Just one more sprinkle of glitter, then it will be complete, you thought to yourself, sticking your tongue out in concentration as you then proceeded to dump the rest of the glitter pot onto your masterpiece. Damn, I was supposed to keep some of this glitter for Minhyun’s you cursed to yourself. Most people would just buy an “ugly” Christmas jumper from the stores for Christmas parties but you had decided to go one step further and make you and Minhyun’s jumpers for the annual Ugly Christmas Jumper Competition Day at your office. You hadn’t told Minhyun you were making him a jumper but after he showed you the jumper he was going to wear you knew that it wasn’t going to cut it and besides, what better way to win a competition than not just one ugly jumper but two? So here you were, surrounding by glitter and tinsel and glue and all sorts of DIY materials, placing the finishing touches to both of the jumpers. Minhyun was probably going to freak out when he saw these jumpers but you already knew that he would wear it anyway, perks of him being your  long time boyfriend. Besides, they were couple jumpers and he was deep down a romantic at heart (not really deep down considering the amount of cheek kisses he gives all of his friends all of the time and being a big baby whenever Dongho hugs him but that’s beside the point, if your boyfriend says he is tsundere you will indulge this).

Shaking out your jumping, you winced at the glitter that fell onto the floor thankful that you had the foresight to lay down newspaper and clingfilm to catch most of it. You were very proud of it, looking at how much glitter you managed to cover the jumper in, as well as the pipe cleaners you had sewn on to make a 3D Christmas tree design complete with eye-hurting decorations as well as clashing green text on your bright red jumper. Minhyun’s was the same jumper, just with different colour decorations and a different Christmas quote on it. Grinning, you pulled it on and ran to the mirror, seeing it in it’s full glory. Except, you forgot that Minhyun was in the bedroom, reading a book as you banned him from the living room whilst you did “magic”.

“Where on EARTH did you get that sweater?”

You shrieked, turning to your boyfriend with wide eyes and shedding glitter as you whipped around. You could’ve sworn you saw his eye twitch as glitter sprinkled the bed sheets and carpet of your bedroom.

“Uhh… I bought the jumper from some market stall because where else can you buy a jumper this vibra-“

“No, I mean… oh my god the decoration Y/N please don’t tell me that people actually make these jumpers?” he asked you, placing his book onto the pillow next to him and staring at the hideous design.

“Babe,” you whined, tugging at the sleeves, “you promised that we were going to win the Ugly Christmas Jumper Competition Day at work I REFUSE to let Seongwoo win it for the 3rd year in a row”.

“Is this why you kicked me out of the living room, so you could make this? At least tell me you made me one as well, I really got rub it into Seongwoo’s face because even HE couldn’t beat this”. You just beamed in response, holding your hand out and dragging your boyfriend into the living room so he could see his.

“Perfect, I can’t wait to finally beat Seongwoo”

“Okay, but where’s my thanks?”

“The look on Ong’s face when we rock up on Friday wearing these”

will i ever be ready for wanna one’s disbandment? Never. That’s it, that’s my ending statement today
