH!!”
And Hercules has gotten so used to it that he doesn’t think twice about stealing the auras. Just like the lyrics from LittleJayneyCakes. He changes over time, growing older with each century and Millenia.
LittleJayneyCakes: “Time goes on, time goes on, changes come to your frame, but the collar stays the same.” He’s so used to it. “It’s agonizing now, but this is nothing new. People just, people just, they’re not enough!”
The “collar” its mentioning is metaphorical that is sung about in the beginning, only mentioned about finding a collar and tying it around their neck and it becoming tighter and “blinding” their vision (in both versions with diff lyrics). I didn’t mention it because I wanted to jump right into it, but the collar is metaphorical. To me, the collar symbolizes the control the parent has and how it’s grown tighter.
Zeus’s control on Hercules, and even other divine beings, has changed over time and definitely become harsher.
JubyPhonics (the same time where JayneyCakes was at): “Grow as you may like a sweet summers day, but this collar will stay just the same. I’m hurting and bleed, I need more to feed. Get people, more people the choker would scream!”
This is where I was secondly hit the most with Hercules thoughts, with both lyrics but here’s both that follow immediately after the previous (with JayneyCakes REALLY hitting the Hercules feeling):
JubyPhonic: “I am the best in my class they attest, I’m a girl far above all the rest. From better than Rose, to better than all you. People, oh people, look only at me!”
JayneyCakes: “I vow to not lose to anyone in my class, aren’t I such a lovely child? (Hey). From more than that child! To more than that child! Ladies and gentlemen, gather ‘round, marvel at me!”
He’s doing all this to get everyone to look at him and give him validation. To give him love and for him to PROVE himself through anything. No matter what it takes. Even if it means he loses things he cares for. I can’t remember too much about our guy Hercules (since I can’t bring myself to watch Hydra’s route all over again rn tho I love him) but I can bet he’s lost a lot in his life too, since he’s followed everyone rules and guidance, even when it is bad. These lyrics both hit me, so I can’t really choose. They’re both just SO great, at least in these lines:
Jubyphonic: “Meeting alone in the yard, from me to you confessing my heart. Was it a lie from the start? To say I love you from afar, as filthy a creature you are!”
JayneyCakes: “Behind the gymnasium, when I told you that I was in love. Wasn’t that kind of a lie? I love you so, so very much, even though I think that you’re TRASH!
This feels like the Olympians (especially Zeus) giving him attention and validation, but still letting him know his human side is a weakness. They love him, but see him as weak (filthy creature) and not worth it (trash).
And then the golden child syndrome shows heavily here. Especially in Juby’s side. He’s willing to do whatever it takes and it’s plainly stated.
Jubyphonic: “Love me I say, love me I say, love me I say, take what you want of me. Taking from me, taking from me! All that I have and all that I keep!” And then Olympus’s POV: “Screaming for more. You’re not enough! Screaming for more. I couldn’t give you up, Ah!”
And then a big part that I can’t really decide who it’s coming from, since I see these songs as a conversation almost. Is this Olympus apologizing to him? Or Hercules apologizing to who he’s hurt? And may hurt in the future?
Jubyphonic: “I am just so sorry!” And then it goes into the “Love me I say,” and such, BUT adds the part, “Love me away, until I’m not completely sane! Torturing me, strangling me, torturing me. More and more, more and more, ahh!!” I see this as the collar continuing to tighten and tighten, until:
“Aren’t I so happy today?”
BUT JayneyCakes side hurts too (this is the part where Juby is all “taking from me”): “Love me I beg, love me I beg, love me I beg, I’ll give you everything. But in return, but in return! I’ll make you share this hatred I bear. It’s not enough, YOU’RE not enough, just not enough! But I won’t let you go, ahhh!!! I’m sorry about this!” And then travels back into the “love me I beg” from the beginning, but instead of Juby’s final lyrics they say:
“Love me I beg! Till we feel madness creeping in. It’s agony- I won’t let go- it’s agony. Strangle me, strangle me, hey!!” And then the part that feels so Hercules to me, something I bet he wonders:
“Isn’t this happiness?”
And then she screams. She screams!!! JUST AH!! It hits so good. These lyrics feel like such a Hercules song because I believe he’s doing so much of his fathers bidding bc he wants to become a top tier god. The people who are seen as ‘important’ in Olympus and who have respect from everyone! They’re true gods, no matter what, and that’s how he can become worth it. It’s how he can be seen as ‘perfect’ in his eyes. He wants to see the validation and live, no matter the cost.
Even if it hurts him, terribly so, or others around him. He’ll give whatever it takes, even parts of himself, to Olympus to be seen as worth it. And he’s lived so long that the question, “Isn’t this happiness?” Feels like a genuine question he might ask. He’s lived like this for so long….does he even know any other way? Any other way to live? Or is this it? Taking from others to gain approval, is it the only thing he knows?
That’s my first part of this AU I have involving MC and Hercules friendship. I wanted to break down these 2 covers because these lyrics always hit me as Hercules, AND MC AS WELL!! I’ll explain the MC part later (so this might be a 3 part…..I’m not sure yet) and then how I see their friendship forming and the point of these posts.
I love you Meg!! And I hope I didn’t come off as too sympathetic to Hercules. He’s done some fucked up shit, but a part of me sees a little deeper into it, just like we do with Zeus and Eros and any other insufferable God lol. I hope you enjoy the breakdowns and I highly recommend listening to both! They’re so good and it’s the only way to really hear the emotion and see what I mean! Especially LittleJayneyCakes (she puts her whole life into this cover). If you do, I’d love to hear your thoughts, but if not then that’s okay!!

this is just orv thoughts since i’m reading it for the first time and the tags maxed out on me :( so i’m moving all my predictions and whatnot here. it does exist in my annotations but i want to group them together. if you decide to read pls don’t give spoilers, i only just finished ch 50.
absolutely would die for gilyoung. each time kim dokja goes ‘this kid is cute’ i’m like yes he absolutely is. also wish i started a counter for how many times he pats gilyoung’s head/strokes his hair cause that man is fond.
also i wrote a fic where people were like. comparing one aspect to it to orv and now that i’m getting deeper into yoo joonghyuk (ish) i can’t wait for this man to go through agonies
it’d be interesting if a regression did happen and then we’d get kdj’s narration as it was in the beginning of the novel, though yjh would act differently cause he’s interested in this new prophet. also he did try to recruit gilyoung at a point, and gilyoung might’ve said yes if there was no dokja. so.
also let’s talk about bugs. because in the beginning humans were compared to insects. and that puts me in mind of the three body problem. but more relevantly, gilyoung’s ability is with bugs, and gilyoung is most definitely supposed to at least be a parallel to dokja. so it’s very inch resting
also the re-occurance of a maternal-son relationship. (maternal as in someone is fulfilling that role somehow) and how deficiencies in that have different outcomes. there’s gilyoung and the woman on the train, dokja and his mother, the mother and child at that one place where she encouraged her child to kill (i actually forget if the child was a boy but i think so), and jung heewon with her slightly younger brother (she had to fulfill the parental role (at least she had to force him to go to school) when her mother didn’t do that).
secretive plotter. so i think that they’re either a young yoo joonghyuk or some version of him. i used to think it was young/alt version of dokja partially cause he’s a reader and secretive plotter. but my friend who knows the ending said it wasn’t him. there is an author character though, so maybe it’s a version of her? or wait, one slight spoiler i know is that she was the original writer but dokja thinks she plagiarized off of someone else, and that someone else could be secretive plotter. which would make more sense considering all the scenarios follow ways of survival and so some outside force should be enacting this.
i think dokja might become a constellation in the end. i know people are conflicted about the ending and kdj possibly ends up separated from everyone but it’s happy for him? anyways becoming a constellation would lead to that. and becoming a constellation would mean he has the power to remain a ‘reader’ if he chooses, by watching the streams. but at the same time he can choose not to. he can no longer participate in this story. he can leave the narrative and i think that’s nice. it’s also part of the reason that i thought he could be secretive plotter, since there’s the potential for him to become a constellation, and perhaps in a parallel universe, a young dokja lives through ways of survival and watches orv dokja to see how he would’ve been in another world, had he had the chance to grow up and know what the apocalypse would be like. it would also serve as an additional parallel or foil to gilyoung because gilyoung doesn’t have the choice to grow up in a non apocalyptic world

The trailcam I put on the big chunks of rocks near the Chell now shows a completely different than before population of cats on it.
I’ll start at the beginning now won’t I tho?
So, earlier this month, which I spent entirely hunting down cats which were shown alone on my cams, putting them to sleep, putting a tracker on them (which monitored their vitals as well as their position) and took a sample of fur to start putting together a genetic tree of the groups. I thought, much like wolves, those cats would live together by family clans, and disband at the death of the parents to form their own clans, but this far, it has not been the case.
But I was proud to realize (yes, proud! I’m slowly losing all objectivity when it comes to cats, even if there’s still something uncanny about those) that one of the cats from the forest is expecting kids!
Yes, some of the cats from the forest. I’ve started to realize, while coding my new cat-recognizing algorithm, that the cats that launched yet another attack on the amenity tip in Allerton had not a single individual in common with either the two groups that fought in the river over two kittens nor the individuals from the group I’ve been tracking and tagging in the forest.
Actually the group from the forest doesn’t meddle with the group who stole the kittens, either. This far I’ve pinpointed a River Group and a Forest Group, plus a Moor Group and a Swamp Group, although I’m only having enough data to be serious on the Forest Group.
I saw the Crooked-jawed cat from River Group again! Actually I’m referencing him as Crookedjaw in my notes this far because the sheer fact his jaw got broken then healed indicates a higher level of care than anything I’ve ever seen in the wild. Everyone knows about this couple of crows in which one broke her beak and her mate helped her feed for the rest of their lives, but there’s a difference between helping in the aftermath and actively healing the injury in such a way the animal can have a pretty normal life.
Anyway I saw Crookedjaw and his group, the River Group, have apparently invested the chunks of rocks and use it just... to sleep in the sun?? this is such a weird thing but it’s kinda cute. Obviously I’m using this as a special hunting ground. Whenever there’s only one cat on those sunning rocks, I jump on my bike, shoot it to sleep and tag them.
I also managed to approach Pinestar’s camp at night and installed a camera at a distance, but oriented on the clearing itself, and with the zoom feature, I might work my magic.
That’s how I learned that Pinestar was two-timing Shanty (the Appleby’s cat) because he’s very cozy with the expecting she-cat. Then she went into labour and the same cat (according to my new algorithm, because honestly they all look basically the same from one colour to the other) that led the catnip squad the other months just... ran over to her, walked her to a bush, lots of screams of agony, I was glued to my monitor. A bit later the russian blue female left the bush and everyone started dispersing, as if she had told them about the mother’s state or something?
(on a side-note I can’t even begin to tell you how weird they are acting for freaking wildcats, they’re freaking me out, but that doesn’t matter)
Anyway that one cat from the River Group which I called Brightsky because I was half blinded by the sun when I tagged her, well apparently she’s dead? Her tracker says no vitals. Sucks but I’ll do with it.

Lavender Haze- Really good she did a great job picking this as the opener track of the album
Maroon- I love how she changed the tempo from it being a very peppy opener to a slowish down beat and deep song personally this is my favorite song off this album along with hits different
Anti-Hero- This song gives a reference of how people seem to call her problematic or that she’s the root of every problem and the lyric “I think everyone is a sexy baby and I’m a monster on the hill” kinda seems like she’s referencing that she feels insecure about her height I personally relate to this song with having a narcissistic father and how he always blames me and my sisters of everything this song is relatable to me
Snow on the beach (feat. Lana del Rey- this song is so cute and is basically saying how love is impractical and weird like snow on the beach and when you find love it’s perfect just like seeing snow on the beach
Your on your own kid- realizing everything you have learned from and being on your own and that you always have been and that it’s ok to be on your own
Midnight rain- let’s face it we all know this is about Tom Hiddleston and how her and Tom’s relationship didn’t end up working out because they all wanted different things but the music in this song is so good
Question- asking an ex for explanations and asking questions but realizing what happened
Vigilante shit- In my opinion I think it’s about Scooter Braun and his ex wife because it doesn’t make sense as to why she would help out Kim Kardashian with what went on in 2016
 Bejeweled- Realizing that it’s your time to shine but in all seriousness I think speak now Tv is coming next
Labyrinth- Taylor opens Labyrinth reflecting on a past heartbreak and feeling like she'd spend her whole life getting over it
Karma- Seems to be about Kanye but she talks about having good karma
Sweet nothing- a love song pretty sure about Joe
Mastermind- basically presuming that she is quite literally a mastermind and has planned literally everything in an order
The Great War- has a really good beet and the lyrics are great
Bigger than the whole sky- people assume that this is about her having a miscarriage
Paris- being in love and drowning out the noise of reality
High infidelity- this song is about Calvin Harris but I love this song cause my birthday is April 28 and she talks about April 29th
Glitch- So, who is Swift singing about? Well, it certainly seems like the song could be directly linked to her romance with Joe Alwyn. The two started dating in 2016 (which would explain the equivalent of six years' worth of days of being in love) and Swift has previously hinted on tracks like "Cornelia Street" (which fans have also speculated is about Alwyn) that they started off casual before getting very serious
Would’ve could’ve should’ve- Swift was only 19 when she was rumored to be dating Mayer, who was 32, in 2009. Though the two never publicly confirmed their relationship while they were together, they were invariably linked after Mayer appeared on stage with Swift a few times during her tour.
