#personal: knight talk#polls#im asking because my work had a complaint because my filipino majority coworkers has been speaking in another language#now we have a language policy#doesnt stop us but still#i personally think its unreasonable but we had multiple complaints in regards to it now we have a policy#if we were speaking in italian french polish or ukrainian i bet the residents would be delighted#but nope#the residents (seniors) are majority Caucasian and the staff are majority poc so
