okay finally finished reading the death of superman arc, which i started back in february. honestly, it really sucks that this arc isn't paced better because the story itself is solid but god, it really just feels like it goes on and on and on. otherwise, i would've finished this arc a lot sooner.

anyways, ive finished reading all the comics that have been adapted so ill be marathoning those at some point! and i've heard a lot of good things about the death of superman adaption in particular so i imagine it'll clean up most of my critiques from the original comic.

overall, i think i appreciate this comic book more from a historical standpoint. 3/5 stars for me. :)

#soren reads #i really shouldve skipped funeral for a friend but i really insisted on seeing everything through so i guess thats on me #the return of superman was easily the best comic in the whole arc (which i guess is expected) but it still suffers the same issues #of just feeling a little.. all over the place. and weird. but i liked it well enough #its at least a step up from the previous comics but maybe im biased
