Ya know coming into this competition i didn’t expect it to be me and Bradley as the last two people representing our team. I guess he’s gonna be more active now since his busy week is over so that’s swell but like. God I really wanna sleep.
Felix
To sum up, I feel like I am getting a deeper bond with Flint and Joey. They seem to be willing to talk with me most often. So, even if we do go to tribal I am safe for the most part. I just feel like I am liked in the tribe. Also, I am the one putting in the most work for the tribe, so I have that going for me. I just feel safe because of the work I have put in, but I don't want to give up just yet. If I can avoid tribal, then I will. According to both Joey and Flint, Suzy and Charlie have been very inactive. Therefore, it will be them on the chopping block come time for tribal. Joey thinks Charlie is more inactive whereas Flint thinks Suzy is more inactive. It'll just come down to what Cassie and I feel in the end. Doesn't hurt us either way since I think they are the weakest links on our tribe, especially Charlie. I don't think she put in enough effort last immunity challenge. Plus, she was totally inactive for this challenge that she auto-lost. Cassie missed this challenge too, but she at least did really well last challenge. If we go to tribal, I think I would vote for Charlie in the end since they are the person I feel least closest to. If only Bradley dropped, I could win this challenge for my tribe and cement my place as a valuable asset.

I am SO SORRY GIGI! I thought you were a returnee so I decided to snap! The comment looked pretty mean compared to the others, which it was. The tribe, Marie and Kathleen, was wondering who said the mean comment and they believed it was David. I said yeah I think it was him as well. I love accidently painting a target in him and being a rat child.

Ok so I completely missed the challenge! I had no idea it was going to start early and I was at ine of ny sibling's events. I'm rooting for my team and hoping that my absence doesn't paint a target on my back. Also! I am loving being Lysandre! The writer in me is having a field day because I get to create a character and their background, quirks, and personality BUT THEN I GET TO BECOME THEM.

I couldn't outlast that second Immunity challenge. It was fun but my body couldn't carry on. I hope that Felix can pull through for Tuai! If we have to go to tribal I think it will be an easy vote, for me at least. I think that Cassie or Suzy should go. Cassie hasn't shown much initiative as our leader and Suzy isn't very social.

This challenge is taking forever. Im the last one for my tribe. I dont want to lose cuz itll suck and havent been on that much so my soical game isnt too strong either. I just want to beat one tribe.

I'm so proud of Felix for sticking it out for the tribe so that we don't have to go to tribal tonight. Plus we still have the numbers advantage, so that is always a positive.

So relieved we won immunity again! The Tuai tribe is unstoppable so look out! I'm a little jealous that Felix won an advantage but he deserves it and maybe with some buttering up he'll share the information with me.

Can you believe I have done THAT! I single-handedly won this challenge for my tribe, and got an advantage on top of that. I know why Raul and Kathleen gave it to me, though. If I won and people knew I had an advantage, I would have a big target on my back. It does seem that Kathleen and Raul are working together, so I have to watch out for them. Whether I tell this to anyone on my tribe is a different matter entirely. Though they all know I have an advantage. I think I won't be seen as a threat until later on in the game. I'm still an asset to them though this early on so I hope I would stay if we had to go to tribal in this stage of the game.
Raul
I really did not think I was gonna be able to compete but I got back into it was in the last 2 of our tribe. When it came down to 4 of us 2vs1vs1 we knew we needed to just knock out Bradley and he did that to himself. The best thing to come out was that Kathleen and I grew together plus I'm pretty sure I know the identity of Kathleen which helps cause I love this person. Also there was a individual advantage to be won and Felix had 0 while Kathleen and I had 2. Kathleen and I had decided that Felix could have it but try to work a little magic and make a relationship with him and a deal to work together if the opportunity arose. My smart self realized that that if we just gave it to him it would be announced we made a deal, so I said we continue the comp and just throw it that way it wouldn't be revealed what we were actually doing. This way it keeps this threesome possibility a secret. Whether it remains one or not we shall see. At the very least we aren't going to tribal. Hoorah, 1 point Raul the Snake 0 points survivor gods . . .

I think the advantage is less about doing someone on the other tribe a favor. I'm telling everyone about it because, if I do that, it garners trust because they know I'll be open with them about any advantages I have. Plus, it wouldn't hurt to tell the truth to gain trust. The extra vote could also get me an ally on the other side. Let's see if this plays out like I hope it does.

Everyone is nice which makes it hard to decide who to vote off. Performance in the next challenge will base my vote and probably others.

I think my plan is working. Cassie offered me an alliance with her and Flint. I think those two are really cool so I think working with them is in my best interest. Also, I have connections with Mea through Raul and Kathleen. Hopefully, since I'm giving an extra vote to Bradley, I can gain a connection with him despite not having met him. I hope this plays out well! My social game seems to be climbing!

I have made my first alliance in this game! It's the Tuai Quad Alliance, LLC featuring Cassie, Joey, Flint, and I. It's basically everyone I wanted to work with since the beginning of the game! I think I have found myself in a good position on this tribe. To be honest, I'd like to see Charlie go first, but we'll see how this all pans out. I'm glad I finally have a security blanket though. Hurray for a good social game!

I love being a part of the Tuai tribe and was happy to become the leader. Despite liking all of my tribemates, I've become part of an alliance. We're calling it the TQA, LLC. Maybe someday that can be trademarked, hehe. But the Tuai Quad power is strong with Felix, Flint, Joey, and myself.

Well. We lost the challenge. I made a pact with Bradley that we should stick together since we were the last two people left in the challenge. I also talked to Apollo and Boris. I seem to be close to them. Boris mentioned making an alliance with me, him, Bradley, and Apollo and I would be totes down for that. So. Guess this will be pretty simple hopefully

I just cast my first vote and it was wild. I didn't know what to expect going in to tribal. I hope no one blindsides me because I am really getting invested in this game. I think while my performance in the last challange wasn't the greatest, I can still be a strong social player. Not sure if I'm feeling like Parvati or Hannah Shapiro. I need another few weeks to find out what kind of player I am going to be.

unfortunately, i wasn’t the best in the challenge but at least i showed up! i was invited in by cassie to an alliance with her felix and flint, but it was obvious i was the last one asked. i plan on being loyal, but i need to let cassie play leader while i get closer with felix. slow and steady.

Not much, Bradley did well on the challenge but unfortunately we are in the bottom. Have been preoccupied with a big assignment so have not gotten to fully experience things in the last round at least. Am nervous of who is going to get booted, excited to see what's to come!

Whiskey and Tango headcanon / fic-esque thing idk it’s just me saying disorganized words about the boys bonding and falling in love or something
Whiskey meets tango on the taddy tour
Whiskey is super in awe that he’s at the school of THE jack Zimmermann and is on the team that THE jack zimmermann Played on
There’s so much he wants to know
But he doesn’t wanna like.... ask stuff
This was jack Zimmermanns team, he’s gotta play it cool and can’t risk looking like a dork
But this other dude, Tony? He’s going all out and shameless asking any question he’s ever had. Whiskey can’t really think of him as a dork, though, considering he has a lot of the same wonders
Whiskey sticks to tango to get The Lore and throws in a few of his own questions
So by the end, tango’s already asked for whiskeys phone number “so we can be newbies together!” Tango thinks it’ll be less intimidating to have someone to fumble through the beginning with. Whiskey nods as he types his number into his new teammate’s phone.
Whiskey isn’t the most chatty guy, but that doesn’t seem to deter tango
Multiple times a day, whiskey gets a new text, generally from a confused tango trying to figure something out or are just random things about his day

At first, whiskey thought it was strange and maybe a little cumbersome to be bombarded with this boy’s questions. Whiskey figured Tango didn’t have any other friends to ask, but surely would grow bored of whiskeys no-more-than-concise replies once he found other people to talk to. But for now, whiskey figured he’d at least answer what he could or throw out an “idk” to the mysteries. No need to make his only friendquaintence on the team upset by completely ignoring him
Surely tango would get bored of him eventually with how lively the rest of the team was.
Except tango absolutely does not get bored of whiskey
The texts don’t taper off
Tango doesn’t stop shouting a greeting to whiskey whenever he sees him, even from great distances
He doesn’t stop asking whiskey how his day and classes are going during down time before and after practice
Tango even starts asking whiskey to do things outside of practice
And doesn’t stop offering even when whiskey comes up with excuses of why he’s too busy
Tango is different
And whiskey is grateful. Whiskey knows he struggles to connect with people. He finds others exhausting and confusing and he puts up an icy exterior to save himself extra anxiety or stress
Most people give up after a few tries, and while he doesn’t completely blame them, he can’t say he never gets lonely
But tango is different
The second month of the school year is going strong
Whiskey’s headed back to his dorm after a long lab or something when his phone buzzes in his jean pocket
It’s tango, naturally
“Hey, u out of lab? Wanna get dinner w/me?”
Whiskey is always surprised that tango remembers when whiskey’s told him when he does or doesn’t have class
Maybe today’s the day he should let his guard down JUST A LITTLE and just for tony
“Sure. Where?”
A few moments later and his phone buzzes again
“I dunno usually when I wander off campus I find some pretty cool places but then I can never find them again?? We can explore together?”
Whiskey isn’t sure wandering around in search of food is really how he wants to spend his evening, but he’s become more intrigued to see how tango interacts with the world around him and figures he may as well give it a shot

This becomes a weekly thing
Slowly, whiskey gets more comfortable with tango, even texting first sometimes or greeting tango when tango doesn’t see him first
He even invites tango to come chill in his dorm one Friday after classes when his roommate leaves for the weekend
Whiskey’s been to tango’s room by now a few dozen times, but this is tango’s first time at whiskey’s and he is thrilled to see how whiskey lives
whiskey’s room is organized and minimalistic, but tango still finds plenty of items to ask about
eventually they end up laying on whiskey’s floor just talking about anything and everything. whiskey talks about how much pressure he feels to succeed and be strong and unfeeling
tango talks about feeling so lost and nervous about the unknown future
theyre both such scared freshman. tango says hes glad he met whiskey and that he feels a little less afraid with whiskey around.
whiskey waits a few moments before telling him “...um, yeah, uh, me too.” he worries his hesitance will make him sound insincere, but tango doesnt seem bothered. he grins at whiskey, who gives a small smile in return.
the next day, tango’s at the haus Very Early in pursuit of chowder and bitty to give him love advice
initially, he doesnt find them, but dex. he and dex start talking about the comp sci homework before tango just
“yeah the program kept giving me errors but after a few hours i found out i just had a bracket missing”
“ugh, that’s the worst”
“yeah. also i think i have feelings for whiskey what do i do about that”
“well- wait what!???”
dex needs a moment to process that whiplash-inducing transition, but once tango fills him in with a bit more detail he’s ready to help. with tango’s permission he calls on chowder and nursey (the latter reluctantly so) for help because theyve got Experience
it’s the four of them spitballing ideas, the frogs arguing on what is or isnt Appropriate yet Effective and also Romantic
then tango spies whiskey coming in and going to a different part of the haus so he jumps up like “oh there he is!! wish me luck!” and hes already gone while the frogs are like “wait what dont you need to prepare more?? we didnt settle on a solution?? tango????????????”
but tony tangredi’s got a one track mind at this point and catches up to whiskey
“whisk- er, uh, no, conner!”
whiskey turns around like ?? cause maybe tango usually sticks to nicknames, at least inside the haus/at practice. “uh, whats up ton-?”
“your face is nice!!!!”
“...thanks?”
“um... i also like... the rest of you”
“are you feeling okay”
after a few more stumbles, whiskey thinks he’s decoded what tango’s getting at,,, but whiskeys kinda awkward about just saying things so he has to fumble to meet tango halfway
“i.. uh.. youve got a nice face, too”
but eventually they get a date scheduled for that evening. it’s simple and nice- they go out for dinner and get ice cream after. they walk to the dorms together and share a first kiss together with some nose bumping
and of course the team loves and supports them as they did with bitty and jack and everythings great the end

We just finished the taboo challenge ... A good bonding experience with my tribe. However, I have a feeling we lost. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 The fact that I was the guesser. Rip.
I filmed confessionals but my internet got disconnected hahaha so that's neat. Hopefully there will be youtube videos here soon, but new update Jodi and I are in alliances with Dennis and brayden separately which I think would be hilarious if they were also in am alliance together. So this is the beginning of round 2 and here are my thoughts. Might purposely not be helpful in the taboo challenge lol but i have to do it in a way that doesn't show im throwing it? tbh i say this now but when i start playing the urge to win comes in ugh but i just wanna vote one of these people out. I also took a stroll through the wiki page for this org and i love that some of these people (esp brayden and amy) have played before and their stats are there like yassss give me ammunition yassss!!!! anywho i dont care if we win or lose tomorrow i think i set myself up nicely within the tribe and i still really dont think any of these people won the hunt challenge on my tribe but again who knowssss. if we lose the logic would probably be go for josh or ginny aka the least active people buttt i dont think so like i don't wanna go the boring route. i need to keep josh close to get to merge with him we have friends on the other tribeeeeeee so i need them to survive and i need him and i to survive till we swap or merge to link up. im also trying to win a hunt challenge but my god y'all have me fucked up!!!!!!!!! i guess we shall see what happens tomorrowwwwww
It was nice sitting the challenge out, I'm busy tomorrow and the fact that they could complete it is good for me. Also, if we lose, nobody can blame me for the loss. Only drawback is it appears to me some people can be getting close by bonding over funny things in a game. I have to go back and see who may be close, I don't think I'm next on the chopping block, but I'm definitely not in control. To me, I do not need to be number one on this tribe, I just need to survive the next tribal and hopefully make it to the swap at 14 or 15.

HEY SO KIND OF A LOT OF DEVELOPMENTS TO MY GAME
we didn't lose first challenge!! thats great. whatever. no tribal.
I've been trying to connect with fellow tribemates but overall we're all pretty quiet. I did have a small 30 minute call with Jay where we kinda connected on somewhat of a game level. I kinda get the vibe that he may not fully trust me or he might see my as a threat, but I want to work with him. I also really like Anastasia and Elle, I think I can connect with them more on a more genuine level. Perfect scenario for me would be setting up a trio alliance of Me + Elle + Anastasia, and then having Jay on the side as my actual #1. idk if I can pull that off, but that was my plan heading into round 2
BUT. AS ROUND 2 STARTED, MY GAY ASS WON THE HUNT CHALLENGE. AMAZING. idk HOW I managed it because like?? I finished and found the hidden link within like 20 minutes? Statistically very unlikely BUT I'm so glad I did it. I WON A SAFETY WITHOUT POWER. It's kinda like a hidden immunity idol, except slightly worse because I can't actually partake in tribal at all.
we went ahead and competed in the Taboo challenge last night and boy it was kinda rough. We lost a LOTTA points because we kept accidentally saying forbidden words (I lost us 2 points, woops). But we ended up with a semi decent score. Elle did an amazing job guessing. I really hope we can pull this out.
SO YEAH SORRY THATS KIND OF A LOT. OVERALL I FEEL LIKE IM IN A DECENT POSITION, WAY BETTER NOW THAT I HAVE A SWP. I wanna further my position in the game with some allies now. That's my next biggest goal.

So I've figured out that Amy is a comp beast based on us discussing our old seasons and how she did in those: she always talks down her abilities because she's worried she's being painted as a big challenge threat, but I don't think she realizes that doesn't matter to me at all. Ultimately, I think she needed to be at tonight's challenge more than me, so I decided it's ok to sit out since I'm sitting out only because somebody has to, not because I don't want to play. In tribal challenges, it means she'll help keep us winning tribal immunity, and further down the line, if anything, I'll be using her as my "Ken" and if she wins everything, it'll keep immunity away from people I want out.
I think I did much better in Taboo than I did in endurance, so I'm happy about that. Hopefully my performance this round can help me redeem myself with my tribemates.

SO. Here’s the rundown: We lost. Again. Pushing for Shaad to go. Moth, Jared, and Danny all agree with him going. So far I’m getting good vibes with everyone. Danny says he gets along with Jared well and doesn’t talk to Moth that much. Plus, Jared, Moth and I have that little alliance. Jared and I also get along well. Worried for Moth as she doesn’t seem to message a lot. This tribal... I’m feeling safe. I might even make an alliance with Jared, Danny and I.

He said he checked the series wiki and got freaked out and told me that we're two newbies amongst vets. While he's telling the truth, I'm actually not too panicked because 1) I actually checked out the wiki before he told me about it and 2) I have pretty decent relationship with Amy to incentivize her to keep me around. I worked tightly with Amy for the specific reason that I knew she'll have others to work with, and for her to keep me as a loyal number. I also know that she was runner up of another series and she already recognizes the target on her, so I doubt she wants to risk me putting a bigger one. So, tbh I've done some research about some previous seasons and I noticed Moth and Jessica have played together before. Moth still has not talked to me but Jessica has been overly friendly. I know they have a group message with Jared and I know he can be the split vote between what happens in our tribal tomorrow. Jared claims he has voted for Moth but we will truly see tomorrow. But honestly, if he chooses us, then Jessica is next unless the tribe swap or merge has happened.

Jodi: Jodi remains at the top of the tribe for much of the same reason as last round. Now, she is even in two alliances with no one wanting to come for her nor do they see her as playing both alliances. Hopefully Jodi’s quick alliance making and constant worrying will help strengthen her defenses in the later rounds to come when people will be looking at her more closely.
Amy: Amy is still playing that stellar UTR game. No one seems to register her as a threat despite their access to the wiki and her performance in the challenge. Her social game is just too strong. Additionally, her greater willingness to work with Dennis than Jodi’s willingness to work with him may provide some good allies for Amy if she ever wants to distance herself from Jodi.
Brayden: Brayden rises in the rankings from last round as he has become more closely aligned with Amy and Jodi. The trio seem to see themselves as the only “active” ones on their tribe and are very quick to bond. Additionally, unlike Dennis, Brayden is not viewed with suspicion by either Jodi or Amy. They definitely feel more like a core alliance than they did with Dennis. Furthermore, Brayden is poised to get the people he wants gone out of this game. He is targeting Josh and Dennis which are good targets, especially the latter. All it takes is for Brayden to push a little for Dennis and I am sure the two girls will take the bait. Finally, Brayden’s connection with Ginnifer is very beneficial since he seems to be the only one willing to work with her at the moment. This gives him a very easy ally and Ginnifer doesn’t have much of a choice besides working closely with him. It is certainly an easy number for Brayden if he ever wanted to backstab Jodi or Amy in the future.
Josh: What lands Josh here is that he performed well in the challenge and is easy to like. Interacting with Josh on calls is always a pleasure. However, by not being part of that main trio, he is in danger of being voted out on a whim. Despite that, he seems to be, in my eyes, the least likely out of the bottom 3 to be voted out. Additionally, there is paranoia around people’s “experience” with ORGs surrounding these bottom 3 from others (despite the fact that the top 3 is composed of 2 people with ORG experience). Josh gets this heat the least.
Dennis: Dennis is in real danger if this tribe goes to tribal council. If Brayden pushes hard enough, Jodi can be easily swayed into turning on Dennis. He needs to back off with the strategy talk and just be more social. What saves him from last is that he is in that alliance with Jodi and Amy. This might make Jodi hesitant about targeting Dennis so soon as she may see him as a number. Additionally, Amy does seem keen on keeping Dennis around for a little while which would help his longevity. Hopefully Dennis can realize people’s perceptions of him before it is too late considering that he gives great confessionals and is one of my favorite players this season.
Ginnifer: Ginnifer may be on the bottom, but she definitely has a chance at avoiding being voted out. Most talk around Ginny is about how she is hard to socialize with, but I am sure, when the strategic game starts becoming more important, she can navigate out of this position. After all, she does have Brayden advocating for her which can definitely help. She would need to push for Dennis if she wants to survive until the swap at this point.
Fools
Jared: He takes the number 1 spot on this tribe as he is working with both “sides.” He is serving as the perfect double agent for Danny and Shaad. Additionally, he is making the smart move of getting rid of an obvious duo wherein he was the third wheel of that alliance. He has a great strategic mind on his shoulders, but is it too early for him to show that off? Regardless, he has earned this top spot by avoiding the target cleanly and betraying his allies perfectly. Jared is definitely a contender for the winner spot as he has shown some excellent gameplay these past two rounds.
Danny: Danny has done well in avoiding the target this round as well. He seems to be more sociable and active than Shaad which is the main reason that he is not the one getting Jessica’s and Moth’s vote. Additionally, he was the one that brought Jessica’s and Moth’s pre-existing relationship to Jared’s attention which caused this flip to happen in the first place. Finally, Danny made an excellent move by pairing himself with Jared as this duo could be something fearsome to go up against in the future. The cards are being laid out for a force to be reckoned with and I am excited to see what Danny will do in the future.
Shaad: It is hard to tell if Shaad did anything himself to avoid being voted out, but, regardless, he did something right by aligning with Danny and Jared instead of ratting to Jessica and Moth. In fact, even if he does rat, he will still land himself at number 3. He is not going to get voted out here, and has an established alliance moving forward. And now that he is putting more focus on the game, I am happily anticipating what he can accomplish now.
Jessica: Jessica is being blindsided tonight. However, at the very least, she is not the one going. Her performance in challenges have helped her avoid the target for the time being. Here we can see that the boys weren’t inactive, they were just inactive with her which spells doom for Jessica if this tribe goes to tribal council again. Unfortunately, the boys found out about her prior connection with Moth. The only thing Jessica could have done was to distance herself from Moth at the beginning of the game, but that seemed unlikely since people were inactive with her. I hope Jessica is able to survive until a swap because it would be devastating to see her go so early.
Moth: There is nothing Moth did that landed them here. It was just an unfortunate circumstance wherein they are targeted because of a prior connection. Additionally, I doubt Moth is going to see this coming.
S.E.E.S.
Colin: With an advantage in his hands and him being the most popular bachelor on his tribe, Colin is quick to make allies and his allies like it that way. It feels as if everyone wants to ally with Colin. His activity in the earlier stages of the game have definitely born fruit.
Elle: Similar to Colin, everyone wants to work with Elle. Her social game is just that strong. Nothing much else to say besides what I said before, but the challenge definitely helped raise Elle’s standings in the tribe.
Anastasia: Similar to last round. Nothing much to say.
Jay: He is keeping out of the spotlight which is good.
Babs: No developments. Still viewed in the same way though has noticeably been less unhinged in the tribe chat.
Jennifer: Still the same as last time: seemingly inactive and might be targeted for it.

Silver got voted out! So sad, I wanted to play with him. But also, kinda cool! This is the only game I have played where I truly didn't know anyone (except my very first ORG). What an experience.
I know last confessional I said Sam and Shane were both kinda on the fence for me in terms of if I wanted to maybe work with them or not. An update: I think I want to work with both! Both of them, unprompted, told me they wanted to work with me if we lost immunity, and I have actually been getting along well with both of them I feel now that our conversations are moving past the sort of awkward beginning stages.
I still like Sammy even though I probably should talk to him more oops... and Daisy/Lovelis/Ethan are also still in my good books. I kind of keep forgetting Pete and Cloud are on this tribe but when I remember, I am happy they are here.
That being said, I think Cloud or Madison will be the first to go if we lose. Cloud is very inactive. Madison is too but she was at least on the call tonight. It might come down to how immunity goes. I want to participate because it will bond us as a team. That way even if we lose, I was a part of the team effort and won't stand out as someone who people don't know or want to work with. Also while I personally want Cloud or Madison out as I know them the least, I am not going to push it. I'll let somebody else throw out a name and as long as that name isn't Jessica then I will consider it.
I sort of chilled today with the social game and only messaged people as they messaged me. The vibe of this team is very relaxed from what I can tell and I didn't want to overdo it with conversations and come across as too much. Tomorrow, my goal is to talk to every single person for at least 1 (one) whole real conversation. I might have to start using my good ol' tactic of sending people random youtube links and saying "what do you think of this" to get something going.... Honestly nothing starts a conversation like David Hasselhoff and his cinematic masterpieces that we call music videos.
I hope the other tribe is full of problems so that when we eventually swap, I have a very easy time in this game.

WE ARE IMMUNE!!! I’m so excited to have flipped the vote on Silver AND got us immunity but, I’m gonna have to be more careful if I’m gonna go far in this game. I know I can be strategic, I can be a comp threat but I really have to work on making myself a little dimmer in the social department. If we swap or merge obviously down the line, I feel like I’m gonna have a LOT of different potential paths to the end but, it won’t matter if they all realize that. So I really really have to be careful here. I am playing this game with a level head so far and really trying to make my rounds daily to talk to people. I am close with Jake, close with Jones and close with Nash. I am working on forming better bonds with Jabari, Lindsay and Jennet right now and honestly to me, Pennino is a non factor as well as Mikey but I am obviously going to try to maintain being on their good side. So that’s all I got for this round it’s been pretty tame except for Jennet immediately leaking our alliance by accident. At this point I really don’t think it matters.

Okay so our tribe is not superhuman and we finally lost a challenge so we will be attending tribal tonight. Nobody is really saying much in terms of what will happen which is extremely worrisome, however, I did hear Sam on call very subtly throw Cloud out there and I'm kinda hoping that Jessica and Shane heard that too and will kind of run with it. Daisy wants both of us to be safe and I feel the same way so I'm hoping that's what will happen.
In other news!!! I have officially begun the idol hunt one round too late but perhaps that works out better because if something is found, I'll know it. So because of the way things were worded during the hunt, the idol has either been found already or whoever wrote this system wanted to through a red herring in there to trick us. I'm going with the latter because I feel like Jarod would do that.

Daily Thoughts for Day 21:
Eviction: As expected, Mandi was voted out with a strong majority. It was a shame to see her go, but she really was super quiet in the house and it was a good idea to separate the family before jury.
Announcements: We made it to jury!! I'm so excited!! I will officially have a part in the outcome of finale night. That's pretty cool. We also heard about this Before the Beginning twist, which is pretty interesting. I think the lack of talking in the house won't be too bad because things can be communicated in DMs, it's just a bit more annoying. The not knowing who is winning each thing and what the votes counts are...that's a bit more interesting. This will be quite a week.... The pre-jury twist sounds fun! I have no idea what it will be, but I like the idea.
Plans: If somehow Frosby or I won HOH, we could take out Austin and do it without anyone finding out. The most ideal way this week could go is, Frosby or I win HOH, the other one gets the power to see the HOH, Austin gets backdoored and no one knows who did it…

Victory!!: Uhm...y'all...I FUCKING DID THAT SHIT!!!! I am sooo excited right now. I would really love to get out Austin this week, he is a big target and I really do not trust him... Lukas is obviously a big target as well, but I trust him a bit more so he is not my priority. Either one would be a good move, though. I told Frosby I won HOH, but that's it. I fully trust him to keep my secret. Drew also messaged me and told me he got the HOH power, so he knows I won. That puts a bit of a wrench in my plans, because Drew and Austin are close, but I'm not going to let that stop me from taking out a huge target. I don't think anyone can blame me for that (even though I'm sure they would). Drew swears he will keep my secret, but I'm preparing for that to go out the window when I put up Austin. Drew told me he is fine with anyone going up, but I don't think he really means that.

Well a lot has happened in the game and yet another one of my allies has fallen to the majority alliance. This time I was the one inside that majority alliance. I only joined the alliance alongside Desiree so we would be in the biggest group of players in the game, but to also know what our enemies were planning. Turns out Brooke made the alliance to tell a large group of people that Mandi and Joe were siblings and because of this Mandi was the next one to go. Thankfully it wasn't Katrina that went because that would have been terrible.
Anyways we have finished up the next challenge and Desiree ended up winning it! Finally someone who isn't my enemy in this game won HoH, I can finally sleep with both eyes closed tonight. Anyways me and Desiree have been talking and we agree that putting up Lukas v. Joe is the play. The chances of either of those 2 winning so we can backdoor Austin would be fantastic and a perfect part to the plan. Now the thing is Desiree doesn't want me to speak a word to anyone that she won HoH and that I am doing, but while talking to Joe I realized he thinks Brooke is trying to blindside him. I let him know that this was in fact true info and it was that giant alliance that Brooke created that she is using to get the blindside going.
So anyways I wanted to strengthen my relationship with Joe so I called him on the DMs last night, and wanted to let him know where he was at in the game. I let him know about this giant alliance and how i'm a rat on the inside and I'm doing what I can to twist the alliance whichever way doesn't hurt Joe, Desiree or Katrina. I also let him know that he will be put up this week but he isn't the target. I let him know that the main target is Austin and the fact that we are putting up Lukas and Joe is to make sure they win the Power of Veto.
Lets hope this plan works and Joe doesn't get voted out, that would be no bueno

So continuing my diary room rewind... we're talking about Week 5 and now that its been a few days to really digest my thoughts... here's another round of Drew Dishes.
Lukas wins his third HoH, and I'm just shocked. I really am. I really didn't think that it was possible but here we are... with the results being posted that Lukas winning once again. But that's not the more "whoopdeedo" moment of the week. it was the big reveal that Mandi and Joe are siblings.
And I had already known the week prior because Brooke literally told Austin who told me. And I'm just sitting here and absorbing the damn tea. Like spill it for me, spill it! I love the tea and I will love to get any and all advantage in this game as much as possible.
So that happens and Joe wins the veto. Because we need a third comp beast coming into this game. And my veto chip is like.. missing. like- i swear i can't compete in a fucking veto to save my life. But he wins the veto and he's removing himself and leaving Mandi on the block, which absolutely sucks because I truly love Mandi with my absolute heart.
Like what kind of a mother has a full time job, two children and can be social with everyone and still be so personable? Like HELLLO!! She has to be Wonder Woman in disguise somehow because this game is taking everything out of me just to talk to the same people over and over- so for Mandi to just up and give up against Katrina... sucks. Truly it does. But my connection with Katrina blossomed even more because Mandi straight up ghosted me- and I don't need that in a game for the win tbh :/

Terrible week, although I have successfully avoided the block. At, the cost of my allies. I would love to be able to keep Des this week, but I don't know how possible that is. Brooke is still the worst, I love Drew, and frosby is my boy.

I think we are in the Week 6 rewind? I honestly don't remember. But DARK WEEK... what the fuck is this twist? I honestly don't know how this mess of a week LMAOOOO but whatever it is- this is the perfect time to get a threat out. Meaning, I'm looking at Austin, Lukas or Joe. Because they're major competition threats.
And would you look at that! I lose yet another HoH, but that's not a problem because I won the Afterglow Advantage which allows me to know who is the HoH and allows me to speak with them and hopefully get my footing into NOT being nominated- and I honestly was so surprised to see Desiree up in that HoH Suite.
But like the nice lady was down to chat with me, and I promised her that I wasn't gonna tell anyone- but I told two people, Lukas and Sammy, that I have this power. But I didn't tell them that Desiree was the HoH until like.. an hour after the results. Which violates my trust with her like immediately, but solidifies my position with Lukas and Sammy even more.
But with Desiree, she gave me the option to throw out a few ideas, and I said that I'm fine with anyone going up as long as it wasn't me. Preferably, one of the three competition beasts- and she agreed. And the week started off with Joe and Lukas on the block, with Austin has a backdoor. I'm ecstatic at that result because both Joe and Lukas trust me enough to let them think that I will use the veto on them, and mawma- that's the best position for me to be in.
And the veto- lemme get to that... I FINALLY GOT TO PLAY A DAMN VETO! The damn veto box decided to spit out my chip for the damn first time! And it was a memory comp, which is something that I am GREAT at... but I only score 11 points. Which is an F in terms of academic grading... like what? I'm better than this! But like Lukas tells me that he wins, so that I'm okay with that. Let this private win expand his target on his back a little more- I won't complain. And who goes up in his place? Austin. Which is also fine by me. I was always planning to stab him in the back one the jury started anyway.
In order for me to win, I needed to start lacing that jury house with my allies- and I didn't know how much Austin trusted me considering that I made most of his moves during his HoH reign, but I need a good word for those people like Frosby, Brooke and Kayla when they inevitably join the Jury House.
So just like the good little villainous strategist that I am- I immediately start working on getting Sammy, Chloe and Lukas to vote out Austin. Katrina can't vote. Frosby is immediately a vote for Joe to stay, and Brooke and Kayla? Let the evict Joe and look like boo boo the fool. They really voted in the minority if that was the case cause the vote ended in a 5-2 if everything on my end was correct.
And I think that concludes this shitty twist- cause I'm over it. This rewind, I was dreading to relive because it was four days of pure torture and hell. Like, 2 of those 4 days- i had to be on CALL with Brooke and Joe for 5+ hours. 5 PLUS HOURS. YOU KNOW HOW MUCH ALCOHOL COULD HAVE BEEN FLOWING IN MY BLOODSTREAM DURING THAT TIME? MANY!! MANY PINTS OF ALCOHOL!! I'm just glad that Joe trusts me more now that he's in the game a little longer and I need to start switching my focus on evicting Sammy/Lukas/Brooke/Joe. Once that is complete- I will assume the winner title!

This is by far the worst eviction pairing PERIOD. Desiree v. Katrina my top 2 closest allies put up on the block against each other. This is actually the worst for me. Like I have no good solutions, I dont want to argue for either of them because the way the vote sounds right now it could go either way. So I don't want to go to people and be like hey vote desiree out, because if desiree survives the vote then im royally fucked with my best ally. But on the other hand I can't be telling people not to vote desiree bc my true goal is to get Katrina to go through with me. The problem is I cant go out an campaign for Katrina because of Joe and Desiree. If I do that then I will lose both of those allies and then I will legit be sitting on the outside of the game, with no allies at all. I even was in a call last night and was talking to desiree and joe and honestly I love both of them and want to keep working with them. I'll put it simple if Katrina goes its not the end of the world I will still have 2 strong allies that both will have bigger targets on their back than me. While on the other hand Katrina is my sister and we made a final 2 pact that I know for a fact we both want to hold onto so if Katrina can somehow live through this vote not only do we keep that final 2 pact but the fact we are siblings and secretly allies this whole time can continue working in our favor. The key is I need Lukas, Joe, myself or Katrina/Desiree to win this next HoH really bad. Every eviction has been slowly picking off my close allies 1 after the other, the only eviction that went in my favor was austin going home. I need another HoH in my favor or else this game is going to get even harder for me.

Well, brooke was evicted and i was ecstatic. Her going was probably best for my game at this point. The double hits and I really did not want to see frosby go. He was basically my number 1 at this point. I tried to use my pre-jury power to save his ass but it was all in vain. I have hopefully secured a final three deal with Drew and Lukas. Only problem is that Drew doesn't trust Lukas all that much. Overall, I've had a good past few cycles and I hope to keep up this streak of not dying.

Alright another Drew Dishes entry. And this week- we're going to review Cycle 7... and let me tell you... it was something that I dislike.
The week was just pure distaste for me because Brooke wins HoH... the one person that I wanted to get rid of this week has to be pushed back a cycle cause that bitch gets the one power that essentially lets her call all of the shots. And yours truly is on the block because I don't talk to her... wait what?
Is this bitch for real? LIKE Chloe, Katrina and Kayla are RIGHT there. If you wanted a pawn to go up against Desiree... you put one of them up. Not give a reason towards a vindictive bitch to nominate you the next time he gets HoH... like you clearly did not play this game correctly!
So then, Desiree and I or D&D in what I nicknamed it... are on the block and Sammy and Katrina are picked for the veto- two people that I trust alot in this game. Obviously aside from Chloe and Lukas, and its a puzzle punishment veto. I love this comp because I'm excellent at puzzles! I ADORE PUZZLES! Anyway, the way that this veto worked out for me because I ended up 2nd place and Sammy gets 1st. Obviously he takes the veto, but the prize that I end up with is $10 from the hostie toasties. Which is AMAZING!! Like free money?!? Unheard of!
AND that's not the best part. Sammy reveals his cards and plays the veto on me, meaning that it shows that he and I are close this game. Im off the block, I get $10 and all 4 of us in They Suck The Most get to dictate who leaves.. and we selected Desiree to save face with Brooke. Which is sad, but like... eh. No harm done with us.

I kinda wish our tribe would lose just so I could see where the lines are tbh. Also I have a bad feeling that at a swap/merge our tribe is gonna be picked off because we’re going in with the most numbers and on a base level that’s dangerous; however, I do think it could be deeper than that because of the preconceived relationships and I’m looking forward to seeing who goes home tonight and where we go from here.
This round was a little wild for me. Austin has been my fave since the beginning and we finally created an alliance. We both liked eve so that was easy but we wanted one more person. This is where things got a little complicated. Him and eve both liked isaac but honestly i wasnt feeling isaac and love pat. But i didnt want to push too hard so we just went ahead with isaac.
BUT we also talked to pat and will have ANOTHER alliance with him (so austin, pat and me). SO basically im working with everyone right now except keaton. Im glad our tribe has been killing it because that means no TC wooo
We tribe swapped so that is fun. It's always interesting to have a switch up. I have still yet to be screwed by a tribe swap in my entire history of playing ORGs which is something I am happy with. This is one of the best iterations of a tribe I can think of actually.
I can forge a closer bond with Xander and Dylan, because now if we lose I won't need to vote one of them out, they become my core 3. So, right after the swap I made an OG Malakoff chat with myself, Xander, and Dylan. I just wanted the immediacy to show that I was serious in wanting to stick to that, which I am.
I have communicated several times that I want to work with Isaac, so ideally Austin will go in the event that we lose. I feel bad because he is a sweetheart, but he doesn't fit into my strategy, and if anyone understands game being game, he does.
I love my new tribe??? Not only is nick still here so that gives me a safety net, the sammy I like is here. Pat is here. No idea who eve is but that’s okay too. I’m loving this. I have been busy the past couple of days so this challenge being a endurance/speed comp was a struggle. And it looks like my team didn't do much. To help... It's fine we can get out one of these other two dead weights. Speaking of them. Im glad the swap merged me with two allies but the other two just suck to talk to... And that's coming from me .. Jess knows what I'm talking about. Anyways I don't want them here and want them gone. As for my allies. I like Jared a lot we are getting along and enjoying ourselves. He's definitely the one I trust most in this game and hopefully it gets me to merge where I can start phase 2 and hopefully get far. Dylan is fine .. he's offline a lot but he's from old tribe so like it helps.

I hate confessions. That’s my confession for the round... jkjk. Eh there isn’t much to talk about now that it’s tribal time. I hope whoever from our og tribe stays safe but I forgot who is there so oops. Sammy killed it. I still call bs on the centipede question but oh well. It wouldn’t have changed the result. It would have just made the gap close by 1.
LOVE MY NEW TRIBE. So happy we swapped. I’m with actual love of my life ASHLEY!!! And Chloe is amazing too. Aidan popped off in the challenge. Keaton is Keaton.
This is a good group and I’m glad they did rlly well in the challenge. I love this kind of thing but I wasn’t able to constantly be on my phone all weekend bc that’s rude :( so I’m glad it worked out. Hoping the tribe swap works out in our favor and Xander jared and Dylan stay together for the vote. Idk if Isaac and jared are friends??? I hope Isaac leaves because he knows I’m a ‘threat’ in games and because I think Ashley yelled at him once. Idk who Austin is but Ashley likes him. But idk how likely that is if Isaac and jared have a connection. As long as jared stays safe ifgaf who leaves.
Yowza. We got absolutely wrecked in the challlenge. I don't WANT to lose any challenges, but I believe in the long run I should be happy to take this L.
As another way to show my loyalty, I decided to give my idol progress in the chat with Xander and Dylan. I noticed Dylan never reciprocated so that gives me 1 reason to be wary.
Then, Dylan posted a very inappropriate joke in the tribe chat in reference to Survivor Thailand, and the word "rape" was used, so that was the 2nd thing to make me uneasy.
At first, Dylan and Xander had no opinion on who to vote, so I voiced that I would like to vote Austin- then Dylan remembered who Isaac is and said "he can go." I eventually got things back on track to target Austin, but Dylan better be careful- it's 3 strikes and you're out with me. I have a good relationship with Isaac so I wouldn't be surprised to see Dylan go if we lose again.
Day 9 on the survivor tribe. My thoughts are about toes and only toes. They are consuming my entire day. I exist merely to think of toes.

Okay so I’m just gonna throw down some of my thoughts right now since I’ve been very quiet in confessionals.
I fucking hate these small ass fucking tribes. It makes the thought of going to tribal terrifying because your odds of going home are increased.
Since the swap ive actually really been enjoying my time, I really like my new tribe and I feel I can actually connect with these people better than on my first tribe. I am glad to actually have Aidan with me because he’s like THE person I want to work with from my og tribe, along with Vi. I still have my reservations on Nick even though I think he’s nice I can’t trust him as far as I could throw him.
I really feel that the trivia challenge brought us closer together as a tribe since what’s a better bonding experience than yelling at Jess that she’s wrong 50 times in one day.
I think we’re all collectively quite strong and I really hope that means we can slide past for a while without going to tribal.
Honestly i always forget what i confess from last time but i still think I’m in a good position in the game. However I really do not want to go to tribal because I don’t want to show my cards. Eve and Pat both want me to work with them so we have an alliance and then Vi and Nick approached me and want to work with me as well. This was completely surprising to me bc I felt as if I would just be an easy vote out if we were to go to tribal since I’m a lone wolf. However I’m in the middle and I feel somewhat powerful knowing that people want to keep me and want to work with me. Me and nick have had a rocky relationship in past games but i think he’s a great person. He’s just a wildcard. I love vi and i think she’s the sweetest person to have ever existed but my gut is telling me to work with pat and Eve atleast for the first vote. Hopefully I don’t have to make the decision but who knows. That’s all I have for now other than I think the idol system isn’t anything I keep getting zapped. I feel like a fly in a southern home...ZAP.
I couldn’t remember the day so I put 69. I hate this tribe with my whole heart and my whole bussy. Jared is the only one giving me any sort of shot at making it passed this round. Austin is a slime ball who will do anything to save his own skin, Xander is dead apparently, and Dylan has been tracking down places where famous people died. I feel like this is my own personal hell and while I’ve been assured that Austin is going home (which I wouldn’t be surprised was a lie) I still have to make a swap or a merge and with the clowns on this tribe being inactive and never talking about anything but Star Wars or not talking at all I don’t know how possible it is to win a goddamn challenge.

Since it didn't happen at 16 I wasn't surprised too see it at 15 but I'm glad because three tribes provides for much more buffer. My initial reaction to my tribe was positive as I saw that I had Chloe and three new people in the mix. I'm not gonna lie that I was getting bored on my old tribe but I do hope that Nick is doing alright. He's one ally that I'd love to connect with again... Vi is alright too but I don't know how strong of a connection we fostered. First impressions of my new tribemates:
Keaton - I heard he was fucking with my friend in another game so my guard was up but I tried and he seems aloof and random with his contributions but it makes sense since he's playing 4 games at once. Will probably work off of the others who contribute in challenges? We'll see.
Ashley - Sweet and seems like a hard worker. Not too much of a read on her yet
Owen - He seems nice and genuine but not much of a read from a game perspective yet.
It seems the split is 2-2-1 on my tribe from previous tribes but I don't know how strict to tribal lines people are going to play but I can feel some aloofness with Keaton and Ashley is traveling so... that's that on that. If we were going to tribal I have no idea what the fuck would happen but I want to strengthen connections. Honestly I think we can make it to the merge without hitting an elimination but who knows.
THANKFULLLLLLLY my ass had a lucky night on the railroads and jumped to spot number fifty and apparently found a STEAL A VOTE. This is what I DESERVE. Thank you Old West Gods for blessing me, the star, with this iconic power. I'm glad I have it in my back pocket and I'm not telling a fucking soul. If it needs to be used, it will be flaunted and I will pop shit.
Hopefully I can save it for after merge but if I need to control a pre-merge vote just to get my way, I'm going to do it.

yup i dont know anymore. hope youre having a good week, im suffering and college is horrific
tw: panic attack. a lot is the same as that first day of school scene through waving through a window, so keep that in mind
Evan knows his mother means well, but he’s also pretty sure she’s somehow out to kill him.
Which isn’t true! She’s trying her best and works long hours and pays for all his classes and therapy and medication and he’s just a burden that— that’s a huge expense. Which is why Evan can’t understand why over the summer she brought up moving dance studios to a more expensive one (even if it’s a little closer). He also can’t understand why she wants him to compete.
Competition is terrifying. And the idea of it makes him want to throw up. His hands start getting sweaty and his breathing gets shallow and everything gets bad.
His mom had said something about putting himself out there in his last year of high school. Doing things he fears and going outside his comfort zone.
Evan doesn’t know how to tell her that everything is outside his comfort zone.
Which is why instead of thinking about the fact that he has his first class at the new studio in two days or writing a letter like Doctor Sherman always wants him to, he’s laying in bed scrolling through some dance forum Jared signed him up for a while back.
Most of the posts and threads don’t get much of a reaction from him— some people are very open about where they dance and use the forum to discuss classes and teachers and (if bribed correctly) studio secrets, but Evan tries to remain as anonymous as possible. He doesn’t have a name on his profile, his username has no indication of who he is, his icon is the silhouette of a dancer doing an arabesque against a tree, and the most anyone can tell about his location is his timezone. The only one who knows who he is is Jared.
Jared, who created an account for Evan, which Evan immediately deleted because he couldn’t figure out how to change the username and he could not have a username like that. Surprisingly and thankfully, Evan’s online persona is one of the few secrets Jared has managed to keep.
Evan rolls his eyes when he comes across of Jared’s posts.

After posting his response, Evan goes back to scrolling. The posts kind of blur together into a mess of advice, complaining, and screaming about song choices that no one can share without studio heads get angry. He’s squinting at a really long rant about fake eyelashes from someone with the username ‘fondueforfrogs’ when he gets a text from Jared.

Evan rolls off his bed. He hasn’t stretched in a few days and being in pain during warm up doesn’t sound like a great way to start at a new studio. If he can minimize the things he has to worry about, that’d be great.

Evan rolls his eyes and leans down and touches his toes. He lays the phone on the floor in front of him so he can still see Jared’s messages as he stretches. He turns his feet out into first position and does a slow demi plié, stretching out his back as much as possible. Something in his back pops and with a sigh, Evan stretches a little further.

Jared’s moms always go on and on about how great competitive dance has been for Jared. Whenever they talk about it, Jared rolls his eyes and calls them dramatic, but Evan knows better. Jared always seems happier after he’s spent long periods of times with dance friends. A group that Evan is now awkwardly edging in on.
Him and Jared aren’t actual friends, they’re just family friends.

Evan leaves the texts on read and works on his oversplits.
Walking to the studio kind of sucks, but the shorter walk actually makes it worse. Now, Evan can get to the studio faster. And everything can go horribly wrong faster.
When he opens the studio door, he’s welcomed by a waiting room filled with loud elementary schoolers and their parents.
All classes start today, that includes non competitive classes.
Evan weaves his way through the yelling children to the front desk. “H-hi I’m um— I’m a competitive da-dancer? And...new so I’m just wondering where I—” He squeezes the strap of his bag and tries to stop himself from rambling.
The woman at the desk smiles. “Welcome to Elite, then, sweetheart. I’m Alyssa and I’m here most days if you ever need anything. I teach some of the babies.” She gestures to the kids running around the waiting room. “Most of the competition classes are in the extension of the studio.” She leans forward to point toward a set of stairs. “If you go up the stairs, there’s a room of cubbies where all the comp kids leave their things. Then if you go down the hall and to the left, you should see all the competition studios. They’re all labeled and there’s a schedule up in the cubby room that should tell you what studio to go to for what class. If you need any help, all the dancers are very nice and would be happy to show you where to go. Have a good class!”
Alyssa turns back to her computer and Evan has to take a moment to try and process all that information without freaking out.
Stairs. He can do stairs.
There’s no door on the entrance of the storage room. A few people are sitting on the floor, one stretching and the others scrolling on their phones while laughing about something Evan is not privy to.
He left early because he was anxious about being late, but now he’s anxious about being early. Perfect.
Evan takes out his ballet flats and puts his bag in a cubby by the door and sits down as far away from the other people in the room as possible. Not that it helps.
“Are you new?” the girl who’s stretching asks suddenly.
Evan looks up with a jolt, noticing that she is a lot closer now than she was before. “W-what?”
“New,” she repeats. “Are you new? I don’t recognize you.”
“I— yeah, yeah. I’m…new.” Evan ducks his head and hopes the conversation will end. He recognizes her from school — it’d be impossible not to considering she does everything — but it’s not surprising she doesn’t remember him. Evan isn’t sure if that’s a good or bad thing.
“I’m Alana.”
“Evan,” he mutters.
“What happened to your arm?” Alana asks.
Evan winces. “I uh— I broke it. I was climbing a tree…”
“Oh really? My grandma broke her hip getting into the bathtub in July.” Evan’s eyes widen. “That was the beginning of the end, the doctors said. Because then she died.”
Evan stares at her.
Is he supposed to respond to that? What’s the socially accepted way to react to someone you’ve just met telling you that?
Alana stands suddenly. “I have to go. Have a good class!” She steps around Evan and is gone.
Evan stares at the spot she was sitting in for a second before he pulls on his other ballet flat.
A bag is dropped onto the floor next to him and his heart almost leaps out of his chest.
“Hey nerd,” Jared says, tossing shoes into a cubby.
Evan takes a shallow breath. “H-hey.”
“Can’t believe you made it without getting hit by a car.”
Evan picks at his cast. “You’re— that’s not helping, Jared.”
“Yeah, yeah I get it.” Jared grabs Evan’s good arm and yanks him to his feet. Jared pats Evan’s cast. “How you doing, acorn?”
Evan furrows his eyebrows. “Can we, like, not call me that?”
Jared shrugs. “Think you can survive a few classes?”
“No.”
Jared snorts. “Brutal. If you can survive a class with Oana, you can survive anything.”
Evan thinks otherwise.
Jared pulls them away from the doorway and further into the storage room to let the other girls in the room out. “Seriously, get over it. We all suffer for our parents.”
“Ha, yeah but—”
Evan cuts himself off as someone stalks into the storage room, dumping his bag into a cubby without giving Evan or Jared a second glance.
Until Jared decides to open his mouth.
“Hey, Connor. Haven’t seen the hair down in a while and I’m loving the length. Very school shooter chic.”
Evan wants to die. More than usual.
Very slowly, Connor turns around. He stares at Jared with scary and almost empty looking eyes and Evan realizes he knows this Connor. Because this Connor is Connor Murphy, who’s been in Evan’s grade for years but Evan has avoiding for almost as long because Evan avoids everyone.
“I was kidding,” Jared says. “It was a joke.”
Evan can literally feel the floor opening up beneath him.
“Yeah, no, it was funny. I’m laughing.” Connor leans forward. “Can’t you tell? Am I not laughing hard enough for you, Kleinman?” he hisses.
Jared laughs awkwardly. “You’re such a freak.” He darts around Connor and skids out the door.
Oh no.
Evan coughs. Laughs. Makes…some sort of noise. Because he’s panicking and doesn’t know what to do and his body is freaking out and everything is uncomfortable and awful and he doesn’t know how this day could go so bad so fast.
Connor’s eyes snap to him. “What the fuck are you laughing at?”
Evan freezes. “What?”
“Stop fucking laughing at me!” Connor snaps.
“I’m not—”
“You think I’m a freak?!”
“I wasn’t—”
“You’re the fucking freak!” Connor shouts. He shoves Evan back toward the wall. “Get the fuck to class.” Connor snatches his bag from the cubby and storms out of the room.
Evan stumbles backward until his back hits the wall. His knees give out and he crumples to the ground and his nails scratch at the plaster of his cast as he tries to figure out how breathing works again and he has class he has class he has class he has—
“Are you okay?”
Evan’s eyes snap up and there’s Zoe Murphy. She’s frowning down at him with her hair tied up in a near perfect ballet bun and is offering a hand to him.
“I- I’m just—” Evan takes her hand and lets her help him up.
“Did something happen with my brother?” she asks, slipping a bag off her shoulder. “I just saw him storm out of here and— he can be awful. It’s probably best just to ignore him when he’s in a mood.”
“Oh.”
“Evan, right?” Zoe asks. “Jared mentioned you. I think I’ve seen you around at school.”
“Yeah. Evan. It’s Evan.” Evan rocks back on his heels.
“I’m Zoe.” She shoots him an awkward smile.
“I know,” he says quickly. “I-I mean I’ve— I went to a jazz band concert? I like jazz— I love jazz. Jazz band, not all jazz but jazz band. That’s so weird, I’m sorry.” Evan can hear Jared laughing at him in his mind.
Zoe gives him a sort of confused look as she puts away her bags and pulls out a waterbottle and her flats and pointe shoes. “Uh, okay? Are you…going to ballet with Oana?”
Evan nods.
“Same. Most of the senior comp kids are in it. The ballet classes are the biggest ones, since they aren’t competitive, they’re just required.” She gestures with her pointe shoes. “Do you know where the studio is?”
“N-no,” Evan admits, trying not to cringe.
Zoe smiles at him again and it’s a little like an angel is saving him. “Follow me.”

After Oana’s class — it’s really not that bad, Evan has no idea what Jared’s problem with it is — Evan pulls out a notebook and rips out a piece of paper and scribbles out the beginnings of a letter before he can forget what he wants to say. Whenever Doctor Sherman asks “how did you feel this week?” Evan feels his mind blank, so despite the fact that he trashes most of his letters, they do help him sort of place his emotions throughout the week.
It doesn’t take too long for Zoe to show up in his words.

One Face Two Face Part 2

Nothing prepared me for the first day of community college in 2017. It was comp 1 and who to better walk through the door than my ex boyfriend who I hadn’t seen in years. I was so shocked. He was sorta dressed up, and I was trying to wrap my mind around it. I had to rifle and search through so many classes to find the one I was in. He was 2 almost 3 years older than me. I was in another relationship at the time and although I considered taking the class at a different time but decided I wasn’t going to give him the satisfaction. I noticed that things would happen and they really got my attention. If there was paper being handed out he would hand me one if I was the next person in line. One time, in front of all my friends he reminded me that class had been cancelled that week and just kept walking. I think he knew that I wouldn’t really want to talk to him but sort of did these things in manipulation to make me curious and draw me back in. Eventually my boyfriend at the time and I broke up because we were and hour away in distance and it was getting to be too much for us. The pressure was building. I was really heartbroken by the break up. I got desperate. A few weeks later I messaged my ex asking if we could talk.
He said something like “Of course you can talk to me.” and it took off from there.
It was a really quick buildup of things. We decided to meet at MCC and he was flirtatious right away, remarking on how much perfume I was wearing, saying I poured it on myself and friendly touching me. I agreed to going to subway with him during a little break in the day we had. On the way back, he asked me how I felt about having a relationship with him at some point and I was mostly on board. But however I did tell him that if he treated me how he did in the past that I “would drop him so fast his head would spin.”
Things started to rot, and fast.
One night while at a party of a mutual friend of ours, he messaged me basically telling me he was in the mood. We shared a sexual conversion in which he sent me a p*rnographic picture of “his favorite position.” I was basically a virgin. I had what I would call maybe 10 seconds of very painful sex in the past in which we stopped because I was in so much pain. I told him that it make me feel sad thinking about him being with another girl like that.
His mood instantly flipped, just like how it used to in the past. I noticed he acted offended, started giving me short replies and just was rude. This blew over but was only the beginning.
Soon enough, he was curious again about my weight. I didn’t want to tell him I much I weighed but eventually gave in. I decided again with his help, I was going to lose weight. But this was very controlling. One of my weaknesses was pop, and I cut it out. One night, I had a very small 4 oz cup of soda to sort of get it out of my system. Eventually I sort of platued and he was very displeased that I hadn’t lost anymore weight, but I lost 15 or 20 pounds in a couple of weeks and my body probably just needed a minute.
There were times he would go through the drive thru somewhere and never ask me if I wanted something cause I was trying to lose weight. He wouldn’t even let me sip his drink. One time, we were in the college cafeteria with his friend had those hubba bubba giant squares of gum. His friend asked him if he wanted one and he said yeah. His friend said “does your girl want one?” To which he replied in all seriousness, “no she’s on a diet.” This was so humiliating.
Any time someone said anything bad about how I looked he had to let me know. At the time, he was rekindling with his birth mother who he had been estranged from since a very young age. He grew up with his grandmother who he called mom. He talked about me to her and showed her a picture of me and he told her that his other ex girlfriend was prettier. I asked him why he would even tell me that, in his defense he said, “if someone said that about me I’d want to know.” When we saw his best friend’s girlfriend in walmart for the first time, she texted him immediately upon seeing us together and said “I didn’t know you were into big girls.”
During this time of our relationship, I finally agreed to having sex with him. It was in the car since I wasn’t allowed to go over to his house. My mom hated him. As I said before, I had only had intercourse once before and it was very painful. During the first maybe 10 seconds or so, I told him it hurt so badly. We were talking on the phone all night and all was well. I was telling him how he had very few followers on instagram and how before I started talking to him I kinda scoped it out to make sure he wasn’t dating anyone before I tried contacting him. He then in return blocked me on everything. He made a joke of it. He expected me to keep dating him blocked on everything. He mocked me. I was screaming UNBLOCK ME. And he would say I dont know howwww. After this went on for a while, I finally texted him after him hanging up on me over 10 times and he was like “what.” I told him again, unblock me. He said “I don’t want my ex snooping through my stuff.” I said how am I your ex. Were dating now. He repeated the same message. So I sent him a long message telling him he was abusive and needed therapy. That I really hoped he would receive help and that I just couldn’t do it anymore. That I didn’t want any gifts. And if he tried giving me any gifts, I would throw them in his yard. Then in return I blocked him on everything and blocked his phone number. Its been like that ever since.
Admittedly it is hard, I still see him at college in passing. Its hard to see your abuser at school. But I’m so greatful that its been over now almost 2 years. I have never forgotten to this day and have bouts of PTSD during.

So we came up with a plan for this vote. It's a simple plan! Vote Drew, but say we're voting Matt so the other side wastes idols if they have them. Barring any other crazy advantages mixing in, I think it should be simple. There are some risks though.
This plan requires that I have trust in my 8 which is kind of essential anyway with such a large merge. If I don't have their trust, I don't have anything going forward. Still, it's a big risk no matter what.
I know Matt wants to get rid of me (I learned through Chris) tonight as well, and I've talked to Jack and he seems to obviously be on the same page. It's just about trust. this merge is TEA!!! like honestly i have no idea what i'm gonna do because i actually have so many things i can do in this merge... like i have the choice of realigning with my old tribe or jumping on the other side with some of the others like.... this is exciting!!
MERGE, MOTHEREFFERSSSS. Man, what a time to be alive. Not only did Danielle and Michael survive their tribal, but the original Mercia has now come into the merge with numbers. Beneficial at first, but eventually they all gotta go, haha.
Right now, I'm sitting pretty with two major alliances, both of them have Felix in them as well. The one with Danielle and Michael and the one with Ahrre. Combining these two alliances will be beneficial to me, as well as continuing my social connections with Mo and Tobi. Tobi is a target for me, cuz I know how well liked he can be, so I have to get him before he gets me.
As far as this first immunity challenge, I wanna win to make a statement. I wanna show everyone that I am a fierce competitor in all aspects of the game. And as far as the vote goes, I'm hoping we can get an original Sweyn out. Don't know who yet, but we will have to see based on these challenge results.

Lowkey am nervous, while I dont want to play tribal lines as I think thats boring. I dont want to assume it wont happen. Im in the minority tribe so its something I have to be cautious of. I have to try to branch out to new people and start something soon to put myself into a powerful positon.
Ryan, Jones and Tobi are all good with me from my old tribe. So is Scott from the first tribe. I think this could easily work aswell, as I think Scott is close to ryan and tobi, and maybe if im not mistaken Jones aswell. So this is an easy platform to start from.
However if im honest. I dont think im anyones 1st choice in that allaince. Malik was the only person I knew they had my back. So im going to try to play the line of being inbetween for the first couple of rounds so i can get a solid footing.

So malik is dead and I'm back with all the lads from my og tribe, and I've been getting to know the guys from the other tribe. So scott flipped on Malik last week because it seems that Michael is close to him. Michael already told me David is all about keeping things Mercia strong and he's not feeling it that much, as for me I have no reason to target anyone so I'm gonna lay back and keep my options open.
Unfortunately the I couldn't find the Mercia idol so someone else probably has it I think. However my alliance with Felix and David is still pretty useful because now we're working on getting the merge idol, hopefully we'll get there before anyone else.
As far as the challenge goes the wikipedia search is always fun but I won't try superhard, it might be risky but I would rather be vulnerable these first couple votes instead of making myself a challenge threat.

Ok so I just got off a call with Felix and it seems that everyone is voting for Wes which I’m fine with because it isn’t me. BUT. David was the one who threw Wes’s name out to begin with and as we’ve known previously David dropped my name first the round Jose was eliminated and David also immediately threw my name out to Felix during the puzzle round like “If we go home because of Mo we’re voting him out” meanwhile we were on a team with Wes, him being the only person from another tribe on the second Mercia so we know he’s not loyal. So my concern is that next round unless I’m immune, my name will be the first name he drops. I don’t want that and neither does Felix. So Felix is going to talk to some people about voting David out next round and I’m going to talk to Jones about it. I’m close friends with Jones and I know she won’t talk about our conversation to anyone. So if the plan backfires and someone tells David that we’re trying to backdoor him. They’ll tell him that it was Felix who dropped his name thus he’ll probably want him gone over me. I know that’s shady of me but I’m still allied with him and I wouldn’t betray him but it’s more of a last resort plan ahead of time if that makes sense.

Hi everyone I live in the UK and I insure my car with Direct Line. I have never had any issues with them before apart from now that I have a new car. I have several years no claims for my driving, most of which are through policies with Direct Line. However, the first 2 years I was driving I was with another insurance company and gained 2 years no claims with them. When I took out my latest policy with Direct Line after buying a new vehicle they said they needed to see proof of my no claims. It is now a month on and Direct Line are claiming they haven't received this one either although proof of postage and tracking shows it was signed for. Ep. 4 - “Chill You’ve Only Missed One Round of the Warzone Freak” - Sara
DING DONG THE WITH IS DEAD. Ok, I don't mean, that I love her and I wish she wasn't so vocal about me not having power. But now... Kait is gone!! Yeaaahhh man! High key she was out for my blood and I'm totally fine with her being gone. She's a comp beast and a social threat and people like thhat are hard to take out at merge. So this is awesome for me.
Also, I haven't gotten any blood on my hands yet, and I won this challenge in Rakiura, and I plan on doing it again. So I'm just doing what I can to avoid the Warzone. It sucks because I won't be making connections, but safety is better for the time being. I'd rather be safe and out of the loop, than a target with allies.
Which brings me to my text point, being a target by winning challenges. That's EXACTLY why Kait was taken out, so I can't let the same fate come of me. I'm eventually going to have to go into the Warzone, but I'll do it after I see who submits and then I'll throw the challenge to get numbers. I wouldn't wanna have to mess my hair up while I'm in danger, so I might as well keep an entourage with me.
I just have to really learn how to use this twist to my advantage. Isaac is getting a lot of blood on his hands right now, which is both beneficial to my game, and also not good at all. He's mentally not here for all of that, and if we keep sending him into the Warzone he'll burn out. So he'll either explode, or get voted off. But he's taking threats out for me, and I'm ok with it. But I want him safe for now. Allison seems to as well.

Last nights tribal just shows how out of the loop you are when you're not in the warzone I guess. I was thinking of throwing immunity for a solid 10 minutes and then I was like "chill you've only missed one round of the warzone freak @myself". Tribes who go on long immunity streaks miss game dynamic changes too. I'm just thinking too hard about it bc I want to have all the info in order to make the right moves but I just gotta remind myself that most of the time that's not feasible.
I'm like the saddest 8 year old ever right now.
The game of Survivor has so many layers, There's the social and physical aspects, the strategic aspect, but now with this particular season, there's the synergy aspect. Last night I tried to vote off my partner, yet it seems people were shocked by that move so a few people flipped and voted off Kait, which I was sad with because I really liked Kait.
Kelsey set me off and I ended up outing him as a catfish, it just was eating at me. People were surprised I wanted Kelsey out but, I couldn't trust her. We don't have a partner dynamic like everyone else, we haven't been close friends for a long time. I thought I didn't know Kelsey before, but now I really don't know him.
Apparently other people do, and Kelsey sent me this long paragraph about how he has leukemia and how this game means a lot to him. I don't know how much of that is true, if it is, I truly dearly from the bottom of my heart feel bad for him, but I just don't know if he is being genuine. He hasn't before, why would he start now.
I don't want to go to tribal again, but it's likely i will.
I'm completely crushed to be going back to the war zone. I feel like no matter what I do I'm gonna land here, It's so tiring. I'm back in that helpless feeling I felt last season, where there was a majority alliance closing in and there was nothing I could do.
Ironically, I like the people on my tribe, but that doesn't matter. My closest allies in this game (Christine and Jordan) don't ever come to the war zone with me, and I'm left to fend for myself.
I was put on a tribe full of strong physical players who I can't compete with in challenges. If this were a regular game, we'd probably never lose a challenge, but in a situation like this it's a nightmare. I'm going back to the war zone tonight where I'm going to, again, be lied to by some huge friend alliance Jordan says exists, and I'm probably going home 3rd tribal council, again, and thats really depressing.
I'm sad to be in this position but there's nothing I can do. The only way I see myself staying is if people are actively gunning for a threat. I'm weak in challenges, I don't trust my duo, I'm easy to manipulate and a complete free vote, but people might not want to take advantage of that.
Remember what I said earlier about wanting to go to the warzone so I wouldn't feel out of the loop? Well here I am and I'm still out of the loop!! I hope it's just because it's noon on a Tuesday and people are at school/at work but I'd like to know what the vote is sooner rather than later. At this point I'd rather just take the easy vote and send Kelsey home because the first two votes were arguably uh...not the easy votes. Kait needed to go but I want that to be the only major blindside for the next few rounds but we all know that ain't happening
