some scrambled thoughts post moving (2023)

i might need to watch the series again to catch some details so excuse me if I'm confused about the obvious. but spoiler alert, to those who haven't watched it.

me when the temporary teacher got stabbed: (blinks)... i mean I don't like you, not that I want you to die either. oh well.

so what was bang kisoo looking for loitering in the school like that? his files to better his report? the files of the ones with powers to verify things? maybe han byul's memory card too? to observe what had happened in the gym? to pick up a fight with kanghoon? man i lost somethings really...

...so kisso wasn't the one to sabotage that jumpboard?

it was that temp teacher/agent?

anyway what is wrong with that tempt teacher honestly - did he sabotage kisoo's ankle just to find out if he has power or just out of sheer distaste like...?

gosh i hate him now, but he died! we'd never know his motives!

(the way this drama have 20 ep but i still have questions)

(it's the flashbacks. too many flashbacks when we could've gotten new scenes. i always hate this abt kdramas)

on the good side, kisoo going soft and protective with han byul when he realized the NK agents aren't here to play

that was a really short and sudden ship but o ma gosh the potential

hyewon too deserved more screen time - like suddenly moving schools too?

like honestly a bummer that they're graduating college - bongseok, huisoo, hyewon, han byul, ganghoon and kisoo would have been such a good friend group (or pairing, if you want it that way. the potential is there, honestly)

anyway about kanghoon - takes-his-duty-seriously class president kanghoon

wanna see him working as an agent/civil servant in the NIS

working under that seagull guy? *rubs hand excitedly* is gonn be fun honestly, man we need a SEQUEL we really do!! the next gen of supers is gonn wreck some stuff, i can feel it!

i came to this show to see mihyun and doosik but ended up being such a fan of guryongpo

mr ryu was the topmost actor in the wikipedia page so i was like, oh he's the main main guy turns out!

he came to any scene and i was like "guryongpo! he's alive! huisoo appa! 희수 아빠 멋있다! 희수 아빠 화이팅!!"

best man, best partner, best husbando, best dad

i thought frank rolling over him with that truck again and again was bad but then he had 200 gang members breaking his bones with their cars like... you've been through a lot sir.

episodes abt his and jaehee's married life was either the cutest or the most heartbreaking like staph, my heart cannot heal itself

unconventional couples are the cutest i swear by it

on a more depressing note, that useless jo principal might have orchestrated jaehee's accident.

maybe just to see if huisoo has powers. the wife dies as consequence? not my problem, i'm just gonna wait in this car.

his death seemed excruciating. well deserved, i might say.

i don't know if i should credit that to her training as a black agent or toughened up by being a single mum for that long

but she didn't even react at seeing jang juwon at the teacher's office although it's been like, 24 years and suddenly you're here coz your kid's in the same school as mine? coincidence? I think not! this institution is more slippery than fish!

mihyun's really cool like, she's still that sharp and quick even after doing office jobs, farming, single-parenting and managing a restaurant. what a role model. you really don't forget your training huh?

Yellow Man Bongseok - Bunggaeman being his inspiration is just--

oh i also really liked how that NK agent pulled the trigger like you wanna look inside my loose sleves. wepl, surprise bish! the mechanics and how it's shot is just *chef's kiss*

you know for some scenes that we were robbed off, it's a lovely drama

i like action movies a decent amount, and this hits the spot. korean style,especially.

really really REALLY looking forward to that sequel now, gosh just give it to me.

The more I see of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the less interested I become. This is the first time I have ever felt that way about a mainline Pokemon title.

These are just my honest thoughts, so if you don't feel the same way, that is great! I'm glad that you are excited for it!

Like many others, I have dreamed of an open-world Pokemon game for as long as that style of game has existed, but it seems to me like TPCi has possibly been focusing on the wrong things this time around?

Many of the new Pokemon that have leaked... Aren't great. The designs are all over the place imho and for every great one, there are easily 3-5 that are pretty awful looking. Is this how people felt about Gen 5? (I actually love the Gen 5 Pokemon lolol)

The open world aspect has to be amazing for how terrible the Pokemon are. I feel like this gen's gimmick is yet another play on Digivolution and the raids don't really sound any better than SwSh.

The fact that TPCi/Gamefreak didn't set the gyms to scale is incredibly lazy. The fact that you can do them in any order is effectively cancelled out by the lack of effort put into this aspect. I honestly don't know much about game design (I do know that Gamefreak isn't great at it reading posts from people who have analyzed prior mainline games' code though), but if they didn't want to create code to auto-scale the leaders, they could have at least formulated 8 different set teams for each gym leader that just automatically changes based on the Pokemon levels of the last gym you defeated. (For example, they could create teams in ranges. So for the first gym the levels could be 5-10 then the next one you visit would swap out for the team that has levels 10-15, the next would swap to the team with levels 15-20, etc.) And before anyone says that is an awful lot of work... Not really? They would just have to create 64 teams (8 each for 8 gym leaders). Pokemon is the most successful franchise in history. They could afford to do this.

I admit that I wasn't one of the people worried about Dexit when SwSh launched. It honestly didn't bother me and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was such a jump in the overall look and feel of the game. Now that SwSh has been out for three years, I'm kinda pissed that Scarlet and Violet are launching with fewer returning Pokemon than SwSh (290-ish vs 320-ish) at launch. My favorite Pokemon line isn't returning this time around and according to leaks, I honestly don't really care for large swathes of the returning roster. Many of this game's returning Pokemon are ones that have been left out of prior Switch releases. This means that if they can import models from other Switch Pokemon games, they could easily bring them all back (which I know they won't because they want that Pokemon Home $$$).

The just-barelu-confirmed future/past forms sound confusing and not well thought out, the addition of TM creation and breaking is annoying, and there is still some basic info we just don't know.

And then there is the Ed Sh33ran of it all. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I cannot stand that guy and from what I've seen, nobody else really can either? I have seen zero positive reactions about his song being included. I hope that someone will release a patch that removes it from the game. Maybe it's misophonia, maybe it's the fact that I just can't stand the sound of his voice, but what a slap in the face it was to include him on the in-game soundtrack (to be fair most of the artists TPCi partnered with for that album they released were mostly ones I can't stand lol).

Anyways, I guess the positive aspects are the fact that it is open world and also that the character customization is more advanced than last time (here's hoping clothing isn't gender locked, which it was in SwSh - I haven't seen that discussed anywhere yet).

As of right now though, as pretty much a lifelong Pokemon fan, this game seems very mid at best and the initial (official) reactions I've seen are from people trying way too hard/phoning it in. I also have concerns about how well the game will play at launch because the version that is packaged on physical carts had some game breaking bugs as told by leakers and people who were beta-testing the games who have previously been right about so many things. I'm sure there will be a day one patch to fix some of the issues, but there were some pretty bad ones that the leakers said Gamefreak wasn't confident they would be able to patch in time for day one.

At the moment, and I hate to say this because this is a game I, like many others, have been looking forward to for a very long time, but I am not planning to get it at launch. It just seems so messy and rushed and half-baked. Hopefully it will improve once the game comes out and patches are issued and hopefully, as with SwSh they will add more Pokemon back, but currently I'm not exactly hopeful given how sloppy the game feels.

Okay so I have a j2 plot in my mind

And it goes something like.

Jensen has seen his first bestfriend die right infront of him in a car accident.

That day was the most horrible day. Every horrible day Jensen had next used that day as their scale.

Hence the word bestfriend and car and accident

All in one sentence throws Jensen off again after almost 17 years.

Jared his bestfriend. And car. Was a very bad combo. And somehow Jared had been in two of the most terrible car accidents Jensen has ever seen and has come out alive. Jensen would forever thank whoever he can for that.

Right After supernatural ended Jensen figured he was an ambitious man. That he liked to be on plane plannin what he d work on next. But eventually he figured.. that it wasn't ambition what drove him. Lack of peace in his house for him to settle was what driving him away further and further.

He thanked God that he liked his job and was established enough to not sit idle due to lac of jobs.

Jensen was so scared to get attached to things and people after his bestfriend died and the woman he thought was his teammate in life didn't turn out to be the right teammate. Danneel was an excellent women and very lovable. But just... As a friend. She wasn't much invested in their relationship and it wasn't her fault. After their marriage Jensen had barely given their marriage time. But it never felt wrong back then because ...he felt at home.. already? In supernaturals set with his bestfriend. He was more invested in the show and his and Dean's relationship with jared and sam more than he was ABT danneel.

So definitely not her fault.

Jensen tried to make it better. He started to do things together with danneel like he used to do with jared. Thought it'd help.

It's still in process though. Jensen doesn't know where it's headed.

Jensen had deliberately kept jared away from "the Winchesters" because he wanted to have what he had with jared but this time with danneel.

Maybe thatd save his marriage and.. two families

Jensen tried his best to detatch from jared.

And Jared's tweets about the prequel showed him just how shocking and betrayed jared was.(obviously ..if it had been other way round Jensen would've been devasted enough to do more than just tweet , he thinks)

Jensen couldn't tell jared or anyone the truth. So he made up diff stories and messed them up raising suspicion among fans and jared.

When he heard the word jared and car in one sentence .. he didn't know what to feel.

And the fact that Jared had hasitated to call him.

Yes his jared second guessed telling him about the accident because Jared had thought Jensen wouldn't care.

(okay so all these drama wraps up with Jensen and jared growing further apart. And Jensen not finding the peace he had with jared ,with danneel hence ruining the marriage. Then Jensen has a breakdown and wouldn't call anyone but he so oh so wishes to call jared his bestfriend..the only person whom he could've talked about these stuff. But he ruined his relationship with both jared and danneel. But finally some car accident happens to Jensen. Jared finds out. In hospital they talk and sedated Jensen blurts out about how he thinks he had married jared and not daneel for reasons like peace and love and..well..etc

And how jared is not like him and is happy with his family.

And jared says it's too late.

But Genevieve heard them and she either pitches the idea of polyamory or gen asks jared what he wants an teary confused jared mumbles Jensen and welp happy ending after that)

My Scarlet and Violet Soundtrack Ranking

Because the newest installment of the Pokemon franchise has been released to the world, and I love music.

So why not rank the soundtrack of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

It's been only two days, but I will still rank the soundtrack based on what I have heard. So yeah not every theme will be on here, but mostly the ones I took note of.

Title Screen Theme

7/10. So I can't find any official versions online of the title screen theme yet, but the cover of that band playing it sounds pretty decent. It's definitely going back to the more fanfare-ish and nostalgic recall aspect of the game. Instead of building on or continuing in a new direction from Sword and Shield, we seem to be going back in time. Which is good, but also idk. I mean, I know I wasn't the hugest fan of SWSH's at first either, but it took me some time and I actually like the SWSH theme. Anyway, the S and V title theme isn't bad by any means. I just thought it would progress and not go back? Idk. So yeah, 7/10.

Trainer Battle Theme

6/10, maybe even 6.5/10. In the beginning I can instantly pick up on the Gen 4/Sinnoh/Diamond and Pearl vibes. Which I like, don't get me wrong. It's definitely reworked a bit, as this is a new Pokemon game. But I like the call back. As for the theme overall, I would say meh. It's just a battle theme. There's not too much going on- which can be a good thing- but I think there could be a bit more excitement which is missing. It's not bad, but no one thing stands out to me. It's not leaving me thinking "oh my god I need to hear this again."

Wild Pokemon Battle West Province

6/10. Okay it could be a lot worse, but I don't know.. I feel like I'm being gracious with my score. But yeah, idk the Western theme isn't really vibing with me. But it's kinda funny because to me it sounds like the music from that one meme, the one that's like "to be continued" with the arrow. Not my favorite of the wild battle themes tbh.

Wild Pokemon Battle North Province

7/10. Only slightly better than the West Province battle theme. Also I guess I like slightly faster paced tracks so that might be why too lol. I love the guitar in this one tbh. I do appreciate it. I feel like I should be in a car just driving along to this song for some reason lol. But compared to the next two themes, it's still not my favorite.

Wild Pokemon Battle East Province

7.5/10. It's got a similar tempo to the North Province theme, and also has its own guitar motif going on. It feels like a car chase scene while I listen to it. Idk how else to explain it. Idk why I like it slightly more than the North Province one, but it still is not my favorite out of them all.

WILD POKEMON BATTLE SOUTH PROVINCE

9/10. OKAYYYYYYY. NOW THIS IS WHERE IT'S ATTTT. THIS ONE IS A BOP!!!! I WILL DEFEND THE SOUTH PROVINCE WITH MY LIFE!!! WHAT A FUNKY SLAPPING TUNE!!! THE WAY THE OVERARCHING MELODY JUST VIBES WITH THE BASSLINE. THAT BASSLINE THOUGH. IT IS UPBEAT, FUNKY, AND GETS ME HYPED. SOUTH PROVINCE BATTLE THEME BEST WILD BATTLE THEME.

Wild Battle Theme Inlet Grotto

I don't really have too much to say on this one. It's kinda just meh for me. It's not like really uptempo or anything. I like the more exciting themes I guess. I'm just indifferent to this particular theme. 5/10.

Wild Battle Theme Area Zero

8/10. Like the South Province theme, I will defend Area Zero. I like it. The funky little noises are great. I like them. And there's hints of the funky bass theme too. It's also upbeat. I just think this one is neat.

Team Star Grunt Theme

7/10. I mean, as a grunt theme, I feel that it works fine. Will it ever top Team Plasma? I'm not sure many things will. Sorry, not to be one to compare but Gen 5/Black and White was my first experience with the Pokemon games. However, I will say I really like the presence of the electric guitar in this one. Without that guitar, I would probably rank it lower. That guitar is what keeps me going.

Nemona's Themes

6/10. I know she has two, but I'm gonna rank them together because I can and no one is stopping me. I think I like her first theme slightly better than her final battle theme. The guitar in the first one. Again, if you throw in an electric guitar, you've already sold me, as I do love some good rock/punk rock. That's my genre. The beginning of her final battle theme sounds like the opening (or ending?) to an anime show. Although I do like that little piano melody in the middle section that plays for a bit. They're not my favorite themes overall though.

Arven's Theme

6/10. Another theme that doesn't particularly stand out to me, but I like that it incorporates a bit of that funk sound we hear in the wild battles, and it's uptempo. It's decent for a battle theme- but still not like, anything out of this world.

Clavell's Theme

5/10. I dunno. It sounds like a theme more for like, when you're going on an adventure, like exploring an area. It's really intriguing though, I will say, for the theme of the director of the academy. It's not AWFUL, but I don't think I'd be like listening to it if I had to choose a track. Kind of feeling basic about this one. Like, it's meh. Mid.

Tournament Battle Theme

6/10. Idk, that just feels right to me. I like that it's lively, and has a fast tempo. That part with the little flute melody is good, and then the guitar comes in after that- cool. Other than that though, I wouldn't say I LOVE it. But I don't hate it either. It's alright. I will say that when I saw this was for tournament battles, it made me miss double and rotation battles in Gen 5- I have such specific memories of going to the Battle House in Opelucid City and battling-BUT WAIT IS THAT SAXOPHONE I HEAR IN THIS THEME? Love that.

Legendary Quartet Battle Theme

7.5/10. It's better than the Titan Pokemon theme in my opinion. And while I like the Paradox Pokemon one, the Quartet Battle theme still just tops those two for me, lol. I love how the Quartet Battle theme just starts with those chimes to set the mood- but then it makes that noise which is like, okay it's about to get serious. Then it introduces that steady beat which gets my head nodding. And then the relic-y kinda vibes that come in- I like that, it's a neat touch. Giving Unova Desert Town kinda vibes.

Koraidon and Miraidon Battle Theme

7/10. Oh my goodness it totally gives the Unova gym leader final pokemon theme vibes in the beginning. Which I LOVE. Because that theme was a good one. Once again, I like that this game seems to be calling back to/referencing the past games. But yeah, this totally gives me revamped gym leader final pokemon vibes. And I'm here for it. It isn't my favorite theme ever, but I think it works for this generation and these legendaries.

Gym Leader Battle Theme

6/10. It's a very interesting theme to me. Also the chanting that then comes in later... Yeah I still have mixed feelings about it. Like, Sword and Shield's was so like, stadium EDM club vibes- but this one is interesting. This is funky and fast-paced, groovy, very unique. Like, it's outside the usual repertoire of gym leader themes. I may have to sit with this one for a while.

Iono's Theme

8/10. Now we're getting to the good stuff. Now this theme is interesting- but in a way that I like. Very good mix of funky, and the 80s/disco vibes are immaculate. This isn't a battle theme anymore, we're in the club now. I'm at the gay bar. LOL. I don't wanna fight you, let's just dance haha. This character has a BOP for a theme.

Team Star Boss Theme/Mela's Theme

8/10, maybe even a 9/10 tbh. Like, WOWWW. THIS IS HARDCORE!!! POKEMON MORE LIKE POKEMETAL. We actually! got! metal! in Pokemon!!! This track goes HARD!!! It's sooooo good. I love it. The guitar is everything. The punk rock/rock fan in me is loving it. THIS is how you do a boss villain theme. We love a good iconic theme. I could blast this shit out of my car, a window, honestly play it at a concert because I would be HYPE.

Elite Four Battle Theme

8.5/10. Once again, it's giving an amalgamation of previous games. I really like the theme though. I think it's a good fit for an Elite Four theme for this new set of games. Like it fits with the idea of Scarlet and Violet being something completely unique and different from the games we've had previously. Musically/sonically, it blends that amalgamation of previous generation's themes and incorporating new elements to the soundtrack. It's a fitting battle theme in my opinion. It's tense and strong- but just the right amount. It DOES make me want to actually battle. Like it should feel like the Elite Four are a challenge- and this track totally sets that mood.

Sada and Turo Battle Theme

Wow. WOWWWW. OKAY. NOW THIS IS A THEME. WHAT A BANGERRRRRRR. This went so hard. I love how it starts off in the beginning with a sense of calm, but then it suddenly goes hard and you're immediately thrust into the action. And then it just keeps going for a while. Like, WHEW. This is ACTION. I'm sweating. Because this track is absolutely fire. This one is a win. 9/10. I WILL be looping and replaying the shit out of this one, thank you.

Cassiopeia/Penny's Theme

9/10. HARDSTYLE??? IN POKEMON???!!! WOWWWWWW. POKEMON SERVED WITH THIS ONE!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TRACK. WHAT IN THE FUCKING DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION!?!?! I absolutely love the track. If you couldn't tell by now, this definitely one of my favorite tracks of the game. And one of the coolest tracks to come out of the franchise imo. As someone who also likes dance/EDM and rave music, this really hit the spot. This is so hype. I really want to play the game now, like just for this theme lol. Amazing job for whoever composed this one, thank you, you've made my day.

CHAMPION BATTLE THEME

And finally, the Champion Battle Theme.

10/10.

I will defend this theme for the rest of my life. Oh my god. I LOVE this theme. I wasn't sure what to expect. But I had a very visceral reaction to the theme when I first heard it.

Once that main theme from Gold and Silver/HGSS came in, I literally gasped. And then my eyes immediately watered. Yes, I teared up as soon as I heard that theme. Absolutely genius. Putting the theme within a theme. Perhaps using nostalgia really does work as a strategy. Like, god, idk how to explain it, but I feel like this theme just DOES it for me. It totally encompasses everything that has led up to this point. Like, it's showing the journey Pokemon has been on since the beginning. Through music. It's beautiful. Oh god, I'm getting emotional. Like, this is why I love this fandom. The music is always there for me- and this theme is an example of why I just have such a special place in my heart for Pokemon- as one of the fandoms I've been in for such a long time- it just gets me, you know??

It's been so amazing to see how far this fandom and Pokemon overall have come. Even though I wasn't one of the originals and didn't start my first Pokemon game until the DS era and Gen 5, this game has impacted so many people. And the music adds to that. I'm always looking forward to what the franchise does with the music. Sometimes it can be hit or miss. There was a mix for this set of games. But there were some real gems too. Welp. Until the next generation/games, I guess?

You trudged down the empty hallway, your body slumped with exhaustion and feet hurting from wearing the ridiculously high heels to impress a man who never showed up. The silence in the empty halls was deafening unlike the crowded diner which was buzzing with lovestruck couples on the fine evening of Valentine’s Day. When you reached his door, you were barely hanging in there. Hesitantly, you knocked twice, immediately cursing yourself for fucking up his Valentines Day as well.

“Y/N?” Jensen tilted his head in confusion at your dejected state. “What happened?”

“I am done with dating.” A stray tear rolled down your cheek as you replied. Jensen pursed his lips as he opened the door wider to let you in. He threw an arm over your shoulder, guiding you towards the couch.

“Mike was a douchebag.” He said, as you plopped down on the blue couch.

“His name is Mark.” You rolled your eyes at him, “I dressed up all for nothing. I am done trying to find the perfect man. I will get a cat and become a cat lady. At least it will show up when we have a cat date with cat food and pizza.”

“You can't just swore off dating because Macaroni didn't show up.” Jensen smirked. “You just haven't met the right person yet.”

“I got stood up thrice within a span of two months. I surely know how to pick them.”

“Sweetheart, I'm so sorry but I know you'll definitely meet the right person. It's just a matter of time.” He rubbed your arm as you snuggled closer to him. “Should we order takeout? I am starving.”

“Mhm. I wouldn't mind some chinese. I'm sorry that I fucked up your plans for the night.” You said.

“I didn't exactly have anything better to do. Spending time with you is much better than third wheeling Jared and Gen.” He chuckled.

“What am I doing wrong, Jay? Something is definitely wrong with me or the entire male population is a douchebag.” You sighed, as Jensen took out his phone to place an order in your favourite Chinese restaurant.

“Y/N/N, nothing's wrong with you and there are good men out there in the world.” He said.

“They are all taken.” You replied, nonchalantly.

“I'm not.” Jensen said and your heart skipped a beat at his words.

“Maybe I was too blind to notice it,” you wanted to say instead you blurted out, “You're my best friend, Jensen.”

His hands dropped to the side as he visibly tensed up. An unbearable silence followed the awkward conversation. You could barely look at the actor beside you who was staring off into the distance, his mouth opening and closing like a fish. Fortunately you were both saved from further conversation by the delivery guy.

You bit down on your lip to stop the yawn that was threatening to leave as you pretended to listen to the man in front of you complain about his work life. You hummed along to the man’s words as your mind reeled back to that night at Jensen's house. You still didn't know why you didn't speak about your true feelings. Even though his little confession didn't break you two up, whenever you used to hang out, a discomfort lingered in the air and so you had ditched the weekly movie night the day before.

After another painfully long hour, your extremely bad date came to a very fortunate end. As a sign of politeness, you had agreed with Luke, your date, when he had offered to drop you at your doorstep. With no promises for a second date, you had left Luke’s car after successfully dodging his attempt at a kiss. You sprinted across the usually empty hallway and found yourself in front of Jensen's room. You knocked at his door.

“So I was on a date and oh god, time wasn't passing by at all! Luke was such a boring guy. I surely do know how to pick the guys- and I'm so sorry I didn't come yesterday for our weekly movie night-” You rambled on as soon as Jensen opened the door without giving him a chance to pitch in his two cents.

“It's okay.” He finally spoke but his words were soon forgotten when you saw the half-naked brunette standing behind him, glaring at you.

“I'm sorry,” You turned your attention to the man in front and noticed the swollen lips, tousled hair and his unbuttoned jeans, “I didn't know you had company.”

“Next time try to call before you barge in complaining about yet another bad date.” Jensen grumbled, rolling his eyes before he shut his door to your face. You stared at the closed door, crestfallen as tears started to pool in your eyes. You made your way back to your room which was on the next floor in the same apartment building all the while wondering if your insecurities had really messed up a good friendship.

Jensen had neither heard nor seen you since he had closed the door on your face. He winced every time he remembered how rudely he had pushed you out of his apartment when Jessica was over. He was finally trying to move on since now he knew how you felt. Jensen was definitely hurt when you made it clear that you didn't reciprocate his feelings but he didn't hate you. You were still his best friend so it hurt when you had started to distance yourself from him, even ditching him on your weekly movie night. All that bottled up frustration had turned into anger when you had knocked on his door the next night to complain about your boring date but he still regretted the way he had told you off.

“Is Y/N going to come to Gen’s party?” Jared asked his tv brother during one of the takes.

“I don't know. Why don't you ask her yourself?” Jensen snapped as he went back to reading his script.

“What happened?” The hazel eyed actor frowned at his friend's behaviour.

“I haven't talked to her in weeks nor have I seen her.” Jensen grumbled.

“You two are like the Siamese twins and now you are saying you haven't even talked to her? Dude, what happened?” Jared asked. “Maybe you should talk to her.” He said after Jensen opened up about what happened.

“I have called her. Dozens of times. She is not picking up.” He scoffed.

“Gen is going to invite her I suppose. Maybe you can talk to her then.” Jared shrugged as they were called back on to set.

Jared was right about everything. You were invited to Gen’s backyard birthday party and so was Jensen. You had hesitated before you finally made up your mind to go to the Padaleckis' because you knew someday you had to face Jensen. When you had returned home that night, you had realised why no one was ever good enough for you since the perfect person for you was right in front of you but your insecurities had made you blind. You knew you had missed your chance when you had caught him with the brunette but what hurt more was when he shoved you out of his apartment.

Jensen had called you a dozen times but you hadn't picked up. You didn't know what to say and the longer you stayed away from him, your feelings for him grew stronger so instead you started to avoid him like plague, trying your best to move on.

The clinking sound of bottles behind you pulled you out from your deep thought.

“Hey.” Jensen awkwardly said.

“Hi.” You returned the same awkwardness.

“You weren't picking up my calls. I'm sorry for the other night.” He said, his gaze quickly dropping to the floor.

“It's all right.”

“No it's not. Then you wouldn't have avoided me.” He said. “I know things have been awkward since that night but no hard feelings. It's perfectly okay if you don't feel the same. I just want my best friend back.”

“I do feel the same.” You muttered quietly which made him look up to you. Jensen stared at you dumbfounded.

“Then why didn't you tell me?” He finally said.

“I panicked. I got scared because you know me, I don't do well with men and I thought if we didn't work out, I would lose you.” Your lips trembled ever so lightly as you stared into his green eyes.

“You won't ever lose me.” Jensen walked up to you, “Even if things don't work out relationship-wise. I will always be your best friend.”

“I don't wanna lose you. You're my person, Jay. So I lied not realising that I had pushed you away myself.” You said.

“I will always be your person just like you're mine but I can't fight this feeling anymore. I think I'm in love with you and I don't know what to do.” He said while walking up to you.

“Maybe you do know now.” He leaned down, cupping your face, his lips hovering over yours. You closed your eyes, feeling his hot breath fan against your skin but then you felt him pull back. You opened your eyes as you saw him stare at you with a look of regret in his eyes.

“I can't.” Jensen sighed.

“Why?”

“I have a girlfriend.” You gaped at him, heart broken into millions of pieces. Before Jensen could get another word out, you fled the scene.

“Hey Y/N.” Gen beamed. “Are you going home already?”

“Yeah I think I'm coming down with something. Sorry Gen. Happy birthday, again.” You said and wasted no time to get into your car and quickly drove back to your home.

Jensen had repeatedly called you since you had fled the Padaleckis’ house but you hadn't picked up. The first two days you had hardly left your house. You had been sobbing uncontrollably. You had bared your heart and soul to the man you had fallen head over heels only to get your heart broken.

You were lying on your couch, watching a sappy romantic movie when you heard a knock on your door. Pausing the movie midway you got up to open the door.

“Hi.” The green eyed man spoke quiet as when you opened the door. The sight of him brought tears to your eyes again. He was carrying a box of chocolate and a bottle of wine. “I would have brought flowers but I know how sad you get when they start to wilt.”

“What're you doing here?”

“I heard a guy hurt my best friend so I'm here with chocolates and wine.” He smirked. You snatched the box of chocolates from his hands as you held the door wide open.

“Sappy romantic comedy? Oh sweetheart, want me to kick the guy's ass? He deserves it. No one hurts my best friend.” He said as he pulled you into a tight hug. The intoxicating smell of his cologne finally breaking you. “I'm so sorry.”

“I'm so sorry too.” You sniffled as you looked up at him. “Our timings sucked.”

“It did. Can we start afresh?” Jensen smiled.

“What about your girlfriend? I don't wanna be your ‘slutty mistress’.” You said, quoting Grey’s Anatomy which made him chuckle.

“I broke up with her. I tried to date other girls to keep you off my mind but there wasn't a single damn second when you didn't cross my mind because I am totally, completely, hopelessly in love with you.” He grinned as he leaned down to kiss your cheek.

“I am in love with you too, Jay.” You said, “Kiss me.” Jensen dropped his head as he leaned into you, capturing your lips with his. His hands travelled all the way down your body before stopping at your waist. He gripped you tightly and pulled you closer, your hands landed on his biceps as you tried to steady yourself. His teeth grazed your lips lightly, making you moan into his mouth. Your hands left his biceps, hooking themselves at the nape of his neck, your fingers tugging at his hair, eliciting a groan out of him.

“Are you trying to turn me on or are you just that oblivious?” He growled into your ear.

“Is it working?” You smirked. Jensen growled once more into your ear before pulling away from you. He effortlessly picked you up, your legs hooking behind him as he went towards the bedroom.

Panting hard you tried to come down from your high as you felt him go soft before he pulled out. He placed a chaste kiss on your lips and rolled off to the side. His chest heaved as he tried to control his breathing, a soft smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

Lost in an euphoric state, you didn't notice when Jensen had left the bed to get a cloth to clean you up. After a few minutes, he returned back to bed. You laid there in his arms, naked, basking in the afterglow of what was actually the best sex of your life. Jensen was tracing tiny, imperfect circles on your arm as a sigh of contentment left his lips. Your back flushed against his chest, smiling, you spoke.

“We might be each other’s last first kiss.” You turned towards, kissing the corner of his mouth.

“No more bad dates. No more bad first kisses. You're mine.” Jensen whispered.

“You're it. You're my person. My world is a better place with you in it.” You said, snuggling against his warm chest. “I love you.”

Monsta x our beans, welp we can officially say we are army wives for them because shownu is now at the military and just welp this feels weird lol. I lowkey forgot he was meant to enlist so when the news came out I went through so many emotions. Its why the latest comeback feels a bit bittersweet to me. It is their BEST for sure and for this year, I agree so to not see him perform right before he left is a bit sad. I don't blame him of course (if anyone does i am fish slapping you) but just a shame. I'm happy we do get content with him still? Seems pre-planned so that is nice!

Onto legends exo, fantastic comeback. I cannot stop listening to the album, its just bops full of bops to me. They broke so many records and I'm over here sipping my tea because fudge yes. It isn't a full member comeback, 2 of the members featured in the comeback are off playing call of duty and they still did THAT. While having lay properly in the comeback!? (Or at least some form, better than tempo era!) Kyungsoo my beloved, the man that can swoon you off your feet, his proper solo album. Omg I am just in love? The album feels like a Playlist that you hear while taking a walk or on a raodtrip? I love it, I just love everything about this with how much thought was given. It makes me feel warm and I'm so proud of him (I think he even got a first win) but sadly xiumin got the it shall not be named virus D: I feel so bad and I can only hope he gets better! It makes me worried because I keep seeing more and more idols getting sick and I can't help but wonder why don't the kpop entertainment just put a pause with stuff? Of course that is VERY unrealistic, I am aware that is naive for me to think but its just so idk how to word it properly (my English brain is not working I am sorry) I cannot help the feeling of while I get people are being safe and yes we need to still live like normal beings, is it worth risking idols health just for some entertainment? Idk how to explain my thoughts properly but maybe I hope I made sense!!

Onto svt! That is perfectly fine to not vibe with a comeback! I will admit, I didn't fully vibe with this comeback and it shocked me because every comeback was a hit to me. Even fear, left and right or homerun where I know many fans were split on, I liked but RTL was a grower. For me, listening to it without watching the mv, helped it alot and it is a song I like. Is it their best? No I don't think so but it is alright to say "hey I didn't bop to this, not my cup of tea" (imo I blame the mv? The mv REALLY didn't do the song justice at all, I am sorry if I sound like a fake fan but this mv Just is bad in all aspects. Sure we have some pretty shots but like it just doesn't fit at all?) So if anything listening to the song or wishing the live performances does it better. Seeing the choreography amps the song up more, cannot go wrong with their dancing. As for the rest of the songs, I admit game boy is my top favorite? Idk if it is because I am a gaming nerd and found all the production of the song so creative but yeah. We can wait for the next comeback! Svt always have something up their sleeves, plus we do have their music projects to look forward too (I wonder when we will get one? Seeing as RTL promotions stopped) some positive news with the boys is they resigned like a year before their contract ends and I'm a bit emotional :') I'm excited to see the boys future projects. We did have caratland recently! Did you watch it if I may ask? We did get in the soop confirmation so I'm excited to watch that, the boys deserve that nice break (even if it was filmed for a show fjsbsns)

our shownu is at war *looks into the distance* *wipes away tear* *sighs* by now I got used to enlistment news (see what happens when you stan 2nd and 3rd gen groups) but STILL [[IT HURT]] when they uploaded the monchannel videos of his goodbye day like ????? what kind of twisted mind diuhdfuihdifuhs but the boys were all so cute and soft but they seemed so sad they didn't want to let go of their super leader :(( I hope he's learning lots and making new friends (and also we've got our international super spy yoo kihyun giving us small updates on him every now and then so everything's fine!). Yeah I totally get you it felt empty without him this comeback and at first it didn't really clicked with me but when the enlistment news came out i understood he had to take care of his health and thoroughly check on his eye sight in order to be 100% ready for the military so it made sense he had to be absent :( everything was so close (the comeback and enlistment) that I'm sure there was no other way for doing it I'm pretty sure he couldn't maybe postpone the enlistment day any further

onto exo! my ksoo my soft boi my romantic boi 🥺 his album is so him SO HIM i can't explain it bur it's just HIM you know it's the type of album you'd play on loop on a summer afternoon when you've taken your papers and paints outside in the garden to paint a bit with the warm soft breeze moving the trees lightly 🤧 and he signs in English and SPANISH (he did it for me) my multilingual king he's a native. Also I've been watching Honeymoon Tavern with Jongin these days and OMG i could d word for him really (if you haven's watched it go do it when you have time) he's SO SOFT and SO CUTE and he works as a waiter and a wedding planner and helps with the room preparations and is also a tour guide and he's just so cute so happy al the time the way he interacts with everyone is so 🥺🤧😭 onto more serious stuff now: yeah i was so worried about minseok catching covid omg but i'm glad he went through it with our any major complication and the rest of the boys are safe too! I guess the industry doesn't stop bc that would mean a huge loss of thousands and thousands of dollars/won/etc so as long as the gov doesn't prohibit going out or gathering like at the beginning of the pandemic, they'll keep on going with the idols' schedules otherwise the industry would just shut down having no way of earning money to sustain all the companies and idols.

as for seventeen! yeah i like the songs too! the mv sure ruined rtl and listening to it without watching it has really helped it grow on me more but still it feels kind of meh to me idk i really like anyone i think it's my favourite from the album. AND NOW WE'VE GOT A COMEBACK IN OCTOBER!!!! yayyyyy i can't wait they seem to be preparing very diligently (i hope they release a sexy bop) it's a shame junhao aren't gonna be present for this comeback but i'm soooooo happy they have the opportunity to visit their families again omg they have spent 2 whole years without seeing them in the flesh they must be so happy to get back to them again!!! it's so funny seeing them be bored at the quarantine hotel and doing lives every day duhdfiudhfiuh i hope it passes quickly and they can see their loved ones finally! and I did watch Caratland!! omg the unit switch song was the best thing ever hhu doing lilili yabbay and not being able to stop laughing idfuhdifuhs perf team doing chocolate and owning it????? hello??? performance team more like main vocal team wow! and the vocal team being a complete mess during check in lmaooo i loved it! In The Soop has finally started!!! I love these kind of "normal life" concepts I love seeing the boys being themselves cooking and relaxing I've watched the first and second eps as of today and also few clips from the third and omg mingyu and jeonghan drowning in the pond dfuhidfhidfs lmao they're so dumb i love them 🤣 i'm glad they could go away for a few days and spend time together away from their hectic schedules!
