Literally 2 days later there's a whole other situation with double the previous strain and a more immediate expectancy

I went into my dentists office for some results for a study, on a day I said I couldn't come in. They said it would be in and out 20 minutes because it's the only day their specialist is coming in, but they literally put me in a room and left me, and the person who said it would be in and out and that they'd make sure I was first seen and blah blah blah didn't tell anyone else apparently. The person going over results with me was late, and some other person not essential for telling me my results but 'also wanting to be let in on the meeting' was also late. Had 2 extra x-rays done that they didn't even use??? I promise they just did it to take up time because I was just sitting there. The people finally got there and they made me wait even longer. I wanted to leave but I didn't want to have to come back or be seen as difficult. Then when I finally was getting my results I felt like I was getting pitched to, which I was. I literally got steamrolled by Karens who were pushy in different ways, had me overwhelmed and convinced I absolutely needed this treatment, basically a retainer but extra, for sleeping

Orrr I guess you could get this other more common treatment but ours is Better and will fix all your problems so let's not talk about that, and even though we know you can't use it yet until you do (original anxiety source which won't end until months down the road) you need to pay part of our thing. Now. And by the way it's out of pocket, or you could do 3 easy payments of helluva lot, orrr I guess you could break up the whole amount for as many months as you want through this program, and oops didn't I mention its a credit card actually? 🙃 I'm glad it didn't go through bc I was literally so overwhelmed i couldn't remember how to do math to put in accurate numbers. I'm considering looking for a different dentist, and just going in for the other doctor that's helping me with the other stuff.
