i take back what i said the other day about losing my heat tolerance. i just walked about 1.5 miles fully in the sun while wandering our local pride for nearly two hrs & i had some wet paper towels to cool my skin off that i kept sponging over my arms/shoulders/face & i was like UGH my skin is heating up so easily i hate this heat tolerance thing i hate experiencing hot ://// i am like little whiny baby this sux :///// eventually walked a quarter mile back to the car to come pick up vi (not bc i was particularly overheated) and. my thermostat informed me it is 104F
#autoimmune disorders are good sometimes#autoimmune tag#i bathed in sunscreen and am currently watching little pink sun patches on my arms turn deep brown in real time#usually i get 2nd degree burns and THEN the skin turns brown about 5 days later#i also drank nearly 100 oz of water and havent had to pee at all yet bc. wow that body sure can sweat#checked my weather app upon getting home and it was like 'ATTN: WE UNDERESTIMATED THE HEAT DOME. PLS GOD GO INSIDE'
