#YES ik everyone’s brain gets a little weird n starts seeing weird shit when they don’t sleep#but i know my body lol n i realize now that my manic-episode-related-insomnia include weird light shows lol#i always know when i’m entering mania induced anti-sleep bc i see weird movements in still places#like rn i looked across from me at my mirror which reflects the white wall behind me and there’s a lamp casting warm light 1/2 across#but the lighting is waving/moving like rich silk fabric in the wind#and just before it was spiraling across the wall without the lighting and moving back n forth to the light#i remember when i was rlly manic once over the school yr and my estranged friend/roomie finally talked#and the whole time i probably looked like a psycho bc i kept staring up at the lightbulbs/lamps and saw the oddest orbs bubbling off idk#ramblings
